本实用新型的磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,包括:编码器(20),位于形成密封帽(10)的内部空间,所述密封帽(10)使轮毂轴承(5)与外部隔绝;WSS传感器(Wheel Speed Sensor)(30),面向气隙a,被插入密封帽(10),所述气隙a形成于编码器(20)和内壳体(11)的面形成的间隔与内壳体(11)的厚度;因气隙a的最小化而提高了WSS传感器性能,尤其防止了利用密封帽(10)的WSS传感器(30)的传感器头部向外部露出,能够防止因外部异物的WSS传感器(30)的污染或因磁性体异物的WSS传感器(30)的错误运转。

磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元
技术领域
本实用新型涉及轮毂轴承,尤其涉及磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,通过防止车轮转速传感器(Wheel Speed Sensor,以下称WSS传感器)向外部露出而气隙被缩小,能够最小化因外部异物的WSS传感器头部的污染。
背景技术
一般,车轮上安装制动器的圆盘部位和形成悬架装置的支架之间设有轮毂轴承,轮毂轴承的部位设有与WSS传感器连接的磁编码器。
如所述,把轮毂轴承与WSS传感器及磁编码器连接的构成称为磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承。
这种构成中,磁编码器位于盖住轮毂轴承的钢帽(steel cap)的内部,能够防止其向外部露出,而WSS传感器设置在从钢帽的外部到磁编码器的位置,与磁编码器形成气隙而向外部露出。
实用新型内容
(要解决的技术问题)
通常,对WSS传感器的性能产生影响的气隙,其间隔越窄,对磁编码器的WSS传感器的灵敏度会提高。
但是,WSS传感器被安装在钢帽的外部,气隙会因ABS传感器和钢帽的组装公差而增大。
尤其,气隙被设定为磁编码器-钢帽的间隔、钢帽的厚度、钢帽-WSS传感器的间隔,从而使得气隙的缩小只能存在界限。
并且,WSS传感器向外部环境露出,感应磁编码器的WSS传感器头部会受到外部异物的污染。尤其,因通过气隙流入磁性体异物,WSS传感器的错误运转可能性非常高。
因此,考虑到所述问题点的本实用新型,提供一种磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,WSS传感器被直接设置在使轮毂轴承与外部隔绝的密封帽的内部,因其最小化气隙而提高了ABS传感器的性能,尤其防止了利用密封帽的WSS传感器头部向外部露出,能够防止因外部异物导致的WSS传感器头部的污染或因磁性体异物的错误运转。
(解决问题的手段)
为达成所述目的的本实用新型的磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,包括:密封帽,与固定位于轮毂的轮毂轴承的转向节结合,形成使所述轮毂轴承与外部隔绝的内部空间,使得钢材内壳体向所述内部空间露出;编码器,在所述内部空间,与所述内壳体的面形成一定间隔;WSS传感器,被插入所述密封帽,使传感器头部向所述内壳体的面设置;所述编码器和所述内壳体的面形成的间隔与所述内壳体的厚度形成气隙。
所述密封帽包括:外壳,围住所述内壳体,为塑料材质;传感器突起部,在所述外壳形上成为一体,插入所述WSS传感器。
所述传感器突起部形成安装孔,插入所述WSS传感器;所述内壳体的面露出于所述安装孔。
所述编码器被粘贴到编码器板,所述编码器板与固定到所述轮毂的轮毂轴的编码器支撑环结合。
所述WSS传感器的传感器头部密贴于所述内壳体的面。
(实用新型的效果)
这种本实用新型具有如下效果:WSS传感器被直接设置在使轮毂轴承与外部隔绝的密封帽的内部,因其最小化与磁编码器形成的气隙,尤其通过缩小密封帽的里侧空间具备的钢材的厚度而实现气隙最优化,从而提高了WSS传感器性能。
并且,本实用新型中WSS传感器被直接设置在密封帽的内部,气隙不会受到ABS传感器和密封帽及周边部件之间的组装公差的影响。
并且,本实用新型中密封帽以塑料注塑成型,相比钢材密封帽减少了重量。
并且,本实用新型中WSS传感器头部被完全插入到塑料注射成型的密封帽而形成气隙,能够防止因外部异物导致的WSS传感器头部的污染,尤其彻底地隔绝了磁性体异物向气隙的流入,实现WSS传感器的无错误运转。

如图所示,磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,包括:轮毂轴承5,位于轮毂1与转向节7之间;密封帽10,与转向节7结合,使轮毂轴承5与外部隔绝并形成气隙;编码器20,在被密封帽10盖住的空间,面向气隙设置;WSS传感器30,面向气隙,被插入密封帽10。
所述轮毂1包括:轮毂轴2,固定轮毂轴承5的内轮;结合板3,在轮毂轴2的一端,与车轮结合。
所述转向节7形成轴孔,被轮毂轴2贯通,从而轮毂轴承5的外轮被固定,所述转向节7外部形成帽安放部7-1,结合密封帽10。
所述密封帽10包括:钢材质的内壳体11;注塑成型的塑料材质的外壳13;传感器突起部15,在外壳13上形成为一体,插入WSS传感器30。
所述编码器20为磁性类型。所述编码器20被粘贴到编码器板20-1,所述编码器板20-1与固定到轮毂轴2的编码器支撑环20-2结合。
所述WSS传感器30结合到传感器突起部15,使传感器头部与编码器20相对,与轮毂轴2的轴方向相同地形成水平的布局。本实施例中,所述WSS传感器30可以是ABS(Anti Break System)传感器。
另外,图2呈现密封帽10的详细构成。
如图所示,形成所述密封帽10的内壳体11形成2阶段的台阶,轮毂轴2的凸出部位被围住,同时在与转向节7结合的状态下,形成位有编码器20的空间。
形成所述密封帽10的外壳13与内壳体11形成相同的形状,内壳体11结合到外壳13的内面并固定。
形成所述密封帽10的传感器突起部15包括:安装孔15-1,插入WSS传感器30;第1、2孔15-3、15-5,形成于安装孔15-1的左右两侧。
另外,图3呈现根据本实施例的气隙。
如图所示,WSS传感器30被插入传感器突起部15的安装孔15-1而完成组装后,所述WSS传感器30的传感器头部维持密贴到内壳体11的状态。
因此,气隙a形成为编码器20与内壳体11形成的间隔,所述编码器20位于内壳体11的厚度、内壳体11与轮毂轴承5形成的余裕空间A。
因此,所述气隙a无WSS传感器30形成的任何隔离间隔而被内壳体11的厚度所左右,内壳体11的厚度被缩小时,气隙a也一同被缩小。

1.一种磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,包括:
密封帽(10),与固定位于轮毂(1)的轮毂轴承(5)的转向节(7)结合,形成使所述轮毂轴承(5)与外部隔绝的内部空间,使得钢材内壳体(11)向所述内部空间露出;
编码器(20),从与所述轮毂轴承(5)对向的所述内壳体(11)向所述内部空间以一定间隔隔离;
WSS传感器(30),被插入所述密封帽(10),使传感器头部向所述内壳体(11)的面设置;
所述编码器(20)和所述内壳体(11)的面形成的间隔与所述内壳体(11)的厚度形成气隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,
所述密封帽(10)包括:
外壳(13),为塑料材质,围住所述内壳体(11);
传感器突起部(15),在所述外壳(13)上形成为一体,插入所述WSS传感器(30)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,
所述传感器突起部(15)形成安装孔(15-1),插入所述WSS传感器(30);
所述内壳体(11)的面露出于所述安装孔(15-1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,
所述编码器(20)被粘贴到编码器板(20-1),所述编码器板(20-1)与固定到所述轮毂(1)的轮毂轴(2)的编码器支撑环(20-2)结合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磁编码器类型的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,
所述WSS传感器30的传感器头部密贴于所述内壳体11的面。
