By arranging the stopping part on the base 10, the steam valve can be switched between an open state and a closed state according to the installation state of the steam valve on the base 10, and the steam valve is convenient to control and cannot be controlled independently.
In some examples, the steam valve includes a valve body and a valve core, the valve body has a valve cavity, an outlet of the steam valve is provided on the valve body, and the valve core is movably provided on the valve cavity for opening or blocking the outlet of the steam valve, wherein, in a state that the second cooking container 30 is mounted in place on the base 10, the abutting part abuts against the valve core so that the valve core opens the outlet of the steam valve, and in a state that the second cooking container 30 is not mounted in place on the base 10 and/or the second cooking container 30 is separated from the base 10, the abutting part is separated from the valve core so that the valve core blocks the outlet of the steam valve.
In some specific examples, the steam valve further comprises a reset piece, and the reset piece is arranged between the valve body and the valve core so as to normally push the valve core to move towards a direction for plugging the outlet of the steam valve. Therefore, after the stopping part is separated from the valve core, the reset piece can drive the valve core to move towards the direction of closing the outlet of the steam valve, so that the steam valve is switched to a closed state.
The specific structure of the steam valve of the cooking apparatus 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 9 to 12.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, according to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the steam valve includes a first steam valve 41, an outlet of the steam valve 41 forms an air outlet 304, that is, the air outlet 304 is provided on the first steam valve 41, and the air outlet 304 forms an opening structure provided on the first steam valve 41.
Wherein, in a state that the second cooking container 30 is mounted on the base 10 in place, the first steam valve 41 is switched to an open state, thereby communicating the outside with the second cooking cavity 301, and the steam in the second cooking container 30 can be discharged to the outside from the first steam valve 41; under the state that the second cooking container 30 is not installed on the base 10 in place and/or the second cooking container 30 is separated from the base 10, the first steam valve 41 is switched to the closed state, so that the outside and the second cooking cavity 301 are disconnected, and thus, the steam in the second cooking container 30 cannot be discharged from the first steam valve 41, and the scald-proof effect is realized.
It should be understood that the "state that the second cooking container 30 is mounted in place on the base 10" means that the second cooking container 30 is fitted on the base 10 with a precise fitting position, in which the air inlet 303 of the second cooking container 30 is aligned with the second steam discharge part 122. The "state where the second cooking container 30 is not mounted on the base 10" refers to a state where the second cooking container 30 is fitted on the base 10 and the fitting position is inaccurate, for example, a state where the second cooking container 30 is not completely separated from the base 10 in a process of removing the second cooking container 30 from the base 10 after cooking is completed.
In some embodiments, the base 10 has a first stopping portion 151, and the first stopping portion 151 stops the second steam valve 42 in a state that the second cooking container 30 is mounted in place on the base 10, thereby switching the first steam valve 41 to an open state. Thus, after the second cooking container 30 is mounted on the base 10, the first stopping portion 151 can be used to stop the first steam valve 41, so as to ensure that the first steam valve 41 can be reliably switched to the open state, thereby realizing the communication between the second cooking cavity 301 and the outside, and discharging the steam in the second cooking container 30.
In some examples, the first steam valve 41 includes a first valve body 411 and a first valve core 412, the first valve body 411 has a first valve cavity, the air outlet 304 is disposed on the first valve body 411 so as to communicate with the outside, the first valve core 412 is movably disposed on the first valve cavity, and the first valve core 412 is used for opening and closing the air outlet 304.
In a state where the second cooking container 30 is mounted in place on the base 10, the first abutting portion 151 abuts against the first valve core 412 to enable the first valve core 412 to open the outlet of the first steam valve 41, even if the first valve core 412 opens the gas outlet 304, the first abutting portion 151 is separated from the first valve core 412 to enable the first valve core 412 to block the outlet of the first steam valve 41 when the second cooking container 30 is not mounted in place on the base 10 and/or the second cooking container 30 is separated from the base 10, even if the first valve core 412 closes the gas outlet 304. In this way, the first valve element 412 can be controlled to open or close the gas outlet 304 by the first stopping part 151 stopping against the first valve element 412 or separating from the first valve element 412, so as to switch the first steam valve 41 between the open state and the closed state.
In some specific examples, the first steam valve 41 further includes a first reset piece 413, and the first reset piece 413 is disposed between the first valve body 411 and the first valve element 412, so as to normally push the first valve element 412 to move in a direction of blocking the outlet (i.e., the air outlet 304) of the first steam valve 41. Thus, after the first stopping portion 151 is separated from the first valve element 412, the first restoring element 413 can drive the first valve element 412 to move in a direction of closing the gas outlet 304, so that the first steam valve 41 is switched to a closed state.
It should be understood that "the first reset member 413 always pushes the first valve element 412 to move in a direction of closing the air outlet 304" means that the first reset member 413 always provides a driving force for the first valve element 412 to drive the first valve element 412 to move in a direction of closing the air outlet 304.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 10, the first valve body 411 includes a first valve seat 4111 and a first valve cover 4112, the first valve cover 4112 is disposed on the first valve seat 4111, a first valve cavity is defined between the first valve cover 4112 and the first valve seat 4111, and the gas outlet 304 is disposed on the first valve cover 4112, so that the first steam valve 41 has a simple structure, and is convenient to assemble and process, and to repair and replace the first steam valve 41.
In some examples, the base 10 is provided with the elastic member 16, and the elastic member 16 is located between the supporting portion 113 and the first stopping portion 151 on the base 10. The support portion 113 on the base 10 may be a wall surface of a recess provided on the base 10. Therefore, when the second cooking container 30 is taken and placed, the first stopping portion 151 is convenient to avoid the second cooking container 30, and when the second cooking container 30 is installed in place, the elastic member 16 is convenient to push the first stopping portion 151 to switch the first steam valve 41 to the open state. Optionally, the elastic element 16 always pushes the first stopping portion 151 to move away from the supporting portion 113.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, according to further alternative embodiments of the present invention, the base 10 further has a steam passage 11, the steam passage 11 communicates with the first steam discharge part 121, the steam valve includes a second steam valve 42, the second steam valve 42 is switched to an open state in a state that the second cooking container 30 is mounted in place on the base 10 to communicate the steam passage 11 with the second cooking chamber 301, and the second steam valve 42 is switched to a closed state in a state that the second cooking container 30 is not mounted in place on the base 10 and/or the second cooking container 30 is separated from the base 10 to disconnect the steam passage 11 from the second cooking chamber 301.
In some embodiments, the base 10 has a second stopping portion 152, and the second stopping portion 152 stops the second steam valve 42 when the base 10 of the second cooking container 30 is installed in place, so that the second steam valve 42 is switched to the open state. Thus, after the second cooking container 30 is mounted on the base 10, the second stopping portion 152 can stop the second steam valve 42, so as to ensure that the second steam valve 42 can be reliably switched to the open state, and the second cooking cavity 301 is communicated with the steam channel 11, thereby communicating the first cooking cavity 201 of the first cooking container 20 with the second cooking cavity 301 of the second cooking container 30.
As shown in fig. 12, in some examples, the second steam valve 42 includes a second valve body 421 and a second valve core 422, the second valve body 421 has a second valve cavity communicated with the second cooking cavity 301 and a steam passing hole 420 communicating the steam passage 11 with the second valve cavity, and the second valve core 422 is movably disposed in the second valve cavity for opening and closing the steam passing hole 420.
When the base 10 of the second cooking container 30 is mounted in place, the second stopping portion 152 stops against the second valve core 422 to open the steam passing hole 420 through the second valve core 422, and when the base 10 of the second cooking container 30 is not mounted in place and/or the second cooking container 30 is separated from the base 10, the second stopping portion 152 is separated from the second valve core 422 to close the steam passing hole 420 through the second valve core 422. Thus, by the second abutting portion 152 abutting against the second valve spool 422 or being separated from the second valve spool 422, the second valve spool 422 can be controlled to open or close the steam passing hole 420, so that the second steam valve 42 can be switched between the open state and the closed state.
In some specific examples, the second steam valve 42 further includes a second restoring member 423, and the second restoring member 423 is disposed between the second valve body 421 and the second valve core 422 to normally urge the second valve core 422 to move in a direction to close the steam passing hole 420. Thus, after the second stopping portion 152 is separated from the second valve core 422, the second restoring element 423 may drive the second valve core 422 to move in a direction of closing the steam passing hole 420, so as to switch the second steam valve 42 to the closed state.
It should be understood that "the second restoring member 423 always urges the second valve spool 422 to move in the direction of closing the steam vent 420" means that the second restoring member 423 always provides the driving force for the second valve spool 422 to move in the direction of closing the steam vent 420.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, the second valve body 421 includes a second valve seat 4211 and a second valve cover 4212, the second valve cover 4212 is disposed on the second valve seat 4211, a second valve cavity is defined between the second valve cover 4212 and the second valve seat 4211, the steam passing hole 420 is disposed on the second valve cover 4212, and the second steam valve 42 has a simple structure, is convenient to assemble and process, and is convenient to repair and replace the second steam valve 42.
In some examples, the second stopping portion 152 is movably disposed at an inlet of the steam channel 11, the second stopping portion 152 has a steam through hole 153, and the steam channel 11 communicates with the second steam valve 42 through the steam through hole 153. Thus, the steam passage 11 and the second steam valve 42 can communicate with each other through the steam passage hole 153, thereby forming a steam flow path. Meanwhile, the movable second stopping portion 152 is provided to facilitate the second cooking container 30 to be smoothly taken and placed on the base 10, so as to improve the convenience of the user.
As shown in fig. 12, in some specific examples, an elastic member 16 is disposed in the steam channel 11, and the elastic member 16 is located between the supporting portion 113 and the second stopping portion 152 of the steam channel 11. Among them, the support portion 113 in the steam passage 11 may be a part of the inner wall surface of the steam passage 11. Therefore, when the second cooking container 30 is taken and placed, the second stopping portion 152 can conveniently avoid the second cooking container 30, and when the second cooking container 30 is installed in place, the elastic member 16 can conveniently push the second stopping portion 152 to switch the second steam valve 42 to the open state. Alternatively, the elastic member 16 always pushes the stopping portion to move away from the supporting portion 113.
It should be understood that "the elastic element 16 always pushes the second stopping portion 152 to move in a direction away from the supporting portion 113" means that the elastic element 16 always provides a driving force for the second stopping portion 152 to drive the second stopping portion 152 to move in a direction away from the supporting portion 113.
In some examples, a side surface of the second stopper 152 facing the second steam valve 42 is formed in a convex curved surface. This facilitates positioning and guiding when the second abutting portion 152 abuts against the second steam valve 42.

In which the adapter 17 may be formed in a bent structure so as to avoid the portion inside the base 10, thereby effectively utilizing the space inside the base 10. The other end of the adapter 17 is in plug-in fit with the fixed joint 18, and a sealing ring 182 is arranged between the adapter 17 and the fixed joint 18, so that the sealing performance of the two fittings is ensured.
In a further example, a check valve 19 is provided in the steam passage 11, the check valve 19 being configured to allow only one-way flow of steam from the inlet of the steam passage 11 to the outlet of the steam passage 11. Optionally, a one-way valve 19 is provided in the steam channel 11 between the second stop portion 152 and the outlet of the steam channel 11.
