技术领域
 本实用新型涉及汽车部件,尤其涉及一种将车轮与汽车悬挂系统进行连接的带轴承的轮毂轴承单元。
背景技术
车轮通过轮毂轴承单元与汽车悬挂系统相连接,轮毂轴承单元起到将扭矩传递到车轮、使车轮转动的作用。
在中国专利号为ZL2005200146584,名称为“带ABS传感器的双列圆锥滚子轴承单元”的专利文献中公开了一种带ABS传感器的轮毂轴承单元,该轮毂轴承单元由法兰和外置于法兰的双列圆锥滚子轴承构成,在双列圆锥滚子轴承内设有用于反馈车轮转速给ABS系统的部件即齿圈和ABS传感器。该专利的轮毂轴承单元具有以下不足:法兰上安装双列圆锥滚子轴承的部位只能从一端限制双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向滑动,故圆锥滚子轴承会产生轴向的滑动,出现从法兰上脱开的现象;运行时平稳性差。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种双列圆锥滚子轴承不会轴向滑动的、转动时平稳性好的带轴承的轮毂轴承单元,解决了现有的轮毂轴承单元上的双列圆锥滚子轴承会产生轴向滑动、转动时平稳性差的问题。
以上技术问题是通过下列技术方案解决的:一种带轴承的轮毂轴承单元,包括法兰和双列圆锥滚子轴承,所述法兰依次设有法兰盘和空心的颈轴,所述颈轴远离所述法兰盘的一端上依次设有螺纹段和轴承安装台阶,所述螺纹段的外径小于等于所述轴承安装台阶的外径,所述螺纹段位于所述安装台阶的远离所述法兰盘的一端,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承设置在所述轴承安装台阶上,所述螺纹段上螺纹连接有防止所述双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向滑动的螺母,所述颈轴内置有支撑轴承。组装时先将双列圆锥滚子轴承套设在安装台阶上,然后将螺母螺纹连接在螺纹段上,螺母配合台阶从双列圆锥滚子轴承的两端将其固定住,起到限制双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向移动的作用,通过在法兰的颈轴内设置支撑轴承,使用时,传动轴穿设在颈轴和支撑轴承内,通过支撑轴承对法兰进行支撑,故传动轴带动法兰转动时平稳。
作为优选,所述颈轴内设有花键,所述支撑轴承位于所述花键的远离所述法兰盘的一端,所述支撑轴承为滚子轴承。通过设置花键,使用时通过支撑轴承承重,扭矩的传递通过花键进行,故既能保证良好的扭矩传递效果、连接牢固,又能使运行时平稳,滚子轴承的径向承重能力好。
作为优选,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承包括外圈和内圈,所述内圈包括宽内圈和窄内圈,所述宽内圈的位于所述窄内圈的一端上套设有齿圈,所述外圈上设有安装传感器用的通孔,所述齿圈为直齿齿圈,所述通孔的轴线和所述颈轴的轴线相垂直。通过设置齿圈和安装传感器用的通孔,使轮毂轴承单元能满足安装ABS控制系统的需要,通用性好,齿圈设计为直齿齿圈,安装与其配套的传感器用的通孔设计为直孔,提高了轮毂单元结构的紧凑性,通孔与齿圈易于对齐,开设通孔时方便。
作为优选,所述外圈和所述宽内圈、窄内圈之间都设有密封圈。防止双列圆锥滚子轴承内部的润滑脂外溢,外部的异物进入其内,能有效延长双列圆锥滚子轴承的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述支撑轴承内穿设有带外翻边的防护套。非使用状态(储存的过程中)粉尘异物进入法兰内,影响使用时本使用新型的安装。
本实用新型具有下述优点,通过设置防止双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向移动用的螺母,故使用时双列圆锥滚子轴承不会轴向滑动,螺母与颈轴之间设计为螺纹连接,将螺母连接到颈轴上时方便,螺纹段的外径小于轴承台阶的外径,组装时方便,在颈轴内设置支撑轴承进行承重,运转时平稳。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
参见图1,一种带轴承的轮毂轴承单元,包括法兰1,法兰1从右向左依次设有法兰盘11和空心的颈轴12,法兰盘11上设有连接螺栓13,颈轴12的左端上从左向右依次设有螺纹段和轴承安装台阶,螺纹段的外径小于轴承安装台阶的外径,螺纹段上螺纹连接有螺母3,轴承安装台阶上设有双列圆锥滚子轴承2,螺母3用于防止双列圆锥滚子轴承2向左滑动,双列圆锥滚子轴承2包括外圈21、宽内圈22和窄内圈23,外圈21和宽内圈22、窄内圈23之间各设置有一列通过保持架24固定的滚子25,外圈21和宽内圈22、窄内圈23之间都设置有密封圈26,宽内圈22的右端上套设有齿圈4,齿圈4为直齿齿圈,外圈21上设有通孔211,通孔211的轴线和颈轴12的轴线相垂直,在通孔211内固定有传感器5,颈轴11内设有花键14和支撑轴承6,支撑轴承6位于花键14的左端,支撑轴承6为滚子轴承,支撑轴承6内穿设有防护套7,防护套7的左端部向外弯折形成外翻边。
使用时,将防护套7去掉,传动轴穿设在颈轴12内,法兰1通过连接螺栓13与车轮相连接,支撑轴承6起到将传动轴支撑在法兰1内的作用,花键14用于将传动轴的扭矩传递给法兰,法兰1转动时,齿圈4同步转动,齿圈4切割传感器5的磁场的磁力线,传感器5将信号传递给控制系统。

Claims (5)

1.一种带轴承的轮毂轴承单元,包括法兰和双列圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述法兰依次设有法兰盘和空心的颈轴,所述颈轴远离所述法兰盘的一端上依次设有螺纹段和轴承安装台阶,所述螺纹段的外径小于等于所述轴承安装台阶的外径,所述螺纹段位于所述安装台阶的远离所述法兰盘的一端,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承设置在所述轴承安装台阶上,所述螺纹段上螺纹连接有防止所述双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向滑动的螺母,所述颈轴内置有支撑轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带轴承的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,所述颈轴内设有花键,所述支撑轴承位于所述花键的远离所述法兰盘的一端,所述支撑轴承为滚子轴承。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带轴承的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承包括外圈和内圈,所述内圈包括宽内圈和窄内圈,所述宽内圈的位于所述窄内圈的一端上套设有齿圈,所述外圈上设有安装传感器用的通孔,所述齿圈为直齿齿圈,所述通孔的轴线和所述颈轴的轴线相垂直。
4.根据权利要求4所述的带轴承的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,所述外圈和所述宽内圈、窄内圈之间都设有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的带轴承的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于,所述支撑轴承内穿设有带外翻边的防护套。
