一种隔音陶瓷砖,陶瓷砖结构依次包括陶瓷砖基层、第一真空钢化玻璃层、硅藻土板层、第二真空钢化玻璃层及陶瓷砖釉面层,所述陶瓷砖基层、第一真空钢化玻璃层、硅藻土板层、第二真空钢化玻璃层及陶瓷砖釉面层依次通过粘结层烧结连接,所述粘结层由硅藻土、高岭土、丙烯酸树脂组成,所述粘结层厚度均为0.5厘米;所述陶瓷砖基层包括以下重量份材料:高岭土100份、二氧化锆30份、膨润土80份、玻璃纤维20份、碳纤维15份;所述第一、第二真空钢化玻璃层的真空厚度为0.5厘米,钢化玻璃厚度为0.5厘米;所述硅藻土板层包括以下重量份材料:硅藻土200份、石膏80份、酚醛树脂150份、魔芋80份、锯末60份,其中所述酚醛树脂由有机硅改性酚醛树脂与硼改性酚醛树脂按重量比1:2组成,所述硅藻土板层为蜂窝状;所述陶瓷砖釉面层包括以下重量份材料:颜料20份、高岭土300份、凹凸棒土88份、二氧化钛30份、甲基硅酸钠25份、氧化铝10份、有机硅改性酚醛树脂30份;所述陶瓷砖基层厚度为2厘米,所述硅藻土板层厚度为2厘米,所述陶瓷砖釉面层厚度为2厘米。

一种隔音陶瓷砖,包括陶瓷砖基层、第一真空钢化玻璃层、硅藻土板层、第二真空钢化玻璃层及陶瓷砖釉面层,所述陶瓷砖基层、第一真空钢化玻璃层、硅藻土板层、第二真空钢化玻璃层及陶瓷砖釉面层分别通过粘结层烧结连接,所述粘结层由硅藻土、高岭土、丙烯酸树脂组成,所述粘结层厚度均为0.5厘米;所述陶瓷砖基层由以下重量份材料制成:高岭土55份、二氧化锆26份、膨润土72份、玻璃纤维13份、碳纤维12份、木质磺酸钠12份、水235份;所述陶瓷砖基层由以下方法制成:将高岭土、二氧化锆、膨润土经过粗粉碎后,过50目筛,得到细粉末,将细粉末与玻璃纤维、碳纤维、木质磺酸钠、水混合进行球磨,球磨1小时后,过200目滤网,得到滤液,将滤液干燥至水分含量为30%后,进行压制成模,最后进行烧结得到所述陶瓷砖基层;所述第一、第二真空钢化玻璃层的真空厚度为0.3厘米,钢化玻璃厚度为0.3厘米;所述硅藻土板层由以下重量份材料制成:硅藻土150份、石膏75份、有机硅改性酚醛树脂40份、硼改性酚醛树脂80份、魔芋70份、锯末45份、乙醇150份、水100份;所述硅藻土板层由以下方法制成:魔芋清洗干净切成块,加入水采用搅拌机粉碎,过滤,将第一滤渣与第一滤液分离,将滤液与锯末、石膏混合超声粉碎1小时过滤得到第二滤渣与第二滤液,将有机硅改性酚醛树脂与硼改性酚醛树脂粉碎后加入乙醇加热至90℃,不断搅拌至澄清得到液体A,将第二滤液缓慢倒入液体A中,倒入的过程中不断搅拌,得到混合液体B,将第一滤渣、第二滤渣与硅藻土混合再将混合液体B缓慢倒入,不断搅拌1小时,减压干燥去除乙醇,将其中水分干燥至含量为40%,进行压制成蜂窝状,最后进行干燥得到所述硅藻土板层;所述陶瓷砖釉面层由以下重量份材料制成:颜料15份、高岭土220份、凹凸棒土62份、二氧化钛25份、甲基硅酸钠22份、氧化铝8份、有机硅改性酚醛树脂23份、5A分子筛10份、水300份,所述陶瓷砖釉面层由以下方法制成:将以下原料混合进行球磨:高岭土、凹凸棒土、二氧化钛、甲基硅酸钠、氧化铝、有机硅改性酚醛树脂、5A分子筛、水,球磨1-2小时后过300目滤网,得到滤液,将滤液干燥至35%,进行压制成模将颜料涂在表层,最后进行干燥得到所述陶瓷砖釉面层;所述陶瓷砖基层厚度为3厘米,所述硅藻土板层厚度为3厘米,所述陶瓷砖釉面层厚度为3厘米。
实施例4
一种隔音陶瓷砖,包括陶瓷砖基层、第一真空钢化玻璃层、硅藻土板层、第二真空钢化玻璃层及陶瓷砖釉面层;所述陶瓷砖基层由以下重量份材料制成:高岭土55份、二氧化锆26份、膨润土72份、玻璃纤维13份、碳纤维12份、木质磺酸钠12份、水235份;所述陶瓷砖基层由以下方法制成:将高岭土、二氧化锆、膨润土经过粗粉碎后,过50目筛,得到细粉末,将细粉末与玻璃纤维、碳纤维、木质磺酸钠、水混合进行球磨,球磨1-2小时后,过200目滤网,得到滤液,将滤液干燥至水分含量为30%后,进行压制成模,最后进行烧结得到所述陶瓷砖基层;所述第一、第二真空钢化玻璃层的真空厚度为0.3厘米,钢化玻璃厚度为0.3厘米;所述硅藻土板层由以下重量份材料制成:硅藻土150份、石膏75份、有机硅改性酚醛树脂40份、硼改性酚醛树脂80份、魔芋70份、锯末45份、乙醇150份、水100份;所述硅藻土板层由以下方法制成:魔芋清洗干净切成块,加入水采用搅拌机粉碎,过滤,将第一滤渣与第一滤液分离,将滤液与锯末、石膏混合超声粉碎2小时过滤得到第二滤渣与第二滤液,将有机硅改性酚醛树脂与硼改性酚醛树脂粉碎后加入乙醇加热至90℃,不断搅拌至澄清得到液体A,将第二滤液缓慢倒入液体A中,倒入的过程中不断搅拌,得到混合液体B,将第一滤渣、第二滤渣与硅藻土混合再将混合液体B缓慢倒入,不断搅拌2小时,减压干燥去除乙醇,将其中水分干燥至含量为40%,进行压制成蜂窝状,最后进行干燥得到所述硅藻土板层;所述陶瓷砖釉面层由以下重量份材料制成:颜料15份、高岭土220份、凹凸棒土62份、二氧化钛25份、甲基硅酸钠22份、氧化铝8份、有机硅改性酚醛树脂23份、5A分子筛10份、水300份,所述陶瓷砖釉面层由以下方法制成:将以下原料混合进行球磨:高岭土、凹凸棒土、二氧化钛、甲基硅酸钠、氧化铝、有机硅改性酚醛树脂、5A分子筛、水,球磨2小时后过300目滤网,得到滤液,将滤液干燥至35%,进行压制成模将颜料涂在表层,最后进行干燥得到所述陶瓷砖釉面层。

Claims (9)

1.一种隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,包括陶瓷砖基层、第一真空钢化玻璃层、硅藻土板层、第二真空钢化玻璃层及陶瓷砖釉面层;所述陶瓷砖基层包括以下重量份材料:高岭土50-100份、二氧化锆20-30份、膨润土60-80份、玻璃纤维10-20份、碳纤维5-15份;所述第一、第二真空钢化玻璃层的真空厚度为0.2-0.5厘米,钢化玻璃厚度为0.2-0.5厘米;所述硅藻土板层包括以下重量份材料:硅藻土100-200份、石膏50-80份、酚醛树脂100-150份、魔芋50-80份、锯末30-60份,其中所述酚醛树脂由有机硅改性酚醛树脂与硼改性酚醛树脂按重量比1:1.5-2组成,所述硅藻土板层为蜂窝状;所述陶瓷砖釉面层包括以下重量份材料:颜料10-20份、高岭土150-300份、凹凸棒土55-88份、二氧化钛20-30份、甲基硅酸钠15-25份、氧化铝5-10份、有机硅改性酚醛树脂20-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述陶瓷砖基层由以下重量份材料制成:高岭土55份、二氧化锆26份、膨润土72份、玻璃纤维13份、碳纤维12份、木质磺酸钠12份、水235份;所述陶瓷砖基层由以下方法制成:将高岭土、二氧化锆、膨润土经过粗粉碎后,过50目筛,得到细粉末,将细粉末与玻璃纤维、碳纤维、木质磺酸钠、水混合进行球磨,球磨1-2小时后,过200目滤网,得到滤液,将滤液干燥至水分含量为30%后,进行压制成模,最后进行烧结得到所述陶瓷砖基层。
3.如权利要求1所述的隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述第一、第二真空钢化玻璃层的真空厚度为0.3厘米,钢化玻璃厚度为0.3厘米。
4.如权利要求1所述的隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述硅藻土板层由以下重量份材料制成:硅藻土150份、石膏75份、有机硅改性酚醛树脂40份、硼改性酚醛树脂80份、魔芋70份、锯末45份、乙醇150份、水100份;所述硅藻土板层由以下方法制成:魔芋清洗干净切成块,加入水采用搅拌机粉碎,过滤,将第一滤渣与第一滤液分离,将滤液与锯末、石膏混合超声粉碎1-2小时过滤得到第二滤渣与第二滤液,将有机硅改性酚醛树脂与硼改性酚醛树脂粉碎后加入乙醇加热至90℃,不断搅拌至澄清得到液体A,将第二滤液缓慢倒入液体A中,倒入的过程中不断搅拌,得到混合液体B,将第一滤渣、第二滤渣与硅藻土混合再将混合液体B缓慢倒入,不断搅拌1-2小时,减压干燥去除乙醇,将其中水分干燥至含量为40%,进行压制成蜂窝状,最后进行干燥得到所述硅藻土板层。
5.如权利要求1所述的隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述陶瓷砖釉面层由以下重量份材料制成:颜料15份、高岭土220份、凹凸棒土62份、二氧化钛25份、甲基硅酸钠22份、氧化铝8份、有机硅改性酚醛树脂23份、5A分子筛10份、水300份,所述陶瓷砖釉面层由以下方法制成:将以下原料混合进行球磨:高岭土、凹凸棒土、二氧化钛、甲基硅酸钠、氧化铝、有机硅改性酚醛树脂、5A分子筛、水,球磨1-2小时后过300目滤网,得到滤液,将滤液干燥至35%,进行压制成模将颜料涂在表层,最后进行干燥得到所述陶瓷砖釉面层。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述陶瓷砖基层厚度为2-3厘米。
7.如权利要求1或4所述的隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述硅藻土板层厚度为2-3厘米。
8.如权利要求1或5所述的隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述陶瓷砖釉面层厚度为2-3厘米。
9.如权利要求1所述的隔音陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述陶瓷砖基层、第一真空钢化玻璃层、硅藻土板层、第二真空钢化玻璃层及陶瓷砖釉面层分别通过粘结层烧结连接,所述粘结层由硅藻土、高岭土、丙烯酸树脂组成,所述粘结层厚度均为0.5厘米。
