Because the turnup 13 is in sealing fit with the supporting surface of the container 30, the rice water cannot flow through the turnup 13 and the container 30, and the rice water can only enter the food steamer 40 through the drainage space 21 of the food steamer 40, so that sufficient rice water can be ensured to better wash starch in the rice.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, a supporting protrusion 31 is provided on the inner wall of the container 30, and the supporting protrusion 31 is annular and extends along the circumferential direction of the container 30. When the food steamer 40 is placed in the container 30, the flange 13 of the food steamer 40 is in sealing fit with the supporting protrusion 31, on one hand, the supporting protrusion 31 supports the flange 13 of the food steamer 40, so that the food steamer 40 is suspended in the container 30, and on the other hand, the supporting surface is a bearing contact surface of the supporting protrusion 31, and the purpose of sealing the gap between the flange 13 and the supporting protrusion 31 is achieved. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the figures, the support protrusions are plural, and the plural support protrusions are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the container.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the cooking appliance further includes a housing located outside the container 30 and a heating device located between the container 30 and the housing, the heating device being capable of heating the container 30.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker. The container 30 is preferably an inner pot. Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the figures, the cooking appliance can also be an electric cooker, a low-pressure rice cooker, a soybean milk maker, a food processor, an electric stewpan, a cooking machine, a multifunctional pot and the like.

the food steamer comprises a food steamer bottom wall (11), wherein an overflowing hole (111) is formed in the food steamer bottom wall (11);
the steamer side wall (12) is connected with the steamer bottom wall (11);
the structure comprises a protruding structure (20) which is arranged at a notch (112) of the bottom wall (11) of the food steamer in an upward protruding mode and is located inside the side wall (12) of the food steamer, the protruding structure (20) comprises a protruding side wall (25) and a protruding top wall (24), a drainage space (21) is formed between the protruding top wall (24) and the protruding side wall (25), the protruding side wall (25) is of a closed structure, and a drainage hole (22) communicated with the drainage space (21) is formed in the protruding top wall (24).
2. The food steamer according to claim 1, characterized in that the diameter of the drain hole (22) is larger than or equal to the diameter of the overflowing hole (111).

The food steamer according to claim 1, wherein the drain hole (22) is plural, a plurality of the drain holes (22) form a plurality of hole groups, the plurality of the drain holes (22) in each of the hole groups are arranged along a radial direction of the protrusion top wall (24), and a ratio of a spacing between two adjacent hole groups to a diameter of the drain hole (22) is between 1.5 and 3.5.
4. The food steamer according to claim 1, characterized in that the ratio of the diameter of the drain hole (22) to the diameter of the overflowing hole (111) is in the range of 2/1 to 1/1.
5. The food steamer according to claim 1, characterized in that the diameter of the drain hole (22) is in the range of 0.5mm to 20mm and/or the diameter of the overflowing hole (111) is in the range of 0.5mm to 10 mm.
6. The food steamer according to claim 1, characterized in that the overflowing hole (111) is a plurality of holes, and the overflowing holes (111) are uniformly distributed on the bottom wall (11) of the food steamer.
7. A steamer as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the ratio between the height of the raised structure (20) and the height of the steamer side wall (12) is in the range 2/5-4/5.
8. A steamer according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the raised structure (20) extends in a gradually converging manner from bottom to top.
9. A steamer according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the raised top wall (24) is of a flat or arcuate plate construction.
10. A steamer according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the raised structure (20) is detachably connected to the bottom wall (11) of the steamer.
11. A steamer according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the raised structure (20) is fixedly connected to the bottom wall (11) of the steamer or is an integrally formed structure.
12. A steamer according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the steamer side wall (12) is of closed construction.
13. A steamer according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the steamer further comprises a turn-up (13) arranged at the top of the steamer side wall (12).
14. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a container (30);
a basket (40) removably disposed within the container (30), the basket having a bottom wall (11) spaced from a bottom wall of the container (30), the basket being as defined in any one of claims 1 to 12.
15. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a container (30);
a steamer (40) according to claim 13, wherein the steamer (40) is removably arranged in the container (30), the flange (13) of the steamer (40) is supported by the container (30), and the flange (13) is in sealing fit with the supporting surface of the container (30).
