Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种气动焊接夹具，在平台上端面固装有三角形支座，三角形支座一侧上端部位固装有定位支板，其上端部位开有凹槽，定位支板上端部位固定有压块，压块下端部位通过螺钉固定连接上限位块，定位支板上端部位装有下限位块。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理，可将各待焊接的零组件快速定位并固定，避免焊接时各零组件之间发生相对位移，使焊接位置更加精确，因此可提高焊接位置的精确度，进而提高加工质量和效率。

本实用新型涉及一种气动焊接夹具。
背景技术
目前，在焊接零件时一般采用手工焊接夹具，以手动夹紧操作，费时、费力，容易产生误差，影响焊接质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、设计合理，省时省力，焊接效果好的气动焊接夹具。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：在平台上端面固装有三角形支座，三角形支座一侧上端部位固装有定位支板，其上端部位开有凹槽，定位支板上端部位固定有压块，压块下端部位通过螺钉固定连接上限位块，定位支板上端部位装有下限位块。
本实用新型的优点是：
结构简单、设计合理，可将各待焊接的零组件快速定位并固定，避免焊接时各零组件之间发生相对位移，使焊接位置更加精确，因此可提高焊接位置的精确度，进而提高加工质量和效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1-图6可知，本实用新型在平台7上端面固装有三角形支座1，三角形支座1一侧上端部位固装有定位支板2，其上端部位开有凹槽，定位支板2上端部位固定有压块4，压块4下端部位通过螺钉固定连接上限位块3-1，定位支板2上端部位装有下限位块3-2。
上限位块3-1下端部位为凹状与下限位块3-2上端部位为凸状对应吻合相接。
定位支板2的板面上分别设有与三角形支座1、压块4、气缸5、下限位块3-2的连接孔8。
本实用新型用于点焊的一组气动焊接夹具，它是由支座1、定位支板2、限位块3、压块4、气缸5和定位销6组成。支座1由两块长方板和一块三角形板料组焊在一起。其中立板和底板上分别有4个螺钉孔和两个销孔。定位支板2上有6个与支座1连接的孔、一个孔是固定限位块3-2、一个是固定气缸5的孔、有还有一个与压块4连接的孔。压块4是由一个压板和两块支撑板组焊在一起。压板上有一个孔与气缸5连接，支撑板上个有一个孔与定位支板2连接。限位块3由凸限位块和凹限位块配合使用。气缸5上有一可以自由伸缩的活塞杆。气缸5是通过一个气动开关控制，当把开关扳到打开位置时，气缸支撑杆回复，压板4打开，此时，可从夹具上卸下已焊好的工件或放上需焊接的工件，当把开关扳到夹紧位置时，气缸支撑杆挺起，压板4关闭将工件压紧。提高焊接效率，保证质量稳定。
本实用新型的目的正是针对上述问题中存在的缺点而设计了一种用气动夹紧代替手动夹紧的焊接夹具，可迅速将各待焊接的零组件固定并夹紧。避免焊接时零件错位。提高焊接效率，保证质量稳定。将压板分别与气缸上的支撑杆和定位支板用销轴连接。凹限位块用螺钉固定在压板上，凸限位块用螺钉固定在定位支板上，凸限位块和凹限位块配合使用时可防止被压紧工件左右摆动，特别对孔定位的工件效果最好。定位销固定在支座上，用孔定位可提高组焊件的装配精度。定位支板用螺、销钉固定在支座上，定位支板的形状和结构按工件形状，这样可以使夹具适应各种不同形状的工件，便于加工，提高加工效率和加工质量。气缸固定在定位支板上，将支座用螺、销钉固定在平台上。

1.一种气动焊接夹具，包括平台(7)，其特征在于：在平台(7)上端面固装有三角形支座(1)，三角形支座(1)一侧上端部位固装有定位支板(2)，其上端部位开有凹槽，定位支板(2)上端部位固定有压块(4)，压块(4)下端部位通过螺钉固定连接上限位块(3-1)，定位支板(2)上端部位装有下限位块(3-2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动焊接夹具，其特征在于：上限位块(3-1)下端部位为凹状与下限位块(3-2)上端部位为凸状对应吻合相接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气动焊接夹具，其特征在于：定位支板(2)的板面上分别设有与三角形支座(1)、压块(4)、气缸(5)、下限位块(3-2)的连接孔(8)。
