Abstract
【解決手段】車両インナー側の車両固定部材6に接続される外輪2aと相対回転する内輪2bと、内輪2bの車両インナー側に固定され、周方向で磁気特性が交互に変化する円環状の磁気エンコーダー部10と、該磁気エンコーダー部10の回転による磁気変化を検出するように、車両固定部材6に固定され、磁気エンコーダー部10と対向配置されるABSセンサー11と、を備えるセンサー付き転がり軸受装置であって、ABSセンサー11の車両インナー側の近傍に設けられた、内輪2bの回転によって回転する送風ファン12gにより、回転軸心の軸方向に気流を発生させ、この気流を制動時のデイスクロータ3bの発熱によって昇温するABSセンサー11に接触させることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 車両インナー側の車両固定部材に接続される外輪と、車両アウター側のデイスクロータ及び車輪に接続され、前記外輪と相対回転する内輪と、前記内輪の車両インナー側に固定され、周方向で磁気特性が交互に変化する円環状の磁気エンコーダー部と、該磁気エンコーダー部の回転による磁気変化を検出するように、前記車両固定部材又は前記外輪に固定され、前記磁気エンコーダー部と対向配置されるABSセンサーと、を備えるセンサー付き転がり軸受装置であって、
前記ABSセンサーの車両インナー側の近傍に設けられ、前記内輪の回転によって回転する送風ファンを有し、該送風ファンは、回転軸心の軸方向に気流を発生させ、この気流を制動時の前記デイスクロータの発熱によって昇温する前記ABSセンサーに接触させることを特徴とするセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。 - 前記内輪には、動力を伝達する駆動軸が接続され、該駆動軸の外周には、前記送風ファンが固定され、前記駆動軸の回転によって前記送風ファンを回転させ、該送風ファンで発生させる気流を前記ABSセンサーに接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。
- 車両インナー側の前記内輪と前記外輪との間には、その内外輪間の内部を外部から密封するための密封装置部が設けられ、該密封装置部を構成する一部の部材である前記内輪に固定される環状のスリンガには、前記磁気エンコーダー部が固定され、
前記スリンガには、前記磁気エンコーダー部よりも車両インナー側であって、前記磁気エンコーダー部と対向配置されるように、前記送風ファンが設けられ、該送風ファンと前記磁気エンコーダー部との間には、前記ABSセンサーが配置され、該ABSセンサーに前記送風ファンで発生させる気流を接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー付き転がり軸受装置。
