An electric rice cooker, comprising an inner container (30) and a steamer structure, wherein the steamer structure is arranged in the inner container (30), and is characterized in that the steamer structure is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, the bottom end of a partition board (10) is provided with a lower communication structure, and the first side of the partition board (10) is communicated with the second side of the partition board (10) through the lower communication structure.

The electric rice cooker according to claim 5, wherein a lower communication gap (60) is formed by spacing between the bottom end of the partition plate (10) of the steamer structure and the bottom of the liner (30), and the lower communication gap (60) serves as the lower communication structure.
