一种调味海带辣椒叶的制作装置,包括辣椒叶盐渍罐和辣椒盐渍罐,盐渍罐下端分别接有清洗滚筒,两个清洗滚筒出口分别与切碎机相通,两个切碎机旁边还有海带切碎机,切碎机的出口分别有杀青桶,三个杀青桶底有放水管,放水管上有阀门,杀青桶下部有网格状的放料床,杀青桶内上部有压板,杀青桶外有沸水放入管,杀青桶的出料口都和配料锅相通,配料锅中有拌合装置和蒸汽加热管,配料锅上部有调味料添加管,配料锅的出口为过滤筛,固体料进入包装机的料斗中,包装机在装入每一包固体料的同时,旁边的液体管也放入一定的比例液体料,包装机旁边有杀菌机。本实用新型效率高,将辣椒叶,辣椒,海带经过加工处理,配上调味料后,辣椒叶变成开胃可口、有营养的调味品。

本实用新型涉及风味小食品,即一种调味海带辣椒叶的制作装置。
背景技术
科研人员对辣椒叶的营养成分做过测试,证明辣椒叶比辣椒营养更加丰富。研究显示辣椒叶蛋白氨基酸种类齐全,总含量高出辣椒果实的三倍。其中,人体必需的氨基酸含量叶/果为9.74%/2.84%;鲜味氨基酸含量叶/果为4.1%/2.79%;甜味氨基酸含量叶/果8.0%/2.36%。矿物元素分析:除镁的含量,叶比果低外,铁、钙、锰、铜、锌含量均明显高于果实,其中有防癌作用的元素硒,叶也高于果近1倍。此外,辣椒叶还含丰富的胡萝卜素与多种维生素等有益成分。目前对于辣椒叶的利用还远远不够,大部分的辣椒叶都被当做废弃物浪费了。
发明内容
为了有效的利用辣椒叶中的营养成分,本实用新型提出了一种调味海带辣椒叶的制作装置。
这种调味海带辣椒叶的制作装置,其特征在于,包括辣椒叶盐渍罐和辣椒盐渍罐,上述两个盐渍罐下端分别接有辣椒叶清洗滚筒和辣椒清洗滚筒,上述两个清洗滚筒一端有进水管,一端有出水管,上述两个清洗滚筒出口分别与辣椒叶切碎机、辣椒切碎机相通,上述两个切碎机旁边还有海带切碎机,辣椒叶切碎机、辣椒切碎机和海带切碎机的出口分别有辣椒叶杀青桶、辣椒杀青桶和海带杀青桶,上述三个杀青桶底有放水管,放水管上有阀门,杀青桶下部有网格状的放料床,杀青桶内上部有压板,杀青桶外有沸水放入管,杀青桶的出料口都和配料锅相通,配料锅中有拌合装置和蒸汽加热管,配料锅上部有调味料添加管,配料锅的出口为过滤筛,将固体料和液体料分开;液体料装入液料桶中,固体料进入包装机的料斗中,包装机在装入每一包固体料的同时,旁边的液体管也放入一定的比例液体料,包装机旁边有杀菌机。
本实用新型工作步骤如下:
一、盐渍:采摘新鲜的辣椒叶和辣椒,晾晒后,在盐渍罐中用盐水分别将辣椒叶和辣椒盐渍起来,盐渍之后取出;
二、清洗:将辣椒叶和辣椒分别在清洗滚筒中清洗,清洗滚筒中为流水,将盐渍后的辣椒叶和辣椒中的盐份带走,然后分别捞出;
三、切碎:将辣椒、辣椒叶和泡发的海带分别在切碎机中切碎;
四、杀青压水:将辣椒、辣椒叶和海带分别在杀青桶中用沸水杀青处理,浸泡完后,将开水放掉,一共两次;用压板压水:将辣椒叶,辣椒,海带含水量下降;
五、在配料锅中将海带,辣椒,辣椒叶按比例混合,并按比例加入酱油、味精等调味料;拌合均匀后,打开蒸气加热;
六、将调味好的产品倒出锅,在过滤筛中将固体,液体分开;
七、在包装机中,固体料和液体料的重量按一定的比例装袋;
八、在杀菌机中将装好的小袋产品进行杀菌后即为成品。
本实用新型效率高,将辣椒叶,辣椒,海带经过加工处理,配上调味料后,辣椒叶变成开胃可口、有营养的调味品。
