Abstract
引抜・圧入荷重を軽減し、保守・点検時等の作業性を向上させた車輪用複列円錐ころ軸受を提供する。
【解決手段】
内周にテーパ状の複列の外側転走面8aが形成された外方部材8と、この外方部材8に内挿され、内周に複列の外側転走面8aに対向する内側転走面9aが形成された一対の内輪9と、両転走面間に保持器14を介して転動自在に収容された複列の円錐ころ10と、外方部材8の両端部に装着されたシール15、16とを備え、一対の内輪9の正面側端面が突き合されて背面合せタイプを構成する車輪用複列円錐ころ軸受1において、内輪9の内周に、嵌合面9cに対して僅かな段差をもつ大径段部23が形成され、この大径段部23が、内側転走面9aの小径側端部に対応する位置から正面側端面に亙って形成されている。これにより、車軸等に対する内輪9の脱着荷重を軽減することができる。

Description
図1は、本発明に係る複列円錐ころ軸受が組み込まれた車輪用軸受装置を示す縦断面図、図2は、その複列円錐ころ軸受の第1の実施形態を示す縦断面図である。なお、以下の説明では、車両に組み付けた状態で車両の外側寄りとなる側をアウター側(図面左側)、中央寄り側をインナー側(図面右側)という。

Claims (5)
- 内周にテーパ状の複列の外側転走面が形成された外方部材と、
この外方部材に内挿され、内周に前記複列の外側転走面に対向する内側転走面が形成された一対の内輪と、
前記両転走面間に保持器を介して転動自在に収容された複列の円錐ころと、
前記外方部材の両端部に装着されたシールとを備え、
前記一対の内輪の正面側端面が突き合された状態でセットされて背面合せタイプを構成する車輪用複列円錐ころ軸受において、
前記内輪の内周に、当該内輪の嵌合面に対して僅かな段差をもつ大径段部が形成され、この大径段部が軸方向に亙って所定の範囲に延びていることを特徴とする車輪用複列円錐ころ軸受。 - 前記大径段部が、前記内輪における内側転走面の小径側端部に対応する位置から正面側端面に亙って形成されている請求項1に記載の車輪用複列円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記外方部材の外周に、当該外方部材の嵌合面に対して僅かな段差をもつ小径段部が形成され、この小径段部が軸方向に亙って所定の範囲に延びている請求項1または2に記載の車輪用複列円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記小径段部が、前記複列の外側転走面の一方の小径側端部に対応する位置から他方の小径側端部に対応する位置に亙って形成されている請求項3に記載の車輪用複列円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記小径段部が、前記外側転走面の大径側端部に対応する位置から端面に亙って形成されている請求項3または4に記載の車輪用複列円錐ころ軸受。
