本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱。本发明提供了一种冰箱,包括设有冷藏室的冰箱本体、制冰机、制冰风道、设于制冰风道中的第一风扇组件及制冰机蒸发器;制冰风道包括进风道及回风道,进风道及回风道均设于冷藏室的发泡层内,且靠近制冰机的一端均延伸至制冰机的门体上的发泡层内;第一风扇组件可拆卸地设于位于冷藏室的发泡层内的回风道中,可以整体从回风道中拆卸和安装,安装和维修工艺性好;且不占用制冰机蒸发器腔室及制冰机储冰空间,利于提高制冰机的储冰量;制冰机蒸发器设于进风道与回风道之间,且设于远离制冰机的一侧,利于提高风扇的驱动效率和制冰机蒸发器的换热效率,同时也避免了风扇结冰造成的质量故障问题。

本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱,具体涉及一种结构简单、能有效提高制冰机的功率效率及制冰性能和降低制冰风扇发生故障概率的冰箱。
背景技术
通常,冰箱被分隔成冷藏室和冷冻室。近来为了便于人们的使用,当前市场上的大部分家用型冰箱均配备有制冰机,其中,制冰机设于冷藏室内,制冰机的腔室与冷藏室的腔室连通,且为提高冷气循环效率,冰箱内还设有制冰机风扇。
一般的,如专利US6964177中指出,将制冰机风扇安装在冷藏室制冰机蒸发器的腔室中,以便于将冷气从制冰机蒸发器吹到门上制冰机,进而对制冰机进行制冷;或如专利US8074464中指出,将制冰机风扇安装在冷藏门上制冰机腔室内部,风扇从门上腔室吸风,进而对制冰机进行制冷。上述安装方式尽管能提高冷气循环效率,但是还存在一些问题,如:装配工艺复杂,当风扇故障需维修时操作困难;若风扇放在门体制冰腔室内部时占用储冰空间,减小储冰量;而若风扇放在制冰机蒸发器的腔室中,会因风扇的体积而造成制冰蒸发室的体积占用冷藏空间太大;风扇在门上制冰腔室不能形成有效的风路流场,利用率低,而在制冰蒸发室中形成的风路流场太复杂;风扇在门上制冰腔室中,由于制冰机加热脱冰时,产生潮热空气,容易接触到制冰风扇并在制冰风扇上产生冰霜,造成故障;风扇在制冰机蒸发器的腔室中,由于制冰风扇因与制冰制冰机蒸发器较近,容易在制冰机蒸发器化霜时接触到水汽,容易产生冰堵,造成故障。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是:提供一种结构简单、能有效提高制冰机的功率效率及制冰性能和降低制冰风扇发生故障概率的冰箱,以解决现有的制冰机风扇安装方式存在装配工艺复杂、占用储冰空间及制冰风扇易产生冰霜进而造成故障的问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种冰箱,包括设有冷藏室的冰箱本体,还包括:制冰机、制冰风道、设于所述制冰风道中的第一风扇组件及制冰机蒸发器;所述制冰机设于所述冷藏室内;所述制冰风道包括用于连通所述制冰机与冷藏室的进风道及回风道,所述进风道及回风道均设于所述冷藏室的发泡层内,且所述进风道及回风道的靠近所述制冰机的一端均延伸至所述制冰机的门体上的发泡层内;所述第一风扇组件可拆卸地设于位于所述冷藏室的发泡层内的回风道中;所述制冰机蒸发器设于所述进风道与所述回风道之间,且设于远离所述制冰机的一侧。
其中,所述位于所述冷藏室的发泡层内的回风道包括相互连通的第一回风道及第二回风道,所述第一风扇组件设于所述第一回风道与第二回风道之间。
其中,所述第一风扇组件包括内部为中空且两端均为敞口的回风壳体及设于所述回风壳体内的第一风扇,其中一个所述敞口与所述第一回风道连通,另一个所述敞口与所述第二回风道连通。
其中,所述回风壳体靠近所述冷藏室一侧的外壁面上设有保温层。
其中,所述回风壳体与所述保温层的接合处设有密封圈,以实现所述回风壳体与所述保温层密封连接。
其中,本申请提供的冰箱还包括第二风扇,所述第二风扇设于位于所述制冰机的门体上的发泡层内的进风道的出口处。

本发明的上述技术方案具有如下优点:本发明提供了一种冰箱,包括设有冷藏室的冰箱本体,还包括:制冰机、制冰风道、设于制冰风道中的第一风扇组件及制冰机蒸发器;制冰机设于冷藏室内;制冰风道包括用于连通制冰机与冷藏室的进风道及回风道,进风道及回风道均设于冷藏室的发泡层内,且进风道及回风道的靠近制冰机的一端均延伸至制冰机的门体上的发泡层内;第一风扇组件可拆卸地设于位于冷藏室的发泡层内的回风道中,可以整体从回风道中拆卸和安装,安装和维修工艺性好;且不占用制冰机蒸发器腔室及制冰机储冰空间,利于提高制冰机的储冰量;结构简单,工艺简便;制冰机蒸发器设于进风道与回风道之间,且设于远离制冰机的一侧,第一风扇组件设于回风道中且位于制冰机蒸发器下方,当第一风扇将制冰机中已经使用过的空气吹向制冰机蒸发器时,空气温度相对较高且能自然上升,利于提高风扇的驱动效率和制冰机蒸发器的换热效率,同时避免了风扇受强冷空气而产生结冰造成的质量问题,也避免了风扇因接触到潮热空气或水汽而产生的故障问题。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供了一种冰箱,包括设有冷藏室3的冰箱本体1,还包括:制冰机4、制冰风道、设于制冰风道中的第一风扇组件及制冰机蒸发器7;制冰机4设于冷藏室3内;制冰风道包括用于连通制冰机4与冷藏室3的进风道5及回风道6,其中,进风道5用于将冷却空气从冷藏室3供给至制冰机4中,回风道6用于将制冰机4中已使用过的冷却空气从制冰机4返回至冷藏室3中;进风道5及回风道6均设于冷藏室3的发泡层内,且进风道5及回风道6的靠近制冰机4的一端均延伸至制冰机4的门体2上的发泡层内,由此避免了占用制冰机蒸发器7腔室及制冰机4的储冰空间,利于提高制冰机4的单次储冰量;第一风扇组件可拆卸地设于位于冷藏室3的发泡层内的回风道6中,可以将第一风扇组件整体从回风道6中拆卸和安装,安装和维修工艺性好;制冰机蒸发器7设于进风道5与回风道6之间,且设于远离制冰机4的一侧,第一风扇组件设于回风道6中且位于制冰机蒸发器7下方,当第一风扇9将制冰机4中已经使用过的空气吹向制冰机蒸发器7时,空气温度相对较高且能自然上升,利于提高风扇的驱动效率和制冰机蒸发器7的换热效率,同时避免了风扇受强冷空气而产生结冰造成的质量问题,也避免了风扇因接触到潮热空气或水汽而产生的故障问题。
具体地,位于冷藏室3的发泡层内的回风道6包括相互连通的第一回风道6-1及第二回风道6-2,第一风扇组件设于第一回风道6-1与第二回风道6-2之间。优选地,在本实施例中,第一风扇组件设于位于冷藏室3的发泡层内的回风道6的中间位置,即与制冰机4的腔室及与远离制冰机蒸发器7的间距相同;如此设置,既可减小制冰机4进水制冰时所产生水汽和可能的溢水对第一风扇9产生的影响,还可减小蒸发器在化霜和制冷时产生的高低温、高低湿环境对第一风扇9的影响,进而使得第一风扇9因制冰机4的腔室和制冰机蒸发器7对其产生的故障问题降至最低,以维护冰箱能进行长周期的运行。
特别的,第一风扇9可以根据所选冰箱大小不同,或制冰量需求不同的产品更换风量不同风扇,实现标准化设计。
具体地,第一风扇组件包括内部为中空且两端均为敞口的回风壳体8及设于回风壳体8内的第一风扇9,采用模块化设计的第一风扇组件,装卸便捷,利于提高生成效率,第一风扇9可通过螺丝或螺钉固定在回风壳体8内,结构简单,装拆简便;其中一个敞口与第一回风道6-1连通,另一个敞口与第二回风道6-2连通。为提高排风效果,回风壳体8的两个敞口的端部形状与第一回风道6-1及第二回风道6-2的端部形状相匹配。其中,回风壳体8的两个敞口与第一回风道6-1及第二回风道6-2的连接方式可以为螺纹连接、卡接、铆钉连接中的一种或多种,结构简单,工艺简便,且固定效果好,也利于提高冰箱的生产效率。
进一步地,为防止设于回风壳体8内的风扇受强冷气影响而发生故障或产生质量问题,回风壳体8靠近冷藏室3一侧的外壁面上设有保温层10。具体地,在本实施例中,保温层10为采用保温材料制成的板状体,板状体可以通过螺钉或铆钉或卡接等方式中的一种固定在回风壳体8的外壁面上,以使得能够阻隔回风壳体8内的温度与冷藏室3内的温度之差,防止第一风扇9靠近冷藏室3的一侧产生凝露,以维护第一风扇组件的正常运行。
为进一步地提高回风壳体8的保温效果,回风壳体8与保温层10的接合处设有密封圈11,以实现回风壳体8与保温层10密封连接。具体地,在本实施例中,保温层10为采用保温材料制成的板状体,相应的,密封圈11的形状与板状体相适配。
进一步地,本申请提供的冰箱还包括第二风扇,第二风扇设于位于制冰机4的门体2上的发泡层内的进风道5的出口处。在本实施例中,将第二风扇安装设于制冰机4的门体2上的发泡层内的进风道5的出口处,使得制冰机4工作时,第二风扇在进风道5的出口处驱动空气流动,能够减小风道连接密封漏冷问题,以利于提高制冰机4的制冰效率。
特别的,第二风扇可以根据所选冰箱大小不同,或制冰量需求不同的产品更换风量不同风扇,实现标准化设计。
进一步地,本申请提供的冰箱还包括控制器,控制器分别与第一风扇9及第二风扇电信号连接,以控制第一风扇9及第二风扇的转子的转速,以达到高效节能的有益效果。
其中,控制器的控制方式有三种,具体为:
方式一
获取制冰机4内的温度;根据制冰机4内的温度确定第一风扇9及第二风扇的转子的转速,以控制第一风扇9及第二风扇。具体地,运行时,可将获取的当前制冰机4内的温度与预设的制冰机4的温度做差值,根据所得到的差值,相应调节第一风扇9及第二风扇的转子的转速,以达到最优的高效节能状态。
方式二
获取制冰机4的制冰速度;根据制冰机4的制冰速度确定第一风扇9及第二风扇的转子的转速,以控制第一风扇9及第二风扇。具体地,运行时,可将获取的当前制冰机4的制冰速度与预设的制冰机4的制冰速度做差值,根据所得到的差值,相应调节第一风扇9及第二风扇的转子的转速,以达到最优的高效节能状态。
方式三
获取制冰机4所需的制冰量;根据制冰机4所需的制冰量确定第一风扇9及第二风扇的转子的转速,以控制第一风扇9及第二风扇。具体地,运行时,可将获取的当前制冰机4所需的制冰量与预设的制冰机4的制冰量做差值,根据所得到的差值,相应调节第一风扇9及第二风扇的转子的转速,以达到最优的高效节能状态。
特别的,可根据用户的实际需求,相应调整控制器的控制方式。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种冰箱,包括设有冷藏室的冰箱本体,还包括:制冰机、制冰风道、设于制冰风道中的第一风扇组件及制冰机蒸发器;制冰机设于冷藏室内;制冰风道包括用于连通制冰机与冷藏室的进风道及回风道,进风道及回风道均设于冷藏室的发泡层内,且进风道及回风道的靠近制冰机的一端均延伸至制冰机的门体上的发泡层内;第一风扇组件可拆卸地设于位于冷藏室的发泡层内的回风道中,可以整体从回风道中拆卸和安装,安装和维修工艺性好;且不占用制冰机蒸发器腔室及制冰机储冰空间,利于提高制冰机的储冰量;结构简单,工艺简便;制冰机蒸发器设于进风道与回风道之间,且设于远离制冰机的一侧,第一风扇组件设于回风道中且位于制冰机蒸发器下方,当第一风扇将制冰机中已经使用过的空气吹向制冰机蒸发器时,空气温度相对较高且能自然上升,利于提高风扇的驱动效率和制冰机蒸发器的换热效率,同时避免了风扇受强冷空气而产生结冰造成的质量问题,也有效避免了风扇因接触到潮热空气或水汽而产生的故障问题。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种冰箱,包括设有冷藏室的冰箱本体,其特征在于,还包括:制冰机、制冰风道、设于所述制冰风道中的第一风扇组件及制冰机蒸发器;所述制冰机设于所述冷藏室内;所述制冰风道包括用于连通所述制冰机与冷藏室的进风道及回风道,所述进风道及回风道均设于所述冷藏室的发泡层内,且所述进风道及回风道的靠近所述制冰机的一端均延伸至所述制冰机的门体上的发泡层内;所述第一风扇组件可拆卸地设于位于所述冷藏室的发泡层内的回风道中;所述制冰机蒸发器设于所述进风道与所述回风道之间,且设于远离所述制冰机的一侧;所述位于所述冷藏室的发泡层内的回风道包括相互连通的第一回风道及第二回风道,所述第一风扇组件设于所述第一回风道与第二回风道之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第一风扇组件包括内部为中空且两端均为敞口的回风壳体及设于所述回风壳体内的第一风扇,其中一个所述敞口与所述第一回风道连通,另一个所述敞口与所述第二回风道连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述回风壳体靠近所述冷藏室一侧的外壁面上设有保温层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述回风壳体与所述保温层的接合处设有密封圈,以实现所述回风壳体与所述保温层密封连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:还包括第二风扇,所述第二风扇设于位于所述制冰机的门体上的发泡层内的进风道的出口处。
6.根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:还包括控制器,所述控制器分别与所述第一风扇及第二风扇电信号连接,以控制所述第一风扇及第二风扇的转子的转速。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控制器的控制方式包括:
获取所述制冰机内的温度;
根据所述制冰机内的温度确定所述第一风扇及所述第二风扇的转子的转速,以控制所述第一风扇及所述第二风扇。
8.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控制器的控制方式包括:
获取所述制冰机的制冰速度;
根据所述制冰机的制冰速度确定所述第一风扇及所述第二风扇的转子的转速,以控制所述第一风扇及所述第二风扇。
9.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控制器的控制方式包括:
获取所述制冰机所需的制冰量;
根据所述制冰机所需的制冰量确定所述第一风扇及所述第二风扇的转子的转速,以控制所述第一风扇及所述第二风扇。
