Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮毂总成。更具体地,本发明涉及一种连接在车轴上的轮毂总成。
背景技术
车辆尤其是大型商用车上公知的轮毂总成包含一具有分开的内部座圈的轴承,其安装在车轴上,用于安装车轮的轮毂安装在该轴承的外部座圈上。轮毂上一凸缘位于轴承内侧,以防止向外卸除轮毂时轴承不同时卸除。
通常地,轮毂的卸除是很必要的,例如为替换安装在轮毂内侧的已磨损的刹车盘片。因此,卸除轴承的需要导致拆卸时间相当多。然而由于通常应用分开座圈的轴承,整体上最主要的时间发生在重装过程中。这是因为需要在两个内半座圈之间施加一精确的、预定量的压缩力。如果在轴承上设有一防抱死(ABS)传感器,拆卸和重新组装过程将更加复杂。
发明内容
本发明寻求克服或至少减轻现有技术中的问题。
本发明的一个方面提供一种安装在车轴上的轮毂总成,其通过一个车轮轴承安装在所述轴上,所述总成包括一个相对所述车轮轴承在一个轴向位置范围中可滑动地安装在所述轴承上可相对所述轴承旋转的轮毂,和用于可松开的相对所述轴承固定所述轮毂的紧固装置;其中所述总成设置为在不卸除所述轴承情况下能够将所述轮毂卸除,其特征在于,还包括空间限位装置,用于将轮毂保持在所述轴向位置范围内的一个预先确定的轴向位置上。
在根据本发明的轮毂总成中,可以调节轮毂相对于轴承的位置,这使得可以容易而快捷地对车轴的轮距进行调节。

具体实施方式
如通篇所用的,术语“内侧”和“外侧”指代组件沿轮毂总成A-A轴线的相对于安装有此总成车辆的位置。术语“内部”和“外部”用于指代组件在垂直于轴线A-A的相对径向内部和外部位置。
参照图1,示出安装在车辆的车轴12上的现有技术的轮毂总成10。一可围绕轴线A-A旋转的驱动轴通过一驱动轴端盘16驱动式地连接于轮毂总成10上,驱动轴端盘16以公知的紧固装置(如螺栓20、20’)周向和轴向地紧固在驱动轴14上。典型地,端帽18盖住驱动轴14的端部以防止灰尘及类似物的进入。总成10内的一些空间填充有润滑脂用以润滑。螺栓20、20’直接拧入设在轮毂总成10的轮毂22外侧端的孔中。该轮毂也围绕轴线A-A旋转并且具有一环状表面,可用车轮螺栓24、24’将车辆的车轮固定在该该表面。一刹车盘片30,其为盘式刹车机构(未示出)的一部分,用螺钉连接安装于轮毂22上且不可相对其旋转。
车辆的重量通过一安装在朝向车轴12外侧端的旋转件锥状滚柱轴承34从车轴12传送到轮毂22和车轮上。该轴承包括一分开的具有内侧部分36a和外侧部分36b的内部座圈,锥状滚柱38和一整体的外部座圈40。采用一个螺纹安装在车轴12外侧端的螺母32将轴承34保持在车轴12上。该螺母旋拧在车轴12的外侧端且在其上施加一预定量的力矩以设定施加于锥状滚柱38上的径向压载荷量。
从图1中可看出,轮毂22相对轴承34的向外侧方向的运动受到一径向向内方向凸缘42的限制,该凸缘42位于与外部座圈40的内侧面接合的轮毂的内侧端。很清楚,这种方式防止不卸除螺母32和轴承34即将轮毂22从车轴12卸除。由于需要注意螺母必须紧固到车轴上以保持轴承34承受要求的压缩载荷,明显地,这样显著增加了拆卸时间尤其是显著地增加了重新组装的时间。轮毂22向内侧方向的运动由与空间限位块33配合的端盘16限制。
现在转到图2,其中示出了本发明的第一实施方式的轮毂总成,类似数字标识类似的部件并在之前加上前缀“1”。下面仅详细讨论图2所示总成与图1中不同的部分。
从图2中还可看出,一附加的轴承套150安装在轴承134和轮毂22之间,以组成轮毂总成110的一部分。轴承套150相对于轴承向外侧的运动由向内方向的凸缘142限制。刹车盘片130通过花键连接到轴承套150的内侧端且其向内侧的运动由一弹簧卡环148或其它适合的装置限制。在其它实施方式中,也可设置适合的替代装置来防止轮毂122和刹车盘片130间相对旋转。
由于有多个设置于驱动轴头(或法兰)116圆周上的螺钉120旋拧入轮毂122的径向向内方向的轮毂法兰123,进而拧入到轴承套150上的相应螺纹孔中,且轮毂法兰123夹在所述驱动轴头或法兰116与轴承套150之间,所以轮毂122被适当定位。由于向内方向的法兰123与轴承外部座圈140的外侧端接触,从而限制轮毂122相对轴承向内侧运动。轮毂122内侧端紧靠刹车盘片130,从而大体上防止所述盘片向外侧运动。
这样,非常明显,通过拧松螺钉120和卸除驱动轴头116、驱动轴114,轮毂122和刹车盘片130可沿外侧方向滑出轴承套150,而螺母132和轴承134留在其原位置。该过程可容易地反向进行以在不干涉轴承134或螺母132的情况下重新组装。
现在转到如图3所示的本发明第二实施方式,类似数字标识类似部件并冠以前缀“2”。这样,下面仅十分详细地描述图3所示实施方式与图2中不同的部分。
在此实施方式中,轮毂222的宽度大大减小且设有一单独的轮毂保持器252a和单独的隔离环252b和252c以保持轮毂222和刹车盘片230的相对位置,以及所述轮毂与盘片相对车轴212的位置。轮毂保持器252a设有一个带多个可插入螺钉220的孔的向内方向的法兰223。以此方式,刹车盘片230与轮毂230之间的偏距B与同轴两端相应车轮间的总轮距T均可调整。为确保防止盘片230和轮毂222间的相对旋转,此实施方式中的盘片和轮毂均以花键连接到轴承套250上。
参照图4中本发明的第三实施方式,仍然以类似数字标识类似部件并冠以前缀“3”。
图4中本发明的第三实施方式除不设置分隔轴承套150之外与图2中的第一实施方式大致相应。代之的,轴承334的外部座圈340扩大以承载刹车盘片330、轮毂322和弹簧卡环348。外部座圈340进一步地设有螺纹孔,螺钉320可直接固定在所述螺纹孔中。此实施方式的一个优势在于因为会产生轴向公差的组件较少,可更容易地控制刹车盘片330的轴向位置。
现在转到如图5所不的本发明第四实施方式,仍用类似数字标识类似部件并冠以前缀“4”。
此实施方式与本发明的第二实施方式相似,但是去除了单独的轴承套250并且扩大轴承434的外部座圈440以承载刹车盘片430、轮毂422、弹簧卡环448、轮毂保持器452a和空间限位装置452b和452c。如第二实施方式,刹车偏距和车轴轮距可通过采用具有不同轴向宽度的保持器452a和限位装置452b和452c来调整。
与图4和图5中的总成相比,图2与图3中的轴承套150和250的优点在于是用低成本的钢材制造以降低图2和图3中总成的总材料成本。相对地,图4和图5中的总成包含较少的组件因此比图2和图3中的总成更容易装配。
同样很明显地,在本发明第二、第三和第四实施方式中,轮毂与刹车均能够以与第一实施方式相似的方式在不必同时卸除轴承的情况下卸除。
可以理解的是,在本发明范围内可以做出多种变化。例如,所述总成可以用在省去了驱动轴的非驱动车轴上,以及省去了刹车盘片的非制动车轴上。所述总成还可以与其它制动方式(特别是为鼓式刹车)一起运用。如果省去端盘,在那些包括轴承套的实施方式中可以通过确保在轴承套、轮毂或轮毂保持器上的凸缘与径向向内方向的轴承外部座圈接触的方式,或者通过设置一端盖的方式而限制轮毂向内侧的运动。应当理解的是,本发明并不限于与分开式座圈轴承联用。尤其是和外侧一系列旋转元件联合的轴承外部座圈不需要与和一系列内侧旋转元件联合的轴承外部座圈是一个整体,即可以使用两个单排旋转元件轴承。而且,刹车盘片可以直接以非旋转方式通过花键连接或类似物固定到所述轮毂上,而不是连接到所述轴承外部座圈或所述轴承套上。
Claims (12)
1.一种安装在车轴上的轮毂总成,所述总成通过一车轮轴承安装在所述车轴上,其包含一个相对所述车轮轴承在一个轴向位置范围中可滑动地安装在所述轴承上并可相对所述车轴旋转的轮毂和用于可松开地相对所述轴承固定所述轮毂的紧固装置,其中,所述总成设置为不需卸除所述轴承即可将所述轮毂卸除,其特征在于,还包括空间限位装置,用于将轮毂保持在所述轴向位置范围内的一个预先确定的轴向位置上。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,所述总成还包含一个径向安装在所述轴承和所述轮毂之间的轴承套。
3.如权利要求2所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,所述紧固装置将所述轮毂可松开地紧固到所述轴承套。
4.如权利要求2所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,所述总成还包含一个轮毂保持器,并且所述紧固装置将所述轮毂保持器可松开地紧固到所述轴承套。
5.如权利要求2-4中任一项所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,所述轴承套包含用于在至少一个轴向方向上限制所述轴承套相对于所述轴承运动的限制装置。
6.如权利要求5所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,所述限制装置包含一径向向内方向的凸起。
7.如权利要求1所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,所述轴承是所述轮毂总成的一个部件。
8.如权利要求7所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,所述紧固装置将所述轮毂可松开地紧固到所述轴承。
9.如权利要求7所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,所述总成还包含一轮毂保持器,并且所述紧固装置将所述轮毂保持器可松开地紧固到所述轴承。
10.如前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的轮毂总成,其特征在于,还包含一个刹车盘片,所述刹车盘片也可以在不需卸除所述轴承的情况下卸除。
11.一种车轴总成,包含一根车轴和一个如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的轮毂总成。
12.一种车辆,其带有一个如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的轮毂总成。
