Abstract
注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构,包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板1下连接浇口板,浇口板中安有浇口套,浇口板下连接型腔板,型腔板中制有型腔,下模板上安装模脚,模脚内设置上顶板和下顶板,上、下顶板上连接顶杆,模脚上安装型芯板,型芯板上制有型芯,型芯与型腔之间有成型的产品,产品与浇口板之间留有料柄,所述的型芯板上设置推料板,推料板的顶面与产品相接触,顶杆穿过型芯板连接推料板,其特征在于所述的型腔板一侧壁上安装支块,支块通过销子连接杠杆,杠杆的上一头制有凸轨,杠杆的下一头制有拉钩,在浇口板的一侧壁上安装滚轮,型芯板的一侧壁上安装卡块,滚轮与凸轨相配合,卡块与拉钩相配合。

[0002] 采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如类似容器的塑料产品时,传统注塑模具的结构通常是模具的型芯伸入产品内壁,模具的型腔包覆在产品外壁,型芯与型腔之间的间隙构成产品的模腔,模具结构简单,加工容易,因此,人们在一幅模具中加工多只(两只以上)的型腔和型芯,使模具一次注塑多只产品,提高生产效率。但是,在实际生产中,由于采用注塑模具生产的塑料产品,在每只产品上必定有一根(余)料柄,料柄留在流道和浇口中,与产品相连接,因此,在产品脱模之前,必须要先解决料柄与产品分离,产品才能顺利脱出的问题。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种利用拉钩杠杆原理,使模具二次开模,产品顺利与料柄和型腔脱离,脱模容易的注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构。
[0004] 本实用新型注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构的技术方案是:包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板1下连接浇口板,浇口板中安有浇口套,浇口板下连接型腔板,型腔板中制有型腔,下模板上安装模脚,模脚内设置上顶板和下顶板,上、下顶板上连接顶杆,模脚上安装型芯板,型芯板上制有型芯,型芯与型腔之间有成型的产品,产品与浇口板之间留有料柄,所述的型芯板上设置推料板,推料板的顶面与产品相接触,顶杆穿过型芯板连接推料板,其特征在于所述的型腔板一侧壁上安装支块,支块通过销子连接杠杆,杠杆的上一头制有凸轨, 杠杆的下一头制有拉钩,在浇口板的一侧壁上安装滚轮,型芯板的一侧壁上安装卡块,滚轮与凸轨相配合,卡块与拉钩相配合。
[0005] 本实用新型的注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构,注塑时,拉钩拉住卡块,脱模时,注塑机动力带动型芯板与型腔板开模向下运动,但是,由于拉钩拉住了卡块,使得型腔板跟着型芯板向下运行,型腔板与浇口板分离,使料柄与产品断开,料柄留在浇口板中,由人工或者机械手将料柄取出。当型腔板向下运行到一定距离后,杠杆上一头的凸轨在滚轮在作用下, 带动杠杆翘起,使杠杆下一头的拉钩与卡块脱离接触,型芯板继续开模,与型腔板分离,产品从型腔中脱出留在型芯上,最后由上、下顶板带动顶杆,顶杆推动推料板将产品推出模具外,脱模完成。本方案采用拉钩杠杆结构,使模具二次开模,将产品与料柄拉断,使产品留在型芯上顺利脱出,结构简单,动作稳定、可靠,安装方便,成本省。
[0006] 本实用新型的注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构,所述的型腔板的一侧壁上安有拉力弹簧,拉力弹簧连接杠杆,拉力弹簧拉住杠杆,使杠杆下一头的拉钩与卡块不脱落。所述的型腔板中制有定位槽,定位槽中有定距螺钉,定距螺钉连接浇口板,定距螺钉对型腔起定距和导向作用。附图说明

[0008] 本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构,如图1所示,包括模具上模板1 和下模板2,上模板1下连接浇口板3,浇口板中安有浇口套4,浇口板3下连接型腔板5,型腔板5中制有型腔12,下模板2上安装模脚6,模脚内设置上顶板7和下顶板8,上、下顶板上连接顶杆9,模脚6上安装型芯板10,型芯板10上制有型芯11,型芯11与型腔12之间有成型的产品13,产品13与浇口板3之间留有料柄14,所述的型芯板10上设置推料板15,推料板15的顶面与产品13相接触,顶杆9穿过型芯板10连接推料板15,其特征在于所述的型腔板5 —侧壁上安装支块16,支块16通过销子17连接杠杆18,杠杆18的上一头制有凸轨19,杠杆18的下一头制有拉钩20,在浇口板3的一侧壁上安装滚轮21,型芯板10的一侧壁上安装卡块22,滚轮21与凸轨19相配合,卡块22与拉钩20相配合。注塑时,拉钩20 拉住卡块22,脱模时,注塑机动力带动型芯板10与型腔板5开模向下运动,但是,由于拉钩 20拉住了卡块22,使得型腔板5跟着型芯板10向下运行,型腔板5与浇口板3分离,使料柄14与产品13断开,料柄14留在浇口板3中,由人工或者机械手将料柄取出。当型腔板5 向下运行到一定距离后,杠杆18上一头的凸轨19在滚轮21在作用下,带动杠杆18翘起, 使杠杆18下一头的拉钩20与卡块22脱离接触,型芯板10继续开模,与型腔板5分离,产品13从型腔12中脱出留在型芯11上,最后由上、下顶板7、8带动顶杆9,顶杆9推动推料板15将产品13推出模具外,脱模完成。本方案采用拉钩杠杆结构,使模具二次开模,将产品与料柄拉断,使产品留在型芯上顺利脱出,结构简单,动作稳定、可靠,安装方便,成本省。 所述的型腔板10的一侧壁上安有拉力弹簧23,拉力弹簧^连接杠杆18,拉力弹簧拉住杠杆,使杠杆下一头的拉钩与卡块不脱落。所述的型腔板5中制有定位槽M,定位槽M中有定距螺钉25,定距螺钉25连接浇口板3,定距螺钉对型腔起定距和导向作用。

1.注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构,包括模具上模板(1)和下模板(2 ),上模板(1)下连接浇口板(3),浇口板中安有浇口套(4),浇口板(3)下连接型腔板(5),型腔板(5)中制有型腔 (12),下模板(2)上安装模脚(6),模脚内设置上顶板(7)和下顶板(8),上、下顶板上连接顶杆(9),模脚(6)上安装型芯板(10),型芯板(10)上制有型芯(11),型芯(11)与型腔(12)之间有成型的产品(13),产品(13)与浇口板(3)之间留有料柄(14),所述的型芯板(10)上设置推料板(15),推料板(15)的顶面与产品(13)相接触,顶杆(9)穿过型芯板(10)连接推料板(15),其特征在于所述的型腔板(5)—侧壁上安装支块(16),支块(16)通过销子(17)连接杠杆(18),杠杆(18)的上一头制有凸轨(19),杠杆(18)的下一头制有拉钩(20),在浇口板(3)的一侧壁上安装滚轮(21),型芯板(10)的一侧壁上安装卡块(22),滚轮(21)与凸轨 (19)相配合,卡块(22)与拉钩(20)相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构,其特征在于所述的型腔板(10)的一侧壁上安有拉力弹簧(23 ),拉力弹簧(23 )连接杠杆(18 )。
3.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具拉钩顺序脱模机构,其特征在于所述的型腔板(5)中制有定位槽(24),定位槽(24)中有定距螺钉(24),定距螺钉(25)连接浇口板(3)。
