技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车零件，具体涉及一种转向器安装衬套。
背景技术
汽车转向系统的功能是改变汽车的行驶方向和使汽车保持稳定直线行驶。对转向系的基本要求是：具有使汽车保持稳定直线行驶能力，同时转向后能自动回位。驾驶员要能通过转向机构感知由路面传递回来的信息，及时改变转向操作，有回正性能，因此要求转向器定位牢固。
转向器衬套是转向器定位结构中的关键构件，影响着转向系统的性能。现有的转向器安装衬套，如图2所示，包括金属内套1和橡胶外套3，内套1与橡胶外套3硫化联为一体，由于内套和橡胶外套两者之间除了摩擦阻力之外，没有轴向限位，这可能带来转向器定位不良的问题，使其出现松旷现象，进而导致车辆正常行使时，转向回正不足，转向迟滞，转向准确性降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能使转向器固定可靠的转向器安装衬套。
本实用新型所述的转向器安装衬套, 包括内套和橡胶外套，内套与橡胶外套硫化联为一体，所述内套的一端设有第一台阶。
所述橡胶外套的两端分别设有第二台阶。
本实用新型所述的转向器安装衬套，由于内套一端的台阶对橡胶外套能够起到轴向定位的作用，能够牢固固定转向器，保证了转向的回正性能和转向的精确性，进而提高了车辆行驶的安全性。另外，橡胶外套的两端均设有台阶，使转向器安装衬套在轴向和径向上都具有较好的减振效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图1所示的转向器安装衬套，包括内套1和橡胶外套3，内套1由金属材料制成，其与橡胶外套3通过硫化联为一体，内套1的一端设有第一台阶2，使橡胶外套3不会产生轴向移动，橡胶外套3的两端分别设有第二台阶4，使橡转向器安装衬套在轴向和径向上均具有良好的减震效果。

1.一种转向器安装衬套，包括内套（1）和橡胶外套（3），内套与橡胶外套硫化联为一体，其特征在于：所述内套的一端设有第一台阶（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转向器安装衬套，其特征在于：所述橡胶外套的两端分别设有第二台阶（4）。
