采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如生产汽车塑料保险杠。现有技术的汽车塑料保险杠模具大多采用内分型结构,其优点是产品表面无分型线,光滑美观。产品在脱模时,一般采用氮气弹簧或者二次顶出机构辅助斜顶块从下往上纵向斜滑脱模,其缺点是氮气弹簧使用寿命短,需要经常维修、更换,维护成本大;二次顶出机构结构复杂,动作不稳定,成本投资大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种利用模具开合模动力,带动斜顶块纵向斜滑,无需另置动力,结构简单,动作稳定、可靠,成本省的注塑模具斜顶纵向斜滑脱模机构。
本实用新型注塑模具斜顶纵向斜滑脱模机构的技术方案是:包括模具定模座板和动模座板,定模座板下安装定模框,动模座板上安装动模块,动模块上安装动模镶板,其特征在于所述的动模块和动模镶板的两侧壁上安装纵向斜滑板,纵向斜滑板上制有纵向斜滑槽,纵向斜滑槽上滑动设置斜顶块,斜顶块、动模镶板和定模框之间构成模腔,模腔中有成型的产品,在定模框的两侧内壁分别安装提升块,斜顶块的外壁制有凹槽,提升块与凹槽相配合。
本实用新型的注塑模具斜顶纵向斜滑脱模机构,脱模时,首先由注塑机动力带动模具动模部分与定模部分开模,动模部分向下运行,相对地,提升块与凹槽相配合,带动斜顶块沿着纵向斜滑槽向上向内滑动,斜顶块将内分的产品两端部分顶起,在斜滑过程中,提升块与凹槽逐渐脱离,当提升块完全与凹槽脱离后,斜顶块停止斜滑,而模具继续开模至结束,最后由注塑机动力带动模具内部的顶出机构将产品顶出,脱模完成。本方案利用模具开合模动力,带动斜顶块纵向斜滑,无需另置动力,结构简单,成本省,动作稳定、可靠。
