Abstract

本发明公开了一种一体式座圈,主要包括座圈A、座圈B、螺栓、支撑板;其特征在于:座圈A与座圈B为一体式结构,座圈B与轮胎之间设有支撑板;所述座圈B上设有螺栓,螺栓与支撑板相连;在拆装轮胎时,只需用手转动螺栓,通过支撑板顶住轮胎,可将轮胎和座圈直接分离开,不需要借助于拆装工具和依靠人力将座圈打开,避免了座圈崩出伤人的情况发生;本发明减轻了拆卸、安装座圈的工作强度,可满足安全性、可靠性的要求。

一体式座圈
技术领域:
本发明专利涉及一种汽车座圈,尤其涉及一种用于快速拆装超大轮胎的一体式座圈。
背景技术:
在大型露天矿的开采和工程建设中,大型工程车因其较多的载重量而被广泛使用,此类大型车辆的轮胎也十分巨大,一般直径为3.2m-4.2m;如图1、图2、图3所示,挡座圈由座圈1和挡圈2两部分拼接而成的,在拆装轮胎3时,需要借助于拆装工具和依靠人力将挡座圈打开,拆装过程中,因座圈1和挡圈2在运行过程中会产生咬合,造成拆装困难,如果操作方法不当,易造成挡座圈崩出伤人。
发明内容:
本发明专利针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种用于大型车辆轮胎快速拆装的一体式座圈。
为实现以上目的,本发明专利采用的技术方案是:
一体式座圈,主要包括座圈A、座圈B、螺栓、支撑板;其特征在于:座圈A与座圈B为一体式结构,座圈B与轮胎之间设有支撑板;所述座圈B上设有螺栓,螺栓与支撑板相连。
本发明专利与现有技术相比的优点是:在拆装轮胎时,只需用手转动螺栓,通过支撑板顶住轮胎,可将轮胎和座圈直接分离开,不需要借助于拆装工具和依靠人力将座圈打开,避免了座圈崩出伤人的情况发生;本发明专利减轻了拆卸、安装座圈的工作强度,可满足安全性、可靠性的要求。

具体实施方式:
如图4、图5、图6、图7所示,一体式座圈,主要包括座圈A4、座圈B5、螺栓6、支撑板7;其特征在于:座圈A4与座圈B5为一体式结构,座圈B5与轮胎8之间设有支撑板7;所述座圈B5上设有螺栓6,螺栓6与支撑板7相连。
在拆装轮胎8时,只需用手转动螺栓6,通过支撑板7顶住轮胎8,可将轮胎8和座圈直接分离开。
本发明专利具有结构紧凑、拆装方便、安全性好等优点,具有极大的推广价值。
