更进一步地,本实用新型的冰箱中,利用挡风条和分隔件将底进风口和底出风口完全隔离,保证进入冷凝器处的外部空气与从压缩机处排出的热空气不会串流,提升散热效果,保证冰箱制冷系统的正常运行。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供了一种冰箱100,下面参照图1至图3来描述本实用新型实施例的冰箱100。在下文描述中,“前”、“后”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、等指示的方位或位置关系为基于冰箱100本身为参考的方位,“前”、“后”为如图1、图3所指示的方向,如图2所示,“横向”也即是指左右方向,是指与冰箱100宽度方向平行的方向。
如图1、图2所示,冰箱100包括箱体,箱体一般性地包括外壳110和设置在外壳110内侧的储物内胆,外壳110与储物内胆之间的空间中填充有保温材料(形成发泡层)。储物内胆中限定有储物间室,储物内胆一般可包括冷冻内胆130、冷藏内胆120等,储物间室包括由冷冻内胆130内限定的冷冻室131和由冷藏内胆120内限定的冷藏室121。
如本领域技术人员可意识到的,箱体还限定有冷却室和压机舱111,冰箱100还可包括蒸发器101、送风机103、压缩机104、冷凝器105以及节流元件(未示出)等。蒸发器101设置于冷却室中,压缩机104和冷凝器105设置于压机舱111中,蒸发器101经由制冷剂管路与压缩机104、冷凝器105、节流元件连接,构成制冷循环回路,在压缩机104启动时降温,以对流经其的空气进行冷却。
特别地,本实施例中,箱体内的最下方空间限定有冷却室,压机舱111则位于冷却室的后下方,且压机舱111与冷却室相互隔离。压机舱111与冷却室之间的空间应填充有发泡材料,形成发泡层,以避免冷却室的冷量散失。
压机舱111位于冷却室的后下方可以理解为蒸发器101的下表面至少高于压机舱111的底壁,本实施例中,如图1所示,蒸发器101的上表面高于压机舱111的顶壁。
传统冰箱100中,箱体内的最下方空间一般为冷冻室,而压机舱111位于冷冻室的后下方,冷却室位于冷冻室的正后方,冷冻室因不可避免的要做成为压机舱111让位的异形空间而导致存储容积减小,且由于冷却室占用了其后方空间,使得冷冻室的进深被缩小,进一步导致了冷冻室整体容积的降低。
而本实施例中,冷却室占用了箱体的最下方空间,压机舱111位于冷却室的后下方,使得冷却室上方的储物间室无需再为压机舱111让位,使得储物间室可为一个规整的矩形空间,便于放置体积较大不易分割的物品,解决无法在最下方储物间室放置较大物品的痛点。另外,冷却室不再占用储物间室后方的空间,加大了储物间室的进深尺寸,进一步增加了储物间室的存储容积。再者,冷却室的存在抬高了其上方的储物间室的高度,降低用户对该储物间室进行取放物品操作时的弯腰程度,提升用户的使用体验,尤其方便老人使用。
蒸发器101整体可呈扁平立方体状横置于冷却室中,也即蒸发器101的长、宽面平行于水平面,厚度面垂直于水平面放置,而且厚度尺寸明显小于蒸发器101的长度尺寸。通过将蒸发器101横置于冷却室中,避免蒸发器101占用更多的空间,保证冷却室上部的储物间室的存储容积。
本实施例中,冷却室由冷冻内胆130进行限定,具体地,冷冻内胆130的最下方空间限定有前述的冷却室,相应地,冷冻内胆130所限定的冷冻室131则位于冷却室的正上方。
在一些实施例中,冷冻室131可由竖向分隔板(未示出)分隔为横向分布的两个冷冻空间,冷冻内胆130的前侧设置有两个横向方向上相对的冷冻室门体132,以形成对开门,便于分别独立地开闭两个冷冻空间。
箱体还包括冷冻室送风风道134和送风机103,冷冻室送风风道134位于冷冻内胆130的后壁内侧,具有与冷冻室131连通的至少一个冷冻室送风口134a,送风机103设置于蒸发器101的后方,如图1所示,送风机103布置在冷却室中,并位于蒸发器101的后方,配置为促使由蒸发器101冷却后的至少部分气流经冷冻室送风风道134流动至冷冻室131中。
箱体还包括罩壳135,罩壳135罩扣在冷冻内胆130的底壁,与冷冻内胆130的底壁和横向两个侧壁共同限定出前述的冷却室,罩壳135的后端形成有与冷冻室送风风道134的进风口连通的出风口,以便于冷却室中经蒸发器101冷却的气流进入冷冻室送风风道134中。
罩壳135的前壁形成有前回风入口135a,冷冻室131的回风气流通过前回风入口135a进入冷却室中由蒸发器101进行冷却。
在其中一个实施例中,箱体还包括冷藏内胆120,冷藏内胆120位于冷冻内胆130的正上方,冷藏内胆120限定有冷藏室121。本实施例中,箱体还包括冷藏室送风风道(未示出)和冷藏室回风风道(未示出),冷藏室送风风道通过冷藏室风门与冷冻室送风风道134可受控地连通,并具有向冷藏室121吹送气流的冷藏室送风口,而冷藏室回风风道具有与冷藏室121连通的进口和与冷却室连通的出口,以将冷藏室121的回风气流输送至冷却室中,实现冷藏室121的风冷循环。
在另一实施例中,如图1、图2所示,箱体包括冷藏内胆120和两个变温内胆140,两个变温内胆140沿横向分布在冷冻内胆130的正上方,而冷藏内胆120位于两个变温内胆140的正上方。
每个变温内胆140内限定有变温室141,每个变温内胆140前侧设置有一个变温室门体142,以开闭对应的变温室141。冷藏内胆120的前侧设置有冷藏室门体122,以开闭冷藏室121。
本实施例中,箱体还包括两个变温室送风风道(未示出)和两个变温室回风风道(未示出),分别与两个变温内胆140一一对应。如图2所示,每个变温内胆140的后壁形成有与变温室送风风道连通的变温室进风口140a,变温室送风风道可通过变温室风门与冷冻室送风风道134可受控地连通,变温室回风风道具有与变温内胆140连通的进口和与冷却室连通的出口,以将变温室141的回风气流输送至冷却室中。
本实施例中,如图1所示,冷藏室121可具有独立的冷藏蒸发器124和冷藏送风机125,冷藏蒸发器124和冷藏送风机125设置于位于冷藏内胆120后壁内侧的冷藏室送风风道123中,冷藏室送风风道123具有向冷藏室121送风的冷藏室送风口123a。
进一步特别地,如图3所示,图3为冰箱100的仰视图,压机舱111内配置有沿横向依次间隔分布的压缩机104、散热风机106及冷凝器105,箱体的底壁限定有横向排布的临近冷凝器的底进风口110a和临近压缩机104的底出风口110b,散热风机106配置为从底进风口110a的周围环境吸入环境空气并促使空气先经过冷凝器105,再经过压缩机104,之后从底出风口110b流动至周围环境中,从而对冷凝器和105压缩机104进行散热。
现有的冰箱100一般在前后方向形成散热循环风路,然而,对于嵌入式冰箱100而言,冰箱100的背部与橱柜的预留空间较小,前后气流流通不畅,散热效率较低,而为了保证前后气流流通顺畅,则需要增大嵌入式冰箱100与橱柜的预留空间,随之带来了冰箱100占用空间增大的问题。
本实施例中,通过在冰箱100的底壁限定有横向排布的底进风口110a和底出风口110b,散热气流在冰箱100的底部完成循环,充分利用了冰箱100与支撑面之间的这一空间,无需加大冰箱100的后壁与橱柜的距离,减小了冰箱100所占空间的同时,保证压机舱111良好的散热。
如图3所示,冰箱100的底壁由位于前侧的底部水平区段113和位于后侧的托板112限定而成,托板112与底部水平区段113间隔设置,以利用托板112的前端和底部水平区段113的后端的间隔空间形成与外部空间连通的底开口。底开口处还设置有分隔件117,分隔件117设置为将底开口分隔为前述的横向分布的底进风口110a和底出风口110b。由此形成了开口尺寸较大的槽形的底进风口110a和底出风口110b,增大了进风、出风面积,减小了进风阻力,使得气流流通更加顺畅,而且制造工艺更加简单,使得压机舱111的整体稳定性更强。
进一步特别地,冰箱100还包括前后延伸的挡风条107,挡风条107位于底进风口110a和底出风口110b之间,由底部水平区段113下表面延伸至托板112下表面,并连接分隔件117的下端,以利用挡风条107和分隔件117将底进风口110a和底出风口110b完全隔离,从而在冰箱100置于一支撑面时,横向分隔冰箱100的底壁与支撑面之间的空间,以允许外部空气在散热风机106的作用下经位于挡风条107横向一侧的底进风口110a进入压机舱111,并依次流经冷凝器105,压缩机104,最后从位于挡风条107横向另一侧的底出风口110b流出,从而将底进风口110a和底出风口110b完全隔离,保证进入冷凝器105处的外部空气与从压缩机104处排出的热空气不会串流,提升散热效果。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本实用新型的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本实用新型精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本实用新型公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本实用新型原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本实用新型的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种压机舱位于冷却室后下方的冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
箱体,其内最下方空间限定有冷却室,所述冷却室内配置有蒸发器;
所述箱体内还限定有压机舱,所述压机舱位于所述冷却室的后下方,且所述压机舱与所述冷却室相互隔离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于
所述蒸发器的上表面高于所述压机舱的顶壁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于
所述蒸发器呈扁平立方体状横置于所述冷却室内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于
所述压机舱内配置有沿横向依次间隔分布的压缩机、散热风机及冷凝器;
所述箱体的底壁限定有横向排布的临近所述冷凝器的底进风口和临近所述压缩机的底出风口;
所述散热风机配置为促使所述底进风口周围的环境空气从所述底进风口进入所述压机舱,并依次经过所述冷凝器、所述压缩机,之后从所述底出风口流动至外部环境中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体还包括:
挡风条,设置于所述箱体的底壁下表面上,位于所述底进风口和所述底出风口之间,配置为将所述底进风口和所述底出风口完全隔离,从而在所述冰箱置于一支撑面时,横向分隔所述箱体的底壁与所述支撑面之间的空间,以允许外部空气在所述散热风机的作用下经位于所述挡风条横向一侧的所述底进风口进入所述压机舱,并依次流经所述冷凝器、所述压缩机,最后从位于所述挡风条横向另一侧的所述底出风口流出。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体还包括:
冷冻内胆,其内限定有冷冻室和位于所述冷冻室正下方的所述冷却室。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体还包括:
冷冻室送风风道,位于所述冷冻内胆的后壁内侧,具有与所述冷冻室连通的至少一个冷冻室送风口;
送风机,设置于所述蒸发器的后方,配置为促使由所述蒸发器冷却后的至少部分气流经所述冷冻室送风风道流动至所述冷冻室中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体还包括:
罩壳,罩扣在所述冷冻内胆的底壁,与所述冷冻内胆的底壁和横向两个侧壁共同限定出所述冷却室;
所述罩壳的后端形成有与所述冷冻室送风风道的进风口连通的出风口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于
所述罩壳的前壁形成有前回风入口,以便于所述冷冻室的回风气流通过所述前回风入口进入所述冷却室中由所述蒸发器进行冷却。
10.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体还包括:
两个变温内胆,沿横向分布在所述冷冻内胆的正上方,每个所述变温内胆内限定有变温室;
冷藏内胆,位于所述两个变温内胆的正上方,其内限定有冷藏室。
