A cooking apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 13, a cooking apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 10 and a first cooking container 20.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the first cooking container 20 has a first steam inlet 202 communicating with the first cooking chamber 201, and the first cooking container 20 is provided with a sealing member 25 extending along the first steam inlet 202. Wherein, in a state that the first cooking container 20 is mounted in place on the base 10, the first steam inlet 202 is opposite to and communicates with the first steam outlet 12, and the sealing member 25 is located between the first cooking container 20 and the base 10. Thus, when the first cooking container 20 is mounted on the base 10, the steam generated by the steam generator can flow into the first steam inlet 202 through the first steam outlet 12 and then flow into the first cooking cavity 201, so that the food in the first cooking cavity 201 can be cooked by the steam. Meanwhile, the sealing member 25 may be used to seal the gap between the first cooking container 20 and the base 10, so as to ensure that the steam does not leak when flowing from the first steam outlet 12 to the first steam inlet 202, thereby improving the operational reliability of the cooking apparatus 100.
Alternatively, the seal 25 may be a closed sealing ring surrounding the first steam inlet 202.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the first cooking container 20 is provided with a steam valve 40, the base 10 has a stopping portion 15, and the stopping portion 15 stops the steam valve 40 to switch to an open state in a state that the first cooking container 20 is mounted on the base 10 in place. Thus, after the first cooking container 20 is mounted on the base 10, the steam valve 40 can be stopped by the stopping part 15, so that the steam valve 40 can be reliably switched to the open state, and the first cooking cavity 201 is communicated with the external environment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the steam valve 40 includes a valve body 41 and a valve core 42, and the valve body 41 has a valve cavity 411 communicating with the first cooking cavity 201, and a first steam hole 412 communicating with the outside and the valve cavity 411. The valve body 42 is movably provided in the valve chamber 411 to open and close the first steam hole 412. Wherein, in the state that the first cooking container 20 is mounted in place on the base 10, the stopping part 15 stops against the valve core 42 to make the valve core 42 open the first steam hole 412, and in the state that the first cooking container 20 is not mounted in place on the base 10 and/or the first cooking container 20 is separated from the base 10, the stopping part 15 is separated from the valve core 42 to make the valve core 42 close the first steam hole 412. By stopping the valve element 42 or separating from the valve element 42 by the stopping part 15, the valve element 42 can be controlled to open or close the first steam hole 412, so that the steam valve 40 can be switched between the open state and the closed state.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the steam valve 40 further includes a first elastic member 43, and the first elastic member 43 is disposed between the valve body 41 and the valve body 42 to normally urge the valve body 42 to move in a direction to close the first steam hole 412. Thus, after the stopping portion 15 is separated from the valve element 42, the first elastic member 43 can drive the valve element 42 to move in a direction of closing the first steam hole 412, so that the steam valve 40 is switched to the closed state.
It should be understood that "the first elastic member 43 normally pushes the valve body 42 to move in a direction of closing the first steam hole 412" means that the first elastic member 43 always provides a driving force to the valve body 42 to drive the valve body 42 to move in a direction of closing the first steam hole 412.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the valve body 41 includes a valve seat 413 and a valve cover 414, the valve cover 414 is disposed on the valve seat 413 and defines a valve chamber 411 between the valve cover 414 and the valve seat 413, and the first steam hole 412 is disposed on the valve cover 414. This facilitates the assembly process of the steam valve 40, and facilitates the maintenance and replacement of the steam valve 40.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, a steam valve 40 is provided on the top of the first cooking container 20 (the up-down direction is shown by arrow a in fig. 1), and the top wall of the first cooking container 20 is provided with a return plate 26 located below the steam valve 40. Therefore, the condensate water generated after the steam is condensed can be guided by the reflux plate 26, and the condensate water can be conveniently collected in a centralized manner.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the base 10 further has a steam passage 16, and the steam valve 40 or the first check valve 91 is adapted to communicate with the steam passage 16. When the first cooking container 20 is provided with the steam valve 40, the steam valve 40 may be switched to an open state after the first cooking container 20 is mounted in place on the base 10, and the first cooking chamber 201 is allowed to communicate with the steam passage 16, so that steam flows from the steam valve 40 into the steam passage 16. Alternatively, when the first cooking container 20 is provided with a check valve, the first check valve 91 allows the steam to flow from the first cooking chamber 201 to the steam passage 16 without allowing a reverse flow.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the first cooking container 20 is provided with a steam valve 40, and a stopper 15 is provided at an inlet of the steam passage 16. Wherein, under the state that the first cooking container 20 is installed on the base 10 in place, the stop part 15 stops the steam valve 40 to switch the steam valve 40 to the open state and communicate with the steam channel 16, and under the state that the first cooking container 20 is not installed on the base 10 in place and/or the first cooking container 20 is separated from the base 10, the steam valve 40 is in the closed state. Therefore, after the first cooking container 20 is mounted on the base 10 in place, the steam valve 40 can be stopped by the stopping part 15, so that the steam valve 40 can be reliably switched to the open state, the communication between the first cooking cavity 201 and the steam channel 16 is realized, and when the first cooking container 20 is not mounted on the base 10 in place and/or the first cooking container 20 is separated from the base 10, the steam valve 40 can close the first cooking cavity 201 to avoid the leakage of steam.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the stopping portion 15 is movably disposed at the inlet of the steam channel 16, and the stopping portion 15 has a second steam hole 151, and the steam channel 16 is communicated with the steam valve 40 through the second steam hole 151. Thus, the steam passage 16 and the steam valve 40 can communicate with each other through the first steam hole 412 and the second steam hole 151, thereby forming a steam flow path. Meanwhile, the movable stopper is provided to facilitate the first cooking container 20 to be smoothly taken and placed on the base 10, so as to improve the convenience of the user.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, a second elastic member 17 is disposed in the steam channel 16, and the second elastic member 17 is located between the supporting portion and the stopping portion 15 of the steam channel 16. Therefore, when the first cooking container 20 is taken and placed, the stopping part 15 is convenient to avoid the first cooking container 20, and when the first cooking container 20 is installed in place, the second elastic piece 17 is convenient to push the stopping part 15 to switch the steam valve 40 to the open state.
Optionally, the second elastic element 17 always pushes the stopping portion 15 to move away from the supporting portion. It should be understood here that "the second elastic member 17 always pushes the stopping portion 15 to move away from the supporting portion" means that the second elastic member 17 always provides a driving force to the stopping portion 15 to drive the stopping portion 15 to move away from the supporting portion.
Specifically, the support portion of the steam passage 16 may be a portion of the inner wall surface of the steam passage 16.
Alternatively, a side surface of the stopper 15 facing the steam valve 40 is formed into a convex curved surface. This facilitates positioning and guiding the movement of the stopper 15 when the stopper 15 abuts the steam valve 40.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, a second check valve 92 is provided in the steam passage 16, and the second check valve 92 is configured to be opened in one direction only when steam flows from the inlet of the steam passage 16 to the outlet 11 of the steam passage 16. Therefore, the second check valve 92 can allow the steam to flow from the inlet of the steam channel 16 to the outlet 11 of the steam channel 16, but does not allow the steam to flow in the reverse direction, so that the condensed water produced after the steam is condensed can be prevented from flowing back, and the condensed water can be prevented from flowing back into the steam valve 40.
Optionally, a second one-way valve 92 is provided within the steam channel 16 between the stop 15 and the outlet 11 of the steam channel 16.

In this way, the cooking apparatus 100 can process food materials using the first cooking container 20 and the second cooking container 30, so as to improve the cooking diversity of the cooking apparatus 100. Meanwhile, the steam flowing out of the steam passage 16 may enter the heating chamber 501 to heat the second cooking container 30 with the steam. That is, it cooks the processing to be convenient for first cooking container 20 and second cooking container 30 share the steam that same steam generator produced, is convenient for improve cooking device 100's the level of integrating, reduces steam generator's quantity of setting.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, a heating assembly 50 is disposed between the base 10 and the second cooking container 30 for heating air in the heating chamber 501, and steam entering the heating chamber 501 is mixed with air heated by the heating assembly 50 and enters the second cooking chamber 301 to heat the second cooking chamber 301. The air in the heat cavity can be heated by the heating assembly 50, so that the food in the second cooking cavity 301 can be heated by the dry hot air and the steam together, and the cooking effect of the second cooking container 30 is improved.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the heating assembly 50 includes a mounting bracket 51 and a heating element 52, the mounting bracket 51 is disposed between the base 10 and the second cooking container 30, and a heating cavity 501 is defined between the mounting bracket 51 and the second cooking container 30. The heating element 52 is mounted to the mounting bracket 51 and is located within the heating cavity 501. This facilitates the formation of the heating chamber 501, facilitates the installation of the heating element 52, and facilitates the heating element 52 to heat the air in the heating chamber 501.
