本实用新型公开了一种采用低温陶瓷釉料和玻璃烧制的新型板材，包括玻璃基板和至少一层设置在玻璃基板上的陶瓷釉面层，所述陶瓷釉面层位于玻璃基板的上表面并作为使用面。本实用新型将陶瓷釉面层作为使用面，不仅色彩、花纹和图案更加美丽，装饰效果更好，而且釉面比玻璃面的抗水性和耐磨性更好，大大地延长了板材使用寿命；同时，陶瓷釉面层的厚度较大，不仅色泽艳丽，而且进一步地增强耐磨性能；更进一步，所述陶瓷釉面层的上表面为凹凸不平的不平整面，在增加花纹和图案立体感的同时，增加表面的摩擦系数，避免表面过于光滑，作为地板使用时，导致使用者滑倒而摔伤。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑装饰板材，具体涉及一种采用低温陶瓷釉料和玻璃烧制的新型板材，该板材可以作为建筑饰面板以及户内户外家具的饰面板。
背景技术
现在我们的装修材料越来越多，越来越新颖，以前我们的地板和墙板局限于瓷砖和木板等，而现在市面上出现了大量的玻璃作为地板和墙板使用，部分厂商为了增加玻璃板的装饰性，在玻璃板上设有釉面形成新型的板材，该板材上具有许多不同的颜色和花纹，具有很高的功能性和装饰性。然而现有的板材釉面均是作为玻璃板背部的装饰面使用，并非作为使用面进行使用，玻璃板的使用面耐磨性不佳，长久使用后容易出现刮花等现象。

本实用新型所提供的一种耐磨性能好、采用低温陶瓷釉料和玻璃烧制的新型板材。

一种采用低温陶瓷釉料和玻璃烧制的新型板材，其特征在于：包括玻璃基板和至少一层设置在玻璃基板上的陶瓷釉面层，所述陶瓷釉面层位于玻璃基板的上表面并作为使用面。
在本实用新型中，所述陶瓷釉面层的厚度为10-25微米。
在本实用新型中，所述陶瓷釉面层为低温陶瓷釉料。
在本实用新型中，所述陶瓷釉面层的上表面为凹凸不平的不平整面。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型将陶瓷釉面层作为使用面，不仅色彩、花纹和图案更加美丽，装饰效果更好，而且釉面比玻璃面的抗水性和耐磨性更好，大大地延长了板材使用寿命；同时，陶瓷釉面层的厚度较大，不仅色泽艳丽，而且进一步地增强耐磨性能；更进一步，所述陶瓷釉面层的上表面为凹凸不平的不平整面，在增加花纹和图案立体感的同时，增加表面的摩擦系数，避免表面过于光滑，作为地板使用时，导致使用者滑倒而摔伤。

参照附图1，本实施例所描述的一种采用低温陶瓷釉料和玻璃烧制的新型板材，包括玻璃基板1和至少一层设置在玻璃基板1上的陶瓷釉面层2，所述玻璃基板1为钢化玻璃板，本实施例中，所述陶瓷釉面层2为一层，所述陶瓷釉面层2位于玻璃基板1的上表面并作为使用面。
作为优选的实施方式，所述陶瓷釉面层2的厚度为10-25微米，陶瓷釉面层2的厚度较大，不仅色泽艳丽，而且进一步地增强耐磨性能。在本实施例中，所述陶瓷釉面层2为低温陶瓷釉料，其烧成温度为700摄氏度，低温陶瓷釉料的花纹和图案更加美艳。
在本实施例中，所述陶瓷釉面层2的上表面为凹凸不平的不平整面，凸起的高点和凹入的低点之间的高度差在10-15微米之间。
