汽车圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,包括内、外圈,内外圈滚道内设有带保持架的滚子,外圈的外圈壁上设有与车桥适配的定位法兰,外圈的内圈壁上设有两个外滚道;内圈一侧的外圈壁上设有用于固定车轮的法兰、另一侧设有外圆柱面,内圈外径较小的外圆柱面与外圈之间设有小内圈且过盈配合,内圈内侧壁上设有与外圈上其中一个外滚道位置对应的内滚道,小内圈外侧壁上设有与外圈上另一个外滚道位置对应的内滚道;滚子母线设置成带凸度结构,外圈、内圈、小内圈的滚道母线也设置成带凸度。可满足汽车轮毂必须的高承载能力、防尘、防水、低摩擦力矩、高可靠性、长寿命的要求,具有高的技术含量、高的附加值。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及轴承,特别是一种汽车圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元。
背景技术
轮毂轴承是汽车承重及精确导向的重要部件。传统的汽车轮毂轴承通常采用两套单独的圆锥滚子轴承或角接触球轴承,这种结构在汽车装配时要经过调整游隙、预紧、添脂等诸多工序,装配难度较大,从而使得装配线长,成本高且可靠性差,难以适应激烈的市场竞争。随着技术进步和汽车实用性能要求的不断提高,现代汽车上开始广泛使用轮毂轴承单元,如第一代到第二代双列角接触球轴承轮毂单元,使轴承周边的功能性零件集成在轴承单元上,赋予轴承更高的性能而成为轮毂轴承单元,主要用于要求体积更小、重量更轻、精度更高的轿车上。双列圆锥滚子轴承的第一代轮毂轴承和外圈带法兰的第二代双列圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元多数用在重载汽车上。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种汽车圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,能够满足汽车承载更高、体积更小、重量更轻。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:汽车圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,包括内、外圈,内外圈滚道内设有带保持架的滚子,外圈的外圈壁上设有与车桥适配的定位法兰,外圈的内圈壁上设有两个外滚道;内圈一侧的外圈壁上设有用于固定车轮的法兰、另一侧设有外圆柱面,内圈外径较小的外圆柱面与外圈之间设有小内圈且过盈配合,内圈内侧壁上设有与外圈上其中一个外滚道位置对应的内滚道,小内圈外侧壁上设有与外圈上另一个外滚道位置对应的内滚道。
所述的外圈内侧与小内圈之间设有密封圈及挡圈。
所述的滚子母线设置成带凸度结构,外圈、内圈、小内圈的滚道母线也设置成带凸度。
本发明提供的第三代汽车圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,可以满足汽车轮毂必须的高承载能力、防尘、防水、低摩擦力矩、高可靠性、长寿命的要求,具有高的技术含量、高的附加值。本发明的轮毂轴承单元主要应用在越野汽车特别是用在四驱汽车的轮毂上。目前,国内市场很大,也有大量的出口需求。
采用单元化设计,使轴承周边的功能性零件集成在轴承单元上,赋予轴承单元更高的性能,减小轮毂单元的体积和重量,防尘、防水及润滑性能优异。由于出厂前已填充润滑脂,并调整好轴向游隙,在安装、维护时不必进行填润滑脂和调整轴向游隙,安装使用非常方便。
轮毂轴承单元的主要结构采用了带有“三凸”结构的双列圆锥滚子轴承,大大提高了其承载能力,从而满足汽车承载能力更高、体积更小、重量更轻、可靠性更高、寿命更长的要求。

具体实施方式
实施例:本实用新型采用高承载能力的内、外圈都带法兰的第三代双列圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元。如附图1所示,轴承由外圈1、内圈2、小内圈3、滚子4、密封圈5、挡圈6、保持架7、润滑脂8组成。外圈1毛坯采用65Mn经精密锻造或铸造而成,带有安装定位用的法兰,法兰上有与车桥的安装位置相对应的螺钉孔,一般有3~5个螺钉孔,整套轮毂轴承通过螺钉与车桥联接在一起;内表面有两个外滚道和两个密封槽组成,滚道经局部淬硬处理,以保证其强度、韧性和疲劳寿命,密封槽供安装密封圈5用。内圈2毛坯采用65Mn经锻造或铸造而成,外表面有外圆柱、小挡边、滚道、大挡边、过渡挡肩法兰等组成,滚道经局部淬硬处理,以保证其强度、韧性和疲劳寿命,大挡边上安装金属挡圈6,与密封圈5共同形成密封副,法兰上分布有若干螺钉孔,用以固定车轮,外径最小的外圆柱面与小内圈3过盈配合,保证整套轴承不会散套;内表面主要由与汽车驱动半轴相配合的花键组成,用以向车轮传递扭矩,驱动车辆正常行驶。小内圈3和滚子4采用滚动轴承专用钢GCr15制造。滚子4由保持架7均匀隔开,特别设计了优质树脂保持架7,在保证强度的前提下适应引导和自润滑的要求。密封设计采用高性能组合密封结构,挡圈6采用不锈钢板冲压而成,防止外部泥水、尘埃进入轴承内部,密封圈5用采用轻接触式三唇密封形式,外部的两个密封唇保护主密封唇,确保主密封唇的最佳压紧力和唇与滑动面的润滑,与挡圈6配合,阻止润滑脂8泄漏,材料选用耐高温的特殊橡胶,密封圈的内部设有钢骨架,以增加密封圈的刚性。外圈1、内圈2、小内圈3、滚子4、密封圈5、保持架7之间的空间注入高性能、耐高温的专用润滑脂8。
如附图2所示,滚子4采用特殊设计母线带凸度的结构形式,用线条a表示,外圈1、内圈2和小内圈3的滚道母线也都采用带凸度设计,用线条b、c表示,外圈1、内圈2、小内圈3和滚子4的滚道母线凸度起到减小应力集中的作用,提高在恶劣工况条件下的承载能力和使用寿命。

1、汽车圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,包括内、外圈,内外圈滚道内设有带保持架的滚子,其特征在于:外圈的外圈壁上设有与车桥适配的定位法兰,外圈的内圈壁上设有两个外滚道;内圈一侧的外圈壁上设有用于固定车轮的法兰、另一侧设有外圆柱面,内圈外径较小的外圆柱面与外圈之间设有小内圈且过盈配合,内圈内侧壁上设有与外圈上其中一个外滚道位置对应的内滚道,小内圈外侧壁上设有与外圈上另一个外滚道位置对应的内滚道。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的外圈内侧与小内圈之间设有密封圈及挡圈。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的滚子母线设置成带凸度结构,外圈、内圈、小内圈的滚道母线也设置成带凸度。
