[0002] 玛钢即可锻铸铁,它的力学性能优于灰铸铁,具有较好的塑性和韧性。目前,玛钢材质的管件(即玛钢管件)被广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、建筑和水处理等领域。玛钢管件的生产工艺流程为:首先浇注成白口铸铁件,然后经可锻化退火处理和退火后处理步骤,进入毛坯件整形及螺纹加工工序,最后,在产品检测合格后包装入库。其中螺纹加工工序主要完成管件毛坯件内螺纹的攻丝作业,目前在管件毛坯件内螺纹加工过程中,大多采用半自动化生产设备,通过人工操作方式实现攻丝钻头位置及工作状态的切换,不仅工作效率低、需占用较多的劳动力资源,而且由于作业环境恶劣,还存在安全生产方面的隐患。

[0015] 本实用新型所述的活接头管件内螺纹自动攻丝机,通过排料机构将工件按照特定的姿态有序排列,并由输送轨道将其逐个运送至转盘的开口槽中,随着转盘步进式旋转动作转过一定角度后,一个工件进入攻丝钻头工作区域,然后夹紧机构中夹紧油缸动作,驱动夹紧块将进入攻丝钻头工作区域的工件夹紧,由攻丝钻头驱动电机带动攻丝钻头旋转并执行进给动作,在工件内壁上加工内螺纹,当攻丝作业完成后,攻丝钻头退出工作区域,转盘旋转,将加工后的工件甩至收料轨道上,再由收料轨道滑落至收料箱中,与此同时,下一个工件进入攻丝钻头工作区域,进入下一个工作循环。由于本实用新型所述的活接头管件内螺纹自动攻丝机,采用了全自动控制模式,解决了现有半自动化生产设备存在的工作效率低、劳动力资源浪费的问题,同时达到改善作业环境、消除安全生产隐患的目的。

[0032] 参看图1至图8,本实用新型所述的活接头管件内螺纹自动攻丝机通过排料机构1将工件12按照特定的姿态有序排列,并由输送轨道1-1将其逐个运送至转盘3-1的开口槽中,所述转盘3-1与棘轮3-6同轴装配,均固定在转轴3-2上,当转盘驱动油缸3-3伸缩臂伸出时,推动连杆3-4绕转轴3-2旋转,此时连杆3-4中部棘爪座3-8随连杆3_4转动,安装在棘爪座3-8上的棘爪3-5与拉簧3-9配合沿棘轮3-6外缘滑动,随着转盘3_1步进式旋转动作转过一定角度后,棘爪3-5进入棘轮3-6轮齿中,转盘驱动油缸3-3伸缩臂回缩,在棘爪限位柱3-7限位作用下,棘爪3-5通过棘轮3-6驱动转轴3-2旋转一定角度(如附图6所示),固定在转轴3-2上的转盘也旋转一定角度,使得转盘3-1的开口槽中的工件进入攻丝钻头工作区域,此时工件到位传感器13将采集的信息传送给PLC控制系统的处理器,由处理器发出动作指令,夹紧机构6中夹紧油缸6-1伸缩臂伸出,通过摇臂6-2、推拉杆6-4驱动夹紧块6-5沿滑轨移动,将进入攻丝钻头工作区域的工件夹紧(如附图8所示),然后夹紧块位置传感器10将夹紧块位置信息传送给PLC控制系统的处理器,由处理器发出动作指令,由攻丝钻头驱动电机2带动攻丝钻头7旋转并执行进给动作,在工件12的内壁上加工螺纹,当攻丝作业完成后,攻丝钻头7退出工作区域,转盘3-1旋转,将加工后的工件12甩至收料轨道9-1上,再由收料轨道9-1滑落至收料箱9-2中,与此同时,下一个工件进入攻丝钻头工作区域,进入下一个工作循环。
