Further, as shown in fig. 4, the steam channel 6 includes an air inlet channel 6.1 located between the outer bottom surface of the inner pot wall 1.1 and the elastic sealing member 8, and a connecting channel 6.2 connecting the air inlet channel 6.1 and the steam outlet 3.2. After steam enters the air inlet channel 6.1 through the steam outlet 3.2 and the connecting channel 6.2, the air inlet channel 6.1 is positioned between the outer bottom surface of the inner pot wall 1.1 and the elastic sealing element 8, so that the pressure of the steam in the air inlet channel 6.1 is favorably acted between the outer bottom surface of the inner pot wall 1.1 and the elastic sealing element 8 to overcome the acting force of the spring 11 and squeeze the elastic sealing element 8 open so as to communicate the steam channel 6 with the air inlet 7, realize the automatic switching from closing to opening of the air inlet 7, and directly guide the steam in the steam channel 6 into the pot body 1 through the air inlet 7.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic sealing member 8 includes a ring-shaped sealing piece 8.1. The annular sealing piece 8.1 is positioned between the bottom wall of the outer pot wall 1.2 and the pressure plate 10. The pressure plate 10 presses a part of the annular sealing sheet 8.1 against the outer bottom surface of the inner pot wall 1.1 under the action of the spring 11 to seal the air inlet 7; a gap is arranged between the other part of the annular sealing sheet 8.1 and the outer bottom surface of the inner pot wall 1.1, and the gap forms the air inlet channel 6.1. Therefore, the annular sealing sheet 8.1 can seal the air inlet 7, so that the problem of water leakage caused by outflow of liquid in the pot through the air inlet 7 is avoided under a normal state; the steam inlet channel 6.1 can be formed by matching with the outer bottom surface of the inner pot wall 1.1, so that steam enters the steam inlet channel 6.1 in work, the pressure of the steam in the steam inlet channel 6.1 acts on the elastic sealing element 8 to overcome the acting force of the spring 11, the elastic sealing element 8 is favorably squeezed open, and the steam channel 6 is communicated with the air inlet 7.
In this embodiment, the outer edge of the pressing plate 10 is provided with an annular side plate 10.1 extending obliquely downward to the outer side of the pressing plate 10, and the annular side plate 10.1 is matched with the side surface of the boss 9. A pressure plate 10 presses one part of the annular sealing sheet 8.1 against the side surface of the boss 9 through an annular side plate 10.1 under the action of a spring 11 to seal the air inlet 7, and a gap is formed between the other part of the annular sealing sheet 8.1 and the top surface of the boss 9 and forms the air inlet channel 6.1; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 4, the upper surface of the pressure plate 10 is inclined downward from the edge of the pressure plate 10 to the middle, the top surface of the boss 9 is a plane, the annular sealing sheet 8.1 between the upper surface of the pressure plate 10 and the top surface of the boss 9 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the pressure plate 10, so that a gap is formed between the annular sealing sheet 8.1 and the top surface of the boss 9, and the air inlet passage 6.1 is formed by the gap, so that the upper surface of the pressure plate 10 is inclined downward from the edge of the pressure plate 10 to the middle, a gap is formed between the annular sealing sheet 8.1 and the top surface of the boss 9, and the air inlet passage 6.1 is formed by the gap; or, as shown in fig. 5, the upper surface of the pressure plate 10 is a plane, the top surface of the boss 9 inclines upward from the edge to the middle, the ring-shaped sealing sheet 8.1 between the upper surface of the pressure plate 10 and the top surface of the boss 9 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the pressure plate 10, so that a gap is formed between the ring-shaped sealing sheet 8.1 and the top surface of the boss 9, and the air inlet passage 6.1 is formed by the gap, so that the top surface of the boss 9 inclines upward from the edge to the middle, a gap is formed between the ring-shaped sealing sheet 8.1 and the top surface of the boss 9, and the air inlet passage 6.1 is formed by the gap.
The boss 9 is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the pressing plate 10 is in a circular shape corresponding to the boss 9.

A steam-heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 7, characterised in that the resilient sealing element (8) comprises a sealing ring (8.1), the sealing ring (8.1) being located between the bottom wall of the outer pot wall (1.2) and a pressure plate (10), the pressure plate (10) being arranged to press a part of the sealing ring (8.1) against the outer bottom surface of the inner pot wall (1.1) under the action of a spring (11) to seal the air inlet (7), the other part of the sealing ring (8.1) being arranged to have a gap with the outer bottom surface of the inner pot wall (1.1), the gap forming the air inlet passage (6.1).

A steam heating cooking utensil according to claim 8 characterized in that the bottom wall of the outer pot wall (1.2) is provided with a bottom wall via hole, the pressure plate (10) is provided with a pressure plate via hole, the inner edge of the ring-shaped sealing sheet (8.1) extends downwards to form a connecting pipe (8.2), the lower end of the connecting pipe (8.2) passes through the pressure plate via hole and the bottom wall via hole in sequence, and the inner cavity of the connecting pipe (8.2) forms the connecting channel (6.2).
