Abstract

本发明蔬菜切割器，铡刀形结构，包括砧板、切割蔬菜的刀具组和用于施力的手柄。刀具组设有并排安装且可调节间距的六把刀片，切一下相当于用菜刀切六下。可以随心所欲地控制切割食品的厚度或长度，结构简单，用起来省力又省时，是厨房的好帮手。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品切割刀，特别涉及一种蔬菜切割器。
背景技术
在厨房切菜时，特别是需要将豆角等长茎类的菜切成粒状或是为糕点切片时，一刀一刀的用菜刀切，很是麻烦。为解决这个问题，市面上也存在多种类型的蔬菜切割器，但大部分都是体积与质量较大的机器，不方便收纳和转移。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种体积质量小而使用方便的蔬菜切割刀。
本发明蔬菜切割器，包括砧板、刀具组和手柄，刀具组一端的丝杆固定安装在砧板上，另一端与手柄固定。刀具组设有六把并排的刀片，并且具有调节刀片间距的功能，可以把食物切割成所需要的长度或厚度。
作为本发明蔬菜切割器的进一步改进，为了使刀片间的距离可调节，刀具组包括与砧板固定的丝杆、安装在丝杆上的定位键和安装在定位键上的刀片；定位键内圈设有与丝杆相吻合的螺母，通过旋转可在丝杆上移动定位，达到调节刀片间距的目的。
作为本发明蔬菜切割器的改进，为了固定刀片并且使刀片可方便拆装，定位键上设有用于安装刀片的夹具，刀片根部设有与夹具吻合的卡口，通过夹紧螺母固定。便于拆装，方便磨刀和清洗刀片。
作为本发明蔬菜切割器的进一步改进，为了更方便使用，光杆与刀片铰接，手柄与光杆固定。使用时可根据自己的习惯调节施力角度。
作为本发明蔬菜切割器更进一步的改进，因刀片与砧板间可能存在间隙造成食品切不断，为了减少切不断食品的情况，砧板上表面采用硅胶类稳定性好的无毒软材料，使砧板上表面有弹性，当刀片在砧板上施加压力力时，砧板与刀片可以充分接触，更能保证切断食品。
本发明蔬菜切割器并排安装六把刀片，切一下相当于用菜刀切六下。而且，刀具组采用可调节间距的结构设计，可以随心所欲地控制切割食品的厚度或长度，方便移动和收纳，用起来省力又省时，是厨房的好帮手。

具体实施方式
本发明蔬菜切割器，整体结构如图1所示，包括长方形的砧板1、固定于砧板1一端的刀具组2。刀具组2与固定端的一侧设置用于施力的手柄3。刀具组2设有六把并排的刀片22，且具有调节刀片22间距功能，可以把食物切割成所需要的长度或厚度。
刀具组2包括丝杆24、定位键21、安装在定位键21上的刀片22和与刀片22铰接的光杆23；定位键21内圈设有与丝杆24吻合的螺母，安装在丝杆24上，通过手动旋转可在丝杆24上移动定位，达到调节刀片22间距的目的。
定位键21包括固定刀片22的夹具211和夹紧螺母212。定位键21包括用于安装刀片22的夹具211和夹紧螺母212。刀片22根部设有卡口，卡口与夹具211内圈圈吻合，旋转夹紧螺母212即可使刀片22固定。
砧板1上设有固定座12。丝杆24固定在砧板1的固定座12上。光杆23与手柄3固定。光杆23与刀片22铰接，使用时可根据自己的习惯调节角度，使用起来更方便。手柄3上的挡板限制刀片22与手柄3的夹角为90～180°。
砧板1上表面使用软硅胶材料11，当刀片22在砧板1上施加压力力时，砧板1上表面有弹性，可使砧板1与刀片22充分接触，避免因刀片22与砧板1间可能存在间隙造成食品切不断的情况，更能保证切断食品。

Claims (5)

1.蔬菜切割器，包括砧板(1)，其特征在于：所述砧板(1)上部与刀具组(2)一侧固定；所述刀具组(2)另一侧与手柄(3)连接；刀具组(2)由平行排列的刀片(22)组成，刀片(22)间的间距可调。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜切割器，其特征在于所述刀具组(2)一侧设有串连刀片(22)的光杆(23)，所述刀片(22)由定位键(21)固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蔬菜切割器，其特征在于：所述刀具组(2)包括与砧板(1)固定的丝杆(24)，定位键(21)内圈设有与丝杆(24)相吻合的螺母，安装在丝杆(24)上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的蔬菜切割器，其特征在于：所述定位键(21)包括夹具(211)、与夹具(211)吻合的夹紧螺母(212)，所述刀片(22)根部设有与定位键(21)吻合的卡口，刀片(22)夹装于夹具(211)和夹紧螺母(212)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜切割器，其特征在于：所述砧板(1)上表面设置软硅胶(11)。
