Therefore, when the first cooking container 20 is installed in place, steam can be smoothly introduced into the cooking cavity 201 through the steam inlet 202, and when the first cooking container 20 is not installed in place, the steam inlet 202 can be closed, so that liquid in the cooking cavity 201 is prevented from flowing out of the steam inlet 202.
For example, the first cooking container 20 may include an inner container 26, an upper cover 29 and a housing 25, the inner container 26 may define a cooking cavity 201, and an access opening is formed at an upper end of the cooking cavity 201. The upper cover 29 is detachably provided to the inner container 26 to open or close the access opening. The outer shell 25 is disposed outside the inner container 26, and an insulating cavity 251 can be defined between the outer shell 25 and the inner container 26. Therefore, the heat insulation performance of the first cooking container 20 can be improved, the phenomenon that the user is scalded due to overheating of the first cooking container 20 is avoided, and the user can conveniently take and place the first cooking container 20. Further, an air inlet hole is formed in the middle of the bottom wall of the inner container 26, the air inlet valve 40 is arranged at the air inlet hole to open or close the air inlet hole, and the air inlet hole is connected with the steam inlet 202 through a pipeline. The cooking cavity 201 can contain liquid such as water, and when the air inlet hole is closed, food in the cooking cavity 201 cannot leak from the air inlet hole. In some embodiments, air admittance valve 40 may open the air admittance hole under the influence of steam pressure.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the base 10 has the exhaust port 102, and the first cooking container 20 has the steam outlet 203 communicating with the cooking cavity 201. The cooking appliance 100 further includes a second sealing member 40, the steam outlet 203 is fittingly connected to the exhaust port 102 in a state that the first cooking container 20 is mounted in place on the base 10, and the second sealing member 40 is used for sealing a connection portion of the steam outlet 203 and the exhaust port 102. The steam inside the cooking cavity 201 may be discharged through the steam outlet 203 and the exhaust port 102 to define a discharge path, and the second sealing member 40 improves the exhaust reliability of the steam inside the first cooking container 20, can reduce the risk of the steam scalding a user, prevents the steam from leaking to damage the internal structure of the cooking appliance 100, and facilitates improving the safety and reliability of the cooking appliance 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the second sealing member 40 may include a second connecting body 41 and a second sealing flange 42, and the second connecting body 41 may be provided to one of the base 10 and the first cooking container 20. The second sealing flange 42 may be connected to the second connecting body 41, and the second sealing flange 42 may be inclined inwardly from an outer edge of the second connecting body 41 toward the other one of the base 10 and the first cooking container 20. This not only facilitates the installation of the second sealing member 40, but also facilitates the increase of the elastic deformation capability of the second sealing flange 42, thereby increasing the sealing effect of the second sealing member 40 and achieving reliable sealing of the steam outlet 121 and the steam outlet 203.
For example, as shown in fig. 7 and 9-10, the second sealing member 40 is adapted to be disposed at the upper end of the first cooking container 20, and the second sealing member 40 may include a second connecting body 41 and a second sealing flange 42. The second sealing flange 42 may be formed as a closed annular flange, and the lower end of the second sealing flange 42 is connected to the second connecting body 41 and the upper end thereof is formed as a free end extending obliquely upward toward the middle of the second sealing flange 42. This facilitates not only the installation of the first sealing member 30 but also the increase of the elastic deformation capability of the second sealing flange 42, thereby increasing the sealing effect of the second sealing member 40 and achieving reliable sealing of the exhaust port 102 and the steam outlet 203.
In particular, the second sealing bead 42 can be formed as a closed annular bead and be at least partially deformable. This ensures that the second sealing flange 42 has a certain elastic deformability to ensure the sealing performance of the second sealing member 40.
For example, the second sealing member 40 may be a silicone member formed in one piece, and the middle portion of the second connecting body 41 is formed with an air passing channel, the lower end of which is communicated with the cooking cavity 201, and the upper end of which is formed with a steam outlet 203 adapted to be communicated with the air outlet 102. The second sealing flange 42 is adapted to be formed as a closed annular flange, the second sealing flange 42 being adapted to be press-fitted with the base 10. This facilitates the manufacture of the second sealing member 40, and also ensures that the second sealing flange 42 has a certain elastic deformation capability to ensure the sealing performance of the second sealing member 40.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, one of the first cooking container 20 and the base 10 may be provided with the second sealing member 40 and the other may be provided with a movable connector 120, and the air outlet 102 is suitably formed at the connector 120. In a state where the first cooking container 20 is mounted in place on the base 10, the connection member 120 may be press-fitted with the second sealing member 40. This enables reliable connection of the exhaust port 102 and the steam outlet 203 when the first cooking container 20 is mounted in place, facilitating the formation of a sealed exhaust path. At the same time, the detachment and installation of the first cooking container 20 is facilitated.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the upper end of the first cooking container 20 may be provided with a mounting portion 27, the second sealing member 40 is adapted to be provided on the mounting portion 27, the connecting member 120 is movably provided on the base 10 in the up-down direction, and the connecting member 120 is located above the mounting portion 27. The link 120 is movably provided to the base 10 between a first position and a second position in the up-down direction. Wherein the connecting member 120 can avoid the first cooking receptacle 20 in a state of being in the first position, the connecting member 120 can be press-fitted with the second sealing member 40 in a state of being in the second position or being in an intermediate position between the first position and the second position, the connecting member 120 is adapted to have a guide surface adapted to drive the connecting member 120 to move from the second position to the first position during the installation of the cooking receptacle. Therefore, in the process of installing or detaching the first cooking container 20, the connecting member 120 is pushed to move so that the connecting member 120 can automatically avoid the first cooking container 20, the first cooking container 20 can be conveniently and smoothly installed or detached, the operation process of a user is simplified, and the operation convenience is improved.
Further, the base 10 may further include an elastic member adapted to be coupled between the mounting portion 27 and the link member 120, the elastic member being adapted to normally drive the link member 120 to move from the first position to the second position. In particular, the elastic member may be a spring.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the steam inlet 202 may be provided at a lower portion of the first cooking container 20, and the steam outlet 203 may be provided at an upper portion of the first cooking container 20. Therefore, when the steam is introduced, the steam can be gradually diffused to the upper part from the bottom of the cooking cavity 201, so that the cooking effect of the steam is improved. That is, the steam directly heats the food at the bottom of the first cooking container 20, avoiding energy loss caused by the steam being introduced from the upper portion through the metal guide duct, and maximizing the use of the high temperature characteristic of the steam.
