技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种能够提高瓜和瓜状菜切割效率和质量的排式多功能切菜刀，属于日常生活用品技术领域。
背景技术：
目前，厨房用刀以单刃刀为主，兼有能切丝、片的刨子。但是，用单刃刀切菜特别是切瓜和瓜状菜(如土豆、萝卜、茄子、山药等)，成了不谙炊事的独生子女们、80后年轻一代们家庭生活中的一件烦心事。如果用刨子，能解决单刃刀切瓜、瓜状菜时片的厚薄、丝的粗细问题，但是，刨子不能切块、条、丁，同时，用刨子时，手持瓜和瓜状菜又成为新的问题，手不容易拿住，在快刨时还容易刨到手，有的刨子虽然配有持物器，但极易脱落，也很不方便。中老年人也同样不同程度地存在这一问题。
发明内容：
为克服现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种排式多功能切菜刀，可轻松地将瓜状菜切成片状、丝状或丁末状，而且厚薄一致，粗细均匀，大小相同。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：
排式多功能切菜刀，包括多个并排设置的细长方形的单刃刀，各单刃刀的刀尖部和刀柄部分别开设有椭圆形孔和圆形孔，设置四边形的刀片架，刀片架的一边作为穿过各单刃刀椭圆形孔的前轴，所述刀片架前轴的对边为穿过各单刃刀圆形孔的后轴；设置一个横截面呈U型的大小与所述刀片架相匹配的长方体状砧板槽，所述刀片架前轴的两端可转动地连接在砧板槽的一条短边上；
在多个并排设置的细长方形的单刃刀中，其中处于中间位置的单刃刀的刀柄延长为螺杆，在螺杆上螺纹连接有圆柱形的手柄；
设置多个横截面呈C形的圆筒状的刀片间距调整块，各调整块的内径与所述刀片架的后轴基本一致，各调整块的长短不一且可选择地安装于任两个单刃刀片之间的后轴上。
所述刀片架前轴处的砧板槽的边上铰接有一个可将整个装置悬挂的挂环。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：
1.高效。可轻松地将瓜状菜切成片状、丝状或丁末状，厚薄一致，粗细均匀，大小相同。不仅能够解决年轻人的生活问题，对于会用单刀的人来说，也同样可以大大提高切菜效率。2.简便。用调整块调整刀距，厚薄、粗细、大小任意变化；各单刃刀刀片两端固定在两个轴上，轴铆在架上，拆装简单，清洗、更换刀片方便。3.安全。单刀切菜容易切到手，刨子也容易刨到手，而使用这种排式刀不需要用手持菜，不会伤到手。

具体实施方式，非限定实施例如下所述：
实施例：结合图1、2，本实施例排式多功能切菜刀，包括多个并排设置的细长方形的单刃刀1，各单刃刀的刀尖部和刀柄部分别开设有椭圆形孔11和圆形孔12，设置一个四边形的刀片架2，刀片架的一边作为穿过各单刃刀椭圆形孔11的前轴21，所述刀片架前轴的对边为穿过各单刃刀圆形孔12的后轴22；设置一个横截面呈U型的大小与所述刀片架相匹配的长方体状砧板槽3，所述刀片架前轴的两端可转动地连接在砧板槽3的一条短边31上；具体设置中，前轴的粗细应与椭圆形孔11的短径相一致或间隙配合；后轴22的粗细应与圆形孔12的内径相一致，最好是间隙配合。
结合图1，在多个并排设置的细长方形的单刃刀中，其中处于中间位置的单刃刀的刀柄延长为螺杆4，在螺杆上螺纹连接有圆柱形的手柄5。
结合图31、32，设置多个横截面呈C形的圆筒状的刀片间距调整块6，可用弹性材料制成，各调整块的内径与所述刀片架的后轴22基本一致，调整块的缺口宽度略小于后轴的22的外径，多个调整块的长短不一且可选择地安装于任两个单刃刀片之间的后轴上。
使用中，将砧板放置于砧板槽3内，根据待切菜所需的厚薄程度，调整各单刃刀1的间距，并在每两片单刃刀之间的后轴22上套上相应长度的调整块6固定，处于两侧的两个单刃刀的外侧的后轴上可套上较长的调整块，这样所有单刃刀都被固定于前、后轴之间且间距相同，手握手柄5即可进行切菜工作，一刀便可将黄瓜、土豆等类似的菜切成厚薄均匀的片状，调整方向再切便可形成丝状或丁末状。
为了便于自砧板槽3内取出砧板，砧板槽的外侧边可设计一个C形的凹口33，可以方便地用手握住砧板的外侧边，不使用时，可以用挂环32将整个装置悬挂起来，挂环铰接于刀片架前轴处的砧板槽的短边31上。图1所示，螺杆4的中部有两根连杆7连接在刀片架的两侧边上形成三角支撑结构，提高手柄的操作性。

1.排式多功能切菜刀，包括多个并排设置的细长方形的单刃刀(1)，其特征在于，各单刃刀的刀尖部和刀柄部分别开设有椭圆形孔(11)和圆形孔(12)，设置四边形的刀片架(2)，刀片架的一边作为穿过各单刃刀椭圆形孔的前轴(21)，所述刀片架前轴(21)的对边为穿过各单刃刀圆形孔的后轴(22)；设置一个横截面呈U型的大小与所述刀片架(2)相匹配的长方体状砧板槽(3)，所述刀片架前轴(21)的两端可转动地连接在砧板槽(3)的一条短边(31)上；
在多个并排设置的细长方形的单刃刀中，其中处于中间位置的单刃刀的刀柄延长为螺杆(4)，在螺杆上螺纹连接有圆柱形的手柄(5)；
设置多个横截面呈C形的圆筒状的刀片间距调整块(6)，各调整块的内径与所述刀片架的后轴(22)基本一致，各调整块的长短不一且可选择地安装于任两个单刃刀片之间的后轴(22)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排式多功能切菜刀，其特征在于，所述刀片架前轴(21)处的砧板槽(3)的边上铰接有一个可将整个装置悬挂的挂环(31)。
