Abstract

背景技术
模切机是包装纸箱加工成型的重要设备,用于完成印刷品或纸板的模切、压痕和烫金作业,其工作原理是:根据产品设计要求的图样,用模切刀具组合成模切版,在压力的作用下,将印刷品或纸板轧切成所需形状或压出折痕。
模切压痕工艺中压痕底模是保证产品质量的关键部件,主要有手工粘贴底模、开槽机开出的底模、纤维压痕底模及压痕条模等类型,其中压痕条模以其操作简单方便、规格齐全、适用范围广而倍受推崇,采用压痕条模作为模切压痕底模可使包装纸箱的总体成本降低。压痕条模一般由定位胶条、模切片、强力抗拉伸膜层、双面胶层和保护胶贴组成,其中模切片左右对称设置两片,粘贴在强力抗拉伸膜层上,在左右两片模切片之间形成矩形条状模腔,模切压痕作业时,模切机的上压痕线向下运动,将压痕材料压入矩形条状模腔中使其产生变形,从而得到所需的折痕线。现有技术中,模切机压痕底模的模切片通常采用PVC板、树脂板或纸板加工成型,由于PVC板及纸板受环境温度或湿度影响易产生变形,难以保证折痕线的精度和产品质量,而树脂板材质较硬,不利于模切片在裁切后对其端部的加工,因此需要对模切机压痕底模的模切片结构进行优化设计。

本实用新型提供一种模切机压痕底模的模切片,通过对模切片结构的优化设计解决现有模切片易变形和裁切后端部加工困难的问题,达到提高模切压痕产品质量的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种模切机压痕底模的模切片,由左右对称布置的两部分组成,粘贴在模切机压痕条模的强力抗拉伸膜层上,在左右两片模切片之间形成容纳压痕材料变形的矩形条状模腔;所述模切片左右两部分均为由若干层无纺布和/或聚酯薄膜复合结构,在相邻两层之间涂覆亚克力胶。
上述模切机压痕底模的模切片,所述模切片左右两部分均由底层、中间层和面层复合而成,所述底层和面层为无纺布层或聚酯薄膜层,所述中间层为亚克力胶层。
上述模切机压痕底模的模切片,所述模切片左右两部分均为至少两层无纺布和一层聚酯薄膜复合结构,在相邻两层之间涂覆亚克力胶。
上述模切机压痕底模的模切片,所述模切片左右两部分均为至少一层无纺布和两层聚酯薄膜复合结构,在相邻两层之间涂覆亚克力胶。

参看图1、图2,本实用新型为一种模切机压痕底模的模切片,由左右对称布置的两部分组成,粘贴在模切机压痕底膜的强力抗拉伸膜层3上,在左右两片模切片1之间形成容纳压痕材料变形的矩形条状模腔2,在模切片1每一部分两端均设有坡口1-1,在模切片1每一部分的外侧边缘设置楔形倒角面1-2,所述楔形倒角面1-2与水平面夹角α≯15º。
参看图3、图4,本实用新型所述模切机压痕底模的模切片,其左右两部分均为由若干层无纺布W和/或聚酯薄膜M复合结构,在相邻两层之间涂覆亚克力胶J。
本实用新型的第一优选实施例为:所述模切片左右两部分均由底层、中间层和面层复合而成,其中底层和面层为无纺布层或聚酯薄膜层,所述中间层为亚克力胶层。
本实用新型的第二优选实施例为:所述模切片左右两部分均为至少两层无纺布和一层聚酯薄膜复合结构,在相邻两层之间涂覆亚克力胶。
本实用新型的第三优选实施例为:所述模切片左右两部分均为至少一层无纺布和两层聚酯薄膜复合结构,在相邻两层之间涂覆亚克力胶。
以上仅为本实用新型的优选实施例,还可通过若干层无纺布和/或聚酯薄膜不同组合方式,由无纺布和/或聚酯薄膜层为模切片提供足够的张力,通过对复合层数的调节控制模切片的厚度。由于本实用新型采用了多层复合结构的模切片,受环境温度或湿度影响较小,不易产生变形,且其硬度适中,利于模切片裁切后对其端部的加工,因此保证了折痕线的精度和产品质量。

1.一种模切机压痕底模的模切片,其特征是,所述模切片(1)由左右对称布置的两部分组成,粘贴在模切机压痕底膜的强力抗拉伸膜层(3)上,在左右两片模切片之间形成容纳压痕材料变形的矩形条状模腔(2);所述模切片(1)左右两部分均为由若干层无纺布(W)和/或聚酯薄膜(M)复合结构,在相邻两层之间涂覆亚克力胶(J)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模切机压痕底模的模切片,其特征是,所述模切片(1)左右两部分均由底层、中间层和面层复合而成,所述底层和面层为无纺布(W)或聚酯薄膜(M),所述中间层为亚克力胶(J)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模切机压痕底模的模切片,其特征是,所述模切片(1)左右两部分均为至少两层无纺布(W)和一层聚酯薄膜(M)复合结构,在相邻两层之间涂覆亚克力胶(J)。
