When the heating of the pot 100 is stopped or the heating power is reduced, the pressure in the first cavity 211 is gradually reduced, the water in the second cavity 212 gradually flows back to the area in the first peripheral wall 215 through the containing part through hole 213 and then flows back to the first cavity 211, and the water in the food containing cavity 11 flows back to the liquid passing channel 12 through the partition part through hole 221 and then flows back to the first cavity 211.

13. The pot for a cooking appliance according to claim 12, wherein a lower surface of the partition is provided with a supporting protrusion, and at least a portion of the mounting groove is formed in the supporting protrusion.
14. The pot for a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the holder body has a first cavity and a second cavity, the holder body further has a holder through-hole communicating the first cavity and the second cavity,
wherein the first and second cavities are configured to: the liquid in the first cavity can enter the second cavity through the containing part through hole, so that the liquid level in the second cavity is raised, and the liquid in the second cavity can flow back into the first cavity through the containing part through hole, so that the liquid level in the second cavity is lowered.
