Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A cooking apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the cooking apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a base 10 and a plurality of cooking containers, wherein the number of the cooking containers may be two or more. The base 10 has a steam outlet 12, and a plurality of cooking vessels are provided to the base 10, each of the cooking vessels defining a cooking chamber, one of the plurality of cooking chambers being in communication with the steam outlet 12, the plurality of cooking vessels being arranged in a flow direction of steam, and adjacent two of the cooking vessels being in communication through a steam channel 11, i.e. the plurality of cooking vessels being connected in series in the flow direction of steam.
According to the cooking device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging a plurality of cooking containers in series, a user can cook different foods simultaneously by using the plurality of cooking containers, for example, food materials in one of the cooking containers can be directly steamed by using steam, food materials in the other cooking container can be heated by using steam, and the food materials in the other cooking container can be heated by using steam, so that the cooking device 100 can ensure the cooked food amount and meet the requirements of household dining.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, each cooking vessel has an air inlet and an air outlet, and two adjacent cooking vessels are directly connected in the flow direction of steam through the steam channel 11, that is, when the two adjacent cooking vessels are mounted in place on the base 10, the air outlet of one cooking vessel is directly connected with the inlet 111 of the steam channel 11, and the air inlet of the other cooking vessel is directly connected with the outlet 112 of the steam channel 11, thereby realizing series connection, and having simple structure and convenient assembly and disassembly.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, according to other embodiments of the present invention, at least one cooking vessel is provided with a steam valve 40 switchable between an open state and a closed state in adjacent two cooking vessels.
Further, in a state that the cooking vessel is mounted in place on the base 10, the steam valve 40 is in an opened state, so that the steam channel 11 between the cooking cavity of the cooking vessel and the adjacent two cooking vessels is communicated, so that steam flows into the steam channel 11 from the steam valve 40, and in a state that the cooking vessel is not mounted in place on the base 10 or the cooking vessel is separated from the base 10, the steam valve 40 is in a closed state, so that the steam channel 11 between the cooking cavity of the cooking vessel and the adjacent two cooking vessels is disconnected, and thus steam in the cooking vessel cannot be discharged from the steam valve 40, and an anti-scalding effect is realized.
It should be understood herein that the "state in which the cooking vessel is mounted in place on the base 10" means that the cooking vessel is fitted on the base 10 with the fitting position being accurate, and the air inlet of the second cooking vessel 30 is aligned with the steam outlet 12 as described below, and the steam valve 40 on the second cooking vessel 30 is aligned with the stopper 15 in fig. 7. The "state in which the cooking vessel is not mounted in place on the base 10" refers to a state in which the cooking vessel is fitted on the base 10 with an inaccurate fitting position, for example, a state in which the cooking vessel is not completely separated from the base 10 during the process of removing the cooking vessel from the base 10 after cooking is completed.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments, the base 10 has a stopper 15, and in a state where the cooking container provided with the steam valve 40 is mounted in place on the base 10, the stopper 15 is stopped against the steam valve 40, thereby switching the steam valve 40 to an open state. Thus, when the cooking container is mounted in place on the base 10, the steam valve 40 can be stopped by the stopping part 15, so that the steam valve 40 can be reliably switched to an open state, and the communication between the cooking cavity and the steam channel 11 is realized, thereby communicating the cooking cavities of two adjacent cooking containers in the steam flow direction.
In some examples, the stop 15 is movably disposed at the inlet 111 of the steam channel 11, the stop 15 having a steam vent 151, the steam channel 11 being in communication with the steam valve 40 through the steam vent 151. In this way, the steam channel 11 and the steam valve 40 can be communicated through the steam through hole 151, so that a steam flow path is formed conveniently. Meanwhile, the movable abutting part 15 is arranged, so that the cooking container can be smoothly taken and placed on the base 10, and the use convenience of a user is improved.
In some specific examples, an elastic member 16 is provided in the steam channel 11, and the elastic member 16 is located between the abutment portion 15 and the support portion 113 in the steam channel 11. The support portion 113 of the steam path 11 may be a portion of an inner wall surface of the steam path 11. In this way, when the cooking container is taken and placed, the stopping portion 15 is convenient to avoid the cooking container, and in the state that the cooking container is in place, the elastic member 16 is convenient to push the stopping portion 15 to enable the steam valve 40 to be switched to the open state.
Alternatively, the elastic member 16 often pushes the stopper 15 to move away from the supporting portion 113. It should be understood that "the elastic member 16 always pushes the abutment 15 to move away from the supporting portion 113" means that the elastic member 16 always provides a driving force to the abutment 15 to drive the abutment 15 to move away from the supporting portion 113.
In some examples, a side surface of the stop 15 facing the steam valve 40 forms a convex curved surface. This facilitates positioning and guiding the movement of the stopper 15 when the stopper 15 is stopped against the steam valve 40.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, according to some examples of the present invention, the steam valve 40 includes a valve body 41 and a valve core 42, the valve body 41 having a valve cavity, a steam passage 401 communicating the steam passage 11 with the valve cavity, the valve core 42 being movably provided to the valve cavity, the valve core 42 for opening and closing the steam passage 401.
Wherein the stopping portion 15 is stopped against the valve core 42 in a state that the base 10 is mounted in place, thereby causing the valve core 42 to open the steam via hole 401, and the stopping portion 15 is separated from the valve core 42 in a state that the base 10 is not mounted in place and/or the cooking container is separated from the base 10, thereby causing the valve core 42 to close the steam via hole 401. Thus, by the abutment portion 15 abutting against the valve element 42 or disengaging from the valve element 42, the valve element 42 can be controlled to open or close the steam passage hole 401, thereby achieving switching of the steam valve 40 between the open state and the closed state.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in some specific examples, the steam valve 40 further includes a reset member 43, and the reset member 43 is disposed between the valve body 41 and the valve core 42 to normally push the valve core 42 to move in a direction to close the steam through hole 401. After the stopping portion 15 is separated from the valve core 42, the reset piece 43 can drive the valve core 42 to move towards the direction of closing the steam through hole 401, so that the steam valve 40 is switched to the closed state.
It should be understood herein that "the reset member 43 always pushes the valve core 42 to move in a direction of closing the steam via hole 401" means that the reset member 43 always provides a driving force for the valve core 42 to drive the valve core 42 to move in a direction of closing the steam via hole 401.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the valve body 41 includes a valve seat 411 and a valve cover 412, the valve cover 412 is disposed on the valve seat 411, a valve cavity is defined between the valve cover 412 and the valve seat 411, the steam via hole 401 is disposed on the valve cover 412, and the steam valve 40 has a simple structure, is convenient for assembly and processing, and is convenient for maintenance and replacement of the steam valve 40.
