[0004]本实用新型提供以下技术方案:一种薄板上料机,包括机架、备料板、取料机构、搬运机构、送料机构、定位机构、电控柜;所述备料板设置在机架的顶部;所述取料机构包括吸盘、取料爪手、导杆、取料气缸、滑板,所述取料气缸固定在滑板上,所述吸盘设置在取料爪手的下部,所述导杆一端和取料爪手连接,在直线轴承的约束下与取料气缸一起沿竖直方向运动;搬运机构包括导轨滑块、搬运气缸,取料机构的滑板固定在导轨滑块上,导轨固定在机架上,在导轨的约束下滑板随着导轨滑块做直线运动,搬运气缸活塞杆伸出端与滑板连接,在搬运气缸的驱动下,滑板随着滑块在导轨上运动;定位机构包括定位气缸、送料托板、定位板,送料托板固定在机架上,定位气缸和定位板固定在送料托板上;送料机构包括挡料定位板、送料爪手、送料爪手执行气缸、同步带滑台,所述同步带滑台沿机架纵向方向固定在机架上,在所述同步带滑台上设置送料爪手执行气缸,所述送料爪手与送料爪手执行气缸连接,在送料爪手下部设置挡料定位板;所述电控柜分别与所述取料机构、搬运机构、定位机构、送料机构电性连接。

[0023]如图1至4所示,一种薄板自动上料机,包括机架12、备料板19、取料机构、搬运机构、定位机构、送料机构、电控柜I;所述备料板19设置在机架12的顶部;所述取料机构包括吸盘、取料爪手4、导杆6、取料气缸7、滑板18,所述取料气缸7固定在滑板18上,所述取料气缸7与取料爪手4连接,所述吸盘设置在取料爪手4的下部,所述导杆6的一端和取料爪手4连接,在直线轴承的约束下与取料气缸7—起沿竖直方向运动;搬运机构包括导轨滑块5、搬运气缸14,取料机构的滑板18固定在导轨滑块5上,导轨沿机架横向方向固定在机架上,在导轨的约束下滑板18随着导轨滑块5做直线运动,搬运气缸14活塞杆伸出端与滑板18连接,在搬运气缸14的驱动下,滑板18随着导轨滑块5在导轨上运动;所述定位机构包括定位气缸15、送料托板16、定位板17,送料托板16固定在机架12上,定位气缸15和定位板17,固定在送料托板16上;送料机构包括挡料定位板9、送料爪手10、送料爪手执行气缸11、同步带滑台13,所述同步带滑台13沿机架纵向方向固定在机架上,在所述同步带滑台13上设置送料爪手执行气缸U,所述送料爪手10与送料爪手执行气缸11连接,在送料爪手10下部设置挡料定位板9 ;所述电控柜I分别与所述取料机构、搬运机构、定位机构、送料机构电性连接。
[0024]设置在取料爪手4下部的吸盘为缓冲吸盘3,所述缓冲吸盘3可适用不同高度的料堆,随着料片的减少,缓冲吸盘3可以通过自身的缓冲量来抓取下一张料片。

[0029]本实用新型的工作原理是:首先将堆垛好的料片放置在备料台19上,磁力分张器2将料片分开防止取料时多张料片贴在一起;然后缓冲吸盘3吸取料片,取料气缸7下降时缓冲吸盘3吸取料片,取料气缸上升时,将料片抓起,取料气缸7固定在滑板18上,导杆6的一端和取料爪手4连接,在直线轴承的约束下与气缸杆一起沿竖直方向运动;当取料机构将料片放在送料托板上16时,定位气缸15推动料片贴近定位板17进行横向定位;取料机构的滑板18固定在导轨滑块5上,导轨固定在机架上,在导轨的约束下滑板18随着导轨滑块5沿着机架的横向方向做直线运动,搬运气缸14活塞杆伸出端与滑板18连接,在搬运气缸14的驱动下,滑板18随着导轨滑块5在导轨上运动;当料片在定位机构进行横向定位后,同步带滑台13带动送料爪手10前行,挡料定位板9对料片进行纵向定位,定位之后在送料爪手执行气缸11的作用下,送料爪手上10的吸盘贴近料片并吸取料片,随之在同步带滑台13的带动下料片随送料爪手1—起前移,直到目标位置。
[0030]本实用新型所公开的薄板自动上料机通过取料机构、搬运机构、送料机构等的相互配合,可直接将金属薄板送至预定位置,一人即可完成全部操作,节省了人力,提高了生产效率,定位机构提高了冲床对金属薄板的加工精度。

1.一种薄板自动上料机,其特征在于:包括机架(12)、备料板(19)、取料机构、搬运机构、定位机构、送料机构、电控柜(I);所述备料板(19)设置在机架(12)的顶部;所述取料机构包括吸盘、取料爪手(4 )、导杆(6 )、取料气缸(7 )、滑板(18),所述取料气缸(7 )固定在滑板(18)上,所述取料气缸(7)与取料爪手4连接,所述吸盘设置在取料爪手(4)的下部,所述导杆(6)的一端和取料爪手(4)连接;所述搬运机构包括导轨滑块(5)、搬运气缸(14),取料机构的滑板(18)固定在导轨滑块(5)上,导轨沿机架横向方向固定在机架上,在导轨的约束下滑板(18)随着导轨滑块(5)做直线运动,搬运气缸(14)活塞杆伸出端与滑板(18)连接,在搬运气缸(14)的驱动下,滑板(18)随着导轨滑块(5)在导轨上运动;所述定位机构包括定位气缸(15)、送料托板(16)、定位板(17),送料托板(16)固定在机架(12)上,定位气缸(15)和定位板(17),固定在送料托板(16)上;送料机构包括挡料定位板(9)、送料爪手(10)、送料爪手执行气缸(11)、同步带滑台(13),所述同步带滑台(13 )沿机架纵向方向固定在机架上,在所述同步带滑台(13)上设置送料爪手执行气缸(11),所述送料爪手(10)与送料爪手执行气缸(11)连接,在送料爪手(10)下部设置挡料定位板(9);所述电控柜(I)分别与所述取料机构、搬运机构、定位机构、送料机构电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄板自动上料机,其特征在于:所述设置在取料爪手(4)下部的吸盘为缓冲吸盘(3),所述缓冲吸盘(3)可适用不同高度的料堆,随着料片的减少,缓冲吸盘(3)可以通过自身的缓冲量来抓取下一张料片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的薄板自动上料机,其特征在于:在所述备料板(19)上设置磁力分张器(2),将料片堆放在定位板上,磁力分张器(2)将料片分开防止取料时多张料片贴在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的薄板自动上料机,其特征在于:所述同步带滑台(13)由伺服电机驱动的,在送料过程中可分多次推送,适用于单次冲压和多次冲压的金属料片.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的薄板自动上料机,其特征在于:所述薄板自动上料机还包括示教器(8),可通过示教器(8)对机器进行操作。
5.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的薄板自动上料机,其特征在于:所述机架(12)由铝型材拼装而成。
