Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present application provides a frying and baking machine, which includes a base assembly 10, an upper cover assembly 20 and a water tank assembly 30. The lid assembly 20 is rotatably coupled to the base assembly 10 such that by rotating the lid assembly 20, the toaster has a closed cooking state and an open cooking state.
The base component 10 comprises a lower baking tray 12, the lower baking tray 12 is provided with a water tank 121 and a cooking tank 122, the upper cover component 20 comprises an upper baking tray 22, the water tank component 30 is arranged on the upper cover component 20, the water tank component 30 is provided with a water storage cavity 311, the upper baking tray 22 is provided with a water outlet pipe 50, one end of the water outlet pipe 50 extends out of one side of the upper baking tray 22, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with the water storage cavity 311. When the upper cover assembly 20 covers the base assembly 10, the cooking groove 122 is matched with the upper roasting tray 22 to form the cooking cavity 102, the opening of the water tank 121 is communicated with the cooking cavity 102, and one end of the water outlet pipe 50 extending out of the upper roasting tray 22 extends into the water tank 121 and is communicated with the water tank 121. In this way, in the closed cooking state, that is, when the upper cover assembly 20 is closed to the base assembly 10, the steam generated by the water tank 121 can be delivered into the cooking cavity 102, so that the steam can humidify the food, and the food is prevented from being fried and baked too dry. It will be appreciated that when the cover assembly 20 is closed onto the base assembly 10, the lower tray 12 is positioned below the water tank assembly 30. When the water storage tank assembly is used, the water storage cavity 311 of the water storage tank assembly 30 is firstly closed, so that the water storage cavity 311 can be controlled by atmospheric pressure to automatically replenish water into the water tank 121. Specifically, one end of the water outlet pipe 50 is communicated with the water storage cavity 311, and the other end of the water outlet pipe 50 extends from one side of the upper roasting tray 22 and extends into the water tank 121, so that when the water level in the water tank 121 is lower than the end face of the end of the water outlet pipe 50 extending into the water tank 121, the air in the water tank 121 can enter the water storage cavity 311 from the water outlet pipe 50, so that the water in the water storage cavity 311 flows into the water tank 121 through the water outlet pipe 50 under the action of self gravity, and the water level in the water tank 121 continuously rises. When the water level in the water tank 121 is higher than the end surface of the water outlet pipe 50 extending into one end of the water tank 121, the air above the water level in the water tank 121 cannot continuously enter the water storage cavity 311 from the water outlet pipe 50, and thus the air pressure in the water storage cavity 311 is reduced. When the water pressure at the water level is equal to the air pressure of the air above the water level of the water tank 121, the water in the water storage chamber 311 cannot continuously flow into the water tank 121, so that the water level in the water tank 121 is maintained at a certain depth. As the lower grill pan 12 is heated, the water in the water tank 121 is continuously heated and boiled to generate steam, and the steam is delivered to the cooking chamber 102 to humidify the food. With the continuous generation of steam, the water level in the water tank 121 continuously drops, when the water level drops to a position below the end face of the end of the water tank 121 where the water outlet pipe 50 extends, air above the water level of the water tank 121 enters the water storage cavity 311 through the water outlet pipe 50, so that water in the water storage cavity 311 is automatically supplemented into the water tank 121, and the water tank 121 can continuously generate steam and convey the steam to the cooking cavity 102 by heating the lower roasting tray 12. Therefore, the frying and baking machine provided by the application can utilize the water storage cavity 311 to automatically replenish water to the water tank 121 on the lower baking tray 12, thereby avoiding the situation that the upper cover assembly 20 needs to be continuously opened to add water in the cooking process, and being very convenient to use.

When the cover assembly 20 is covered on the base assembly 10, the groove bottom of the water tank 121 pushes the valve core 51 to make the valve core 51 compress the first elastic element 52 and open the water outlet 501. Thus, when the upper cover assembly 20 is turned over and opened, the valve core 51 can block the water outlet 501 under the elastic action of the first elastic piece 52, so that water is prevented from flowing out of the water outlet 501, and the situation of water leakage in the cover opening and closing process of the upper cover assembly 20 is avoided. When the upper cover assembly 20 is covered on the base assembly 10, the water tank 121 can push the valve core 51 to move so as to open the water outlet 501, and then the water in the water storage cavity 311 can automatically flow into the water tank 121, so that automatic water supplement is realized in the cover closing cooking process.
Further, the valve core 51 includes a rod portion 511 and a blocking head 512 disposed at one end of the rod portion 511, the blocking head 512 is located in the water outlet pipe 50, and the first elastic element 52 pushes the blocking head 512 from a side far away from the rod portion 511, so that the rod portion 511 penetrates through the water outlet 501 and extends out from one end of the water outlet pipe 50. In this way, in a natural state, the sealing head 512 can seal the water outlet 501 from the side of the water outlet 501 by the elastic force of the first elastic member 52, so as to prevent water leakage from the water outlet 501. When the upper cover assembly 20 is covered on the base assembly 10, the bottom of the water tank 121 abuts against the push rod portion 511 to push the blocking head 512 away from the water outlet 501, so that the water outlet 501 is opened, and the valve core 51 has a very simple structure and is easy to produce and process.
