 一、     技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于装备铁路输送集装化托盘的轮挡，尤其是一种适用于对小型履带式车辆需要铁路进行转运时的托盘使用的轮挡。
二、     背景技术
而随着经济的发展，工程建设也在快速地发展，各种车辆的数量也在快速增加，车辆在进行长距离的转运时，通常是使用铁路运输，在现有中，通常是把铁路货车甩到装车货台上，再通过货台把车辆开到货车上，把车辆进行固定，特别是对履带式车辆，更需要通过货台把履带式车辆开到货车上，当需要卸车时，也需要货台，这种方式装卸车辆速度慢，同时受环境条件限制，不能随时随地进行装卸车辆，因此装备铁路输送集装化托盘是一个重要的交通设备，现在还没有一种特别是满足履带式车辆的装备铁路输送集装化托盘，为了把车辆固定到托盘上，需要轮挡，因此轮挡是装备铁路输送集装化托盘的重要附件，在现有的轮挡中，只是与托盘插接固定，不能进行微量调整，因此对车辆固定效果不好。
三、     发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺点，本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于装备铁路输送集装化托盘的轮挡，因此对车辆固紧的效果更好。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：包含有轮挡本体、轮挡座和平移装置，轮挡座的底端面上设置有插销，轮挡本体设置在轮挡座上，轮挡本体设置为通过平移装置与轮挡座联接。
把插销放到托盘的台架面板的轮挡固定孔中，通过平移装置，带动轮挡本体移动与车辆的轮胎接触，从而固定车辆，由于设计了平移装置，使轮挡本体可以前后平移运动，从而调节轮挡本体与车辆的轮胎之间的距离，使轮挡本体与车辆的轮胎接触更紧密，因此对车辆固紧的效果更好。
本实用新型设计了，平移装置设置为包含有手柄和丝杠，手柄设置为与轮挡座转动式联接，丝杠设置为与手柄联接，轮挡本体设置为通过螺纹与丝杠联接。

轮挡本体44、轮挡座43、手柄42和丝杠41，轮挡座43的底端面上设置有插销45，手柄42设置为与轮挡座43转动式联接，丝杠41设置为与手柄42联接，轮挡本体44设置为通过螺纹与丝杠41联接。
把插销45放到托盘的台架面板的轮挡固定孔中，转动手柄42使丝杠41转动，带动轮挡本体44移动与车辆的轮胎接触，从而固定车辆。
本实用新型具有下特点：
1、由于设计了平移装置，使轮挡本体44可以前后平移运动，从而调节轮挡本体44与车辆的轮胎之间的距离，使轮挡本体44与车辆的轮胎接触更紧密，因此对车辆固紧的效果更好。
2、由于设计了手柄42和丝杠41，操作简单、省力。
3、由于设计了轮挡本体44、轮挡座43、手柄42和丝杠41，制作工艺简单，特别是使用焊接方法，制作更牢固。
在用于装备铁路输送集装化托盘的轮挡技术领域内；凡是包含有轮挡本体44、轮挡座43和平移装置，轮挡座43的底端面上设置有插销45，轮挡本体44设置在轮挡座43上，轮挡本体44设置为通过平移装置与轮挡座43联接的技术内容都在本实用新型的保护范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于装备铁路输送集装化托盘的轮挡；其特征是：平移装置设置为包含有手柄（42）和丝杠（41），手柄（42）设置为与轮挡座（43）转动式联接，丝杠（41）设置为与手柄（42）联接，轮挡本体（44）设置为通过螺纹与丝杠（41）联接。
