Abstract

一种电连接器,提供多个锡球预置于内,包括一绝缘本体,其上贯设有多个收容槽,每一所述收容槽至少一侧面形成一挡墙;多个导电端子,收容于所述收容槽内,每一所述导电端子具有一基部,自所述基部向下弯折延伸一压制部,所述压制部的末端朝所述挡墙倾斜,所述压制部上开设一抓持孔,每一所述锡球卡持于所述挡墙与所述压制部之间,所述锡球部分进入所述抓持孔,且所述抓持孔具有至少二卡持点抵靠至所述锡球表面。如此,当高温焊接时,所述二卡持点挤压所述锡球表面并刺破所述锡球表面的氧化层,使得所述锡球直接与焊料接触,可免除在焊接环境填充惰性气体,也无须加入大量的焊料,从而实现了在保证良好的焊接效果的同时节约了大量成本。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种可在无惰性气体的环境下实现良好焊接效果的电连接器。 
【背景技术】
业界常见一种电连接器,提供多个锡球预置于内,其包括一绝缘本体,于所述绝缘本体上贯设有多个收容槽,每一所述收容槽至少一侧形成一挡墙;多个导电端子,每一所述导电端子对应收容于一所述收容槽内,所述导电端子具有一焊接部,所述焊接部与所述挡墙平行,所述焊接部上设有一孔洞,所述锡球可活动收容于所述挡墙与所述孔洞之间。 
在现有技术中,所述焊接部与所述挡墙平行设置且所述锡球可活动收容于所述挡墙和所述孔洞之间,如此,若所述锡球活动至高于预设位置,高温焊接时,所述绝缘本体膨胀,所述挡墙亦随之膨胀至挤压所述锡球,所述锡球会卡在此非预设位置,造成焊接不良;另一方面,焊接制程中,为了保证焊接良好,通常在焊接空间填充惰性气体比如氮气用来防止所述锡球氧化,或加入足够多的焊料以保证焊接制程中所述焊料中的助焊剂能清除所述锡球表面的氧化层,但如此一来,势必增加了成本。 
因此,有必要设计一种新的电连接器,以克服上述缺陷。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的创作目的在于提供一种可在无惰性气体的环境下实现良好焊接效果的的电连接器。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型扣具结构采用如下技术方案: 
一种电连接器,提供多个锡球预置于内,包括一绝缘本体,其上贯设有多个收容槽,每一所述收容槽至少一侧面形成一挡墙;多个导电端子,收容于所述收容槽内,每一所述导电端子具有一基部,自所述基部向下弯折延伸一压制部,所述压制部的末端朝所述挡墙倾斜,所述压制部上开设一卡持槽,每一所述锡球卡持于所述挡墙与所述压制部之间,所述锡球部分进入所述卡持槽,且所述卡持槽具有至少二卡持点抵靠至所述锡球表面。 
与现有技术相比,所述锡球卡持于所述挡墙与所述压制部之间可以避免所述锡球因偏移带来的焊接不良,所述锡球部分进入所述卡持槽亦可限制所述锡球的偏移;另,所述卡持槽具有至少二卡持点抵靠至所述锡球表面,当高温焊接时,所述绝缘本体膨胀,所述挡墙亦随之膨胀至挤压所述锡球,所述锡球与所述卡持槽干涉,位于所述卡持槽上的所述二卡持点挤压所述锡球表面,可刺破所述锡球表面的氧化层,使得所述锡球直接与焊料接触,可免除在焊接环境填充惰性气体比如氮气,也无须加入大量的焊料用以清除所述锡球表面的氧化层,从而实现了在保证良好的焊接效果的同时节约了大量成本。

【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本实用新型的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型扣具结构作进一步说明。 
请参照图1和图5,为本实用新型的电连接器1,用于电性连接一电子组件2至一电路板3上。 
请参照图1,所述电连接器1提供多个锡球10预置于内,包括一绝缘本体11;多个导电端子12,收容于所述绝缘本体11中。 
请参照图1和图4,所述绝缘本体11上贯设有多个收容槽111,每一所述收容槽111的侧面形成一挡墙112;所述收容槽111靠近所述电路板3的侧端形成一容纳空间113用以收容一所述锡球10,所述容纳空间113凹设一限位槽114,所述限位槽具有一第一挡止面141以及一第二挡止面142,所述第一挡止面141与所述第二挡止面142相对设置用以挡止所述锡球10上下偏移,所述挡墙112与所述导电端子12相对设置用以挡止所述锡球10左右偏移,所述第一挡止面141、所述第二挡止面142以及所述挡墙112共同围设所述锡10球用以挡止所述锡球10的空间偏移。 
请参照图1和图4,所述容纳空间113背离所述挡墙112延伸一让位空间115供所述锡球10受力进入所述容纳空间113时所述导电端子12朝所述挡墙112的相对侧面弹性扩张;当所述锡球10未进入所述容纳空间113时,所述导电端子12位于所述容纳空间113内,当所述锡球10受力进入所述容纳空间113时,所述导电端子12朝所述让位空间115弹性扩张并部分进入所述让位空间115。 
请参照图1和图2,每一所述导电端子12具有一基部121,自所述基部121依次向下延伸一连接部120以及一压制部122,所述压制部122自所述连接部120弯折延伸形成,所述连接部120连接所述基部121与所述压制部122,且所述连接部120的宽幅小于所述压制部的宽幅,如此可以增强所述压制部122的弹性;所述压制部122朝所述挡墙112倾斜,所述压制部122上开设一卡持槽123,每一所述锡球10卡持于所述挡墙112与所述压制部122之间,且所述锡球10部分进入所述卡持槽123;所述基部121向下延伸二固定臂124分别位于所述压制部122的两侧端,每一所述固定臂124上设有一凸刺125卡持于所述收容槽111内以固定所述导电端子12,且每一所述固定臂124与所述压制部122之间形成一间隙130,所述间隙130将所述固定臂124与所述压制部122分开可使所述压制部122受力挤压时弹性扩张进入所述让位空间115。 
请参照图1和图2,所述基部121两侧分别向上延伸形成一弹性臂126,每一所述弹性臂126具有相对的二臂部127以及一接触部128,所述二臂部127呈平行设置且所述接触部128连接所述二臂部127,位于所述二弹性臂126上的所述接触部128之间形成一插设空间129供所述电子组件2插设以导接所述导电端子12。 
请参照图2和图5,所述卡持槽123横向贯穿所述压制部122,所述卡持槽123可为任意形状,优选地,本实施例中的所述卡持槽123呈方形,所述卡持槽123具有四边缘线231,每一所述边缘线231具有一卡持点232,优选地,所述锡球10至少与二所述卡持点232干涉,且所述二卡持点232分别抵靠至所述锡球10的上半部以及下半部,当所述锡球10高温受热时,所述二卡持点232与所述锡球10表面干涉且刺破所述锡球10表面。 
操作时,请参照图2、图3和图4,首先将所述导电端子12插设于所述收容槽111内,使得所述基部121固持于所述收容槽111内,位于所述固定臂124上的所述凸刺125卡持于所述收容槽111内以固定所述导电端子12,将所述电子组件2插设于所述插设空间129,此时,所述压制部122呈预弯状态且朝所述挡墙112倾斜,所述压制部122位于所述容纳空间113内。 
请参照图2、图4和图5,将一所述锡球10对应放置于所述容纳空间113,所述锡球10与所述压制部122干涉且所述锡球10压迫所述压制部122向所述让位空间115弹性扩张以使所述锡球10稳固卡持于所述压制部122于所述挡墙112之间,此时,所述压制部122进入所述让位空间115,所述锡球10部分进入所述卡持槽123,且抵靠至所述边缘线231上的所述卡持点232。 
请参照图2、图5和图6,由于未填充惰性气体,所述锡球10表面容易氧化从而形成一氧化层13。 
请参照图2、图6和图7,当高温焊接时,所述绝缘本体11膨胀,所述挡墙112亦随之膨胀至挤压所述锡球10,所述锡球10与所述卡持槽123干涉,位于所述卡持槽123上的所述二卡持点232分别抵靠至所述锡球10的上半部以及下半部,所述二卡持点232以及所述挡墙12共同挤压所述锡球10表面的所述氧化层13,且最终刺破所述锡球10表面的所述氧化层13,使得所述锡球10表面的所述氧化层13被刺破后所述锡球10直接与位于所述电路板3上的焊料接触并实现良好的焊接。 
在其它实施例中,在所述锡球10至少与位于所述卡持槽123上边缘的所述卡持点232以及位于所述卡持槽123下边缘的所述卡持点232干涉的基础上还可与位于所述卡持槽123左边缘的所述卡持点232、位于所述卡持槽123右边缘线的所述卡持点232任意组合,以卡持所述锡球10,并在高温焊接的环境下刺破所述锡球10表面的所述氧化层13以实现良好的焊接。 
综上所述,本实用新型电连接器具有如下优点: 
1.所述锡球10卡持于所述挡墙112与所述压制部122之间可以避免所述锡球10因偏移带来的焊接不良。 
2.所述锡球10部分进入所述卡持槽123亦可限制所述锡球10的偏移。 
3.设于所述固定臂124上的所述凸刺125卡持于所述收容槽111内,可以固定所述导电端子12。 
4.当高温焊接时,所述绝缘本体11膨胀,所述挡墙112亦随之膨胀至挤压所述锡球10,所述锡球10与所述卡持槽123干涉,位于所述卡持槽123上的所述二卡持点232挤压所述锡球10表面,可刺破所述锡球10表面的所述氧化层13,使得所述锡球10直接与焊料接触,可免除在焊接环境填充惰性气体比如氮气,从而实现了在保证良好的焊接效果的同时节约了大量成本。 
5.当高温焊接时,所述绝缘本体11膨胀,所述挡墙112亦随之膨胀至挤压所述锡球10,所述锡球10与所述卡持槽123干涉,位于所述卡持槽123上的所述二卡持点232挤压所述锡球10表面,可刺破所述锡球10表面的所述氧化层13,使得所述锡球10直接与焊料接触,可无须加入大量的焊料用以清除所述锡球10表面的所述氧化层13,从而实现了在保证良好的焊接效果的同时节约了大量成本。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器,提供多个锡球预置于内,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体,其上贯设有多个收容槽,每一所述收容槽至少一侧面形成一挡墙;
多个导电端子,收容于所述收容槽内,每一所述导电端子具有一基部,自所述基部向下弯折延伸一压制部,所述压制部朝所述挡墙倾斜,所述压制部上开设一卡持槽,每一所述锡球卡持于所述挡墙与所述压制部之间,所述锡球部分进入所述卡持槽,且所述卡持槽具有至少二卡持点抵靠至所述锡球表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡持槽贯穿所述压制部。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述二卡持点分别抵靠至所述锡球的上半部和下半部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基部向下延伸二固定臂分别位于所述压制部的两侧端,每一所述固定臂上设有一凸刺卡持于所述收容槽内以固定所述导电端子。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述固定臂与所述压制部之间形成一间隙。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基部向下延伸一连接部,所述连接部连接所述基部与所述压制部,且所述连接部的宽幅小于所述压制部的宽幅。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基部两侧分别向上延伸形成一弹性臂,每一所述弹性臂具有相对的二臂部以及一接触部,所述二臂部呈平行设置且所述接触部连接所述二臂部,位于所述二弹性臂上的所述接触部之间形成一插设空间供一外部电子组件插设以导接所述导电端子。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述收容槽内对应所述压制部的一侧端形成一容纳空间用以收容一所述锡球,所述容纳空间凹设一限位槽,所述限位槽具有至少一挡止面用以挡止所述锡球向上移动。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述压制部背离所述挡墙延伸一让位空间供所述锡球受力挤压所述压制部时所述压制部朝所述挡墙的相对侧面弹性扩张。
