Abstract

本发明公开了一种圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,包括凸缘轴、内圈、外圈和圆锥滚子,所述内圈和凸缘轴上各设有一列外滚道,所述外圈内设有对应所述外滚道的内滚道,所述外滚道的底面的素线为凸曲线,所述内滚道的素线为凸曲线。本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,轴承滚道主承载面的素线为凸曲线,保证在正常载荷下,沿圆锥滚子与滚道主承载面的有效接触长度上应力分布均匀;在极重载荷下或者滚子发生偏斜时,能消除或减弱滚动接触面两端的应力集中,从而使得轮毂轴承单元不易发生早期失效,有效提高驱动轮轮毂轴承单元的承载能力和运行可靠性。

圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车底盘零部件,特别是涉及一种圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元。
背景技术
由于圆锥型滚动轴承同时具有较大的径向和轴向承载能力,因此在(载货的)商用车车轮的回转支承——轮毂轴承中被广泛应用。传统的商用车轮毂轴承是由两套圆锥型滚子轴承镶入凸缘盘,再套入凸缘芯轴组合成轮毂轴承单元;后改进为用一套双列圆锥滚子轴承镶入凸缘盘,再套入凸缘芯轴组合成轮毂轴承单元;本世纪初开始,又有将双列圆锥轴承外圈与凸缘盘整合为一体,形成凸缘外圈,两个轴承内圈还是套入凸缘芯轴,组合成轮毂轴承单元。
但已有的改进都是在轮毂轴承外圈上展开,由于单元内圈与外圈和滚动体等部件组配合成后要达到的公差精度、旋转精度和游隙标准都非常高,特别是轴承内部游隙的准确控制又直接影响到单元的承载能力、寿命可靠性和振动噪声,因此圆锥型轴承内圈结构的改进是相当复杂和艰难的工作;还有,由于汽车在道路行驶中,因汽车载荷和路况变化复杂,使得轮毂轴承单元的故障统计中,尤以轴承内圈与凸缘芯轴的结合强度不足发生松脱,对车辆造成的危险性最大。分析原因,现有产品中两个轴承内圈与凸缘芯轴的结合主要依赖轴孔之间的过盈配合,外加传动系统的万向节球笼顶压固定,一旦球笼松动,轴承内圈就有可能松脱,从而导致恶性事故发生。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种有效提高承载能力和运行可靠性的圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,包括凸缘轴、内圈、外圈和圆锥滚子,所述内圈和凸缘轴上各设有一列外滚道,所述外圈内设有对应所述外滚道的内滚道,所述外滚道的底面的素线为凸曲线,所述内滚道的素线为凸曲线。
所述外滚道大挡边的环形面的素线为凸曲线。
所述凸缘轴颈部设有台阶,所述凸缘轴端部设有卷边,所述卷边通过定位铆合将所述内圈固定于所述卷边与所述台阶之间的轴颈上。
所述轴承单元的轴向游隙范围为-40~+30微米。
所述凸缘轴颈部的台阶上套设有齿圈,该齿圈耦合有转速传感器。
所述内圈与外圈之间设有密封件。
所述外圈内端与凸缘轴的凸缘之间设有密封件。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,轴承滚道主承载面的素线为凸曲线,保证在正常载荷下,沿圆锥滚子与滚道主承载面的有效接触长度上应力分布均匀;在极重载荷下或者滚子发生偏斜时,能消除或减弱滚动接触面两端的应力集中,从而使得轮毂轴承单元不易发生早期失效,有效提高驱动轮轮毂轴承单元的承载能力和运行可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
图1和图2所示为本发明圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,包括凸缘轴1、内圈2、外圈3和圆锥滚子4,所述凸缘轴1端部设有卷边11,所述凸缘轴1颈部设有台阶12,所述卷边11通过定位铆合将所述内圈2固定于所述卷边11与所述台阶12之间的轴颈13上,所述内圈2和凸缘轴1颈部的台阶12上各设有一列外滚道21,所述外圈3内设有对应所述外滚道21的内滚道31,所述外滚道21与所述内滚道31之间设有保持器7,圆锥滚子4分为两组装在保持器7中,由保持器7引导。
所述外滚道21的底面的素线211为由多段不同曲率半径的圆弧组成的凸曲线,所述内滚道31的素线311为由多段不同曲率半径的圆弧组成的凸曲线。保证在正常载荷下,沿圆锥滚子与滚道主承载面的有效接触长度上应力分布均匀;在极重载荷下或者滚子发生偏斜时,能消除或减弱滚动接触面两端的应力集中,从而使得轮毂轴承单元不易发生早期失效。
所述外滚道21大挡边的环形面的素线212为凸曲线。当轮毂轴承单元承受载荷运转时,圆锥滚子4与外滚道21的底面形成滚动线接触,同时圆锥滚子4的大端面又与内圈2和外圈3大挡边的环形面形成滚动点接触,接触点在微观上呈椭圆形,且位于挡边的中间,它可以保证圆锥滚子大端面与其接触时,圆锥滚子4不发生偏斜并实现圆锥滚子4与所述外滚道21大挡边的环形面之间的滚动摩擦力矩最小,基本额定动负荷可达到130~180kN,基本额定静负荷可达到200~300kN。
本发明圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元的轴向游隙范围为-40~+30微米,这时轴承内部的圆锥滚子被压紧并紧贴于内、外滚道表面,相互接触面都处于微量弹性变形状态,实现预置预紧。如果游隙大于这个范围,滚道接触面未贴合,轴承没有预置预紧效果;如果游隙小于这个范围,滚道接触面有可能发生塑性变形,造成接触面损伤和/或圆锥滚子滞卡。
所述凸缘轴颈部的台阶12上套设有齿圈5,该齿圈5耦合有转速传感器6。传感器安装平面嵌有密封环,保证传感器防水、防尘和绝缘可靠。既有效提高了传感器耦合信号的稳定可靠,又方便加工和装配,使传感器调试和维修都更加方便。
凸缘轴1的凸缘上装有螺栓8,用以与汽车制动盘连接,凸缘轴1的内花键15与传动系统的等速万向节球笼的外花键构成传动副。所述内圈2与外圈3之间设有密封件9。所述外圈3内端与凸缘轴1的凸缘之间设有密封件10。
该圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元适用于承载能力要求较高的中型商用车。

Claims (7)

1.圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,包括凸缘轴(1)、内圈(2)、外圈(3)和圆锥滚子(4),所述内圈(2)和凸缘轴(1)上各设有一列外滚道(21),所述外圈(3)内设有对应所述外滚道(21)的内滚道(31),其特征在于:所述外滚道(21)的底面的素线(211)为由多段不同曲率半径的圆弧组成的凸曲线,所述内滚道(31)的素线(311)为由多段不同曲率半径的圆弧组成的凸曲线,所述外滚道(21)与所述内滚道(31)之间设有保持器(7),圆锥滚子(4)分为两组装在保持器(7)中,由保持器(7)引导。
2.根据权利要求1所述圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述外滚道(21)大挡边的环形面的素线(212)为凸曲线。
3.根据权利要求1所述圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述凸缘轴(1)颈部设有台阶(12),所述凸缘轴(1)端部设有卷边(11),所述卷边(11)通过定位铆合将所述内圈(2)固定于所述卷边(11)与所述台阶(12)之间的轴颈(13)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述轴承单元的轴向游隙范围为-40~+30微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述凸缘轴颈部的台阶(12)上套设有齿圈(5),该齿圈(5)耦合有转速传感器(6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述内圈(2)与外圈(3)之间设有密封件(9)。
7.根据权利要求1所述圆锥滚子型驱动轮轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述外圈(3)内端与凸缘轴(1)的凸缘之间设有密封件(10)。
