本发明一种高效药材切割铡刀，由刀板、切刀、刀柄、销轴组成；所述的切刀通过销轴安装在刀板上，切刀端部设置有刀柄；所述的切刀设置有三片刀刃，且所述的刀柄设置在切刀的中间刀刃上。所述的左刀刃和右刀刃分别与中间刀刃之间的间距相等。本发明的切刀设置有三片刀刃，一次切割药材，相比传统的铡刀，可以将药材切制出三段，大大提高了切割效率，且切刀的左刀刃和右刀刃分别与中间刀刃之间的间距相等，使得切制成的药材尺寸更均匀。本发明结构简单，成本低，对于提高药材切割效率的铡刀的推广使用具有重要价值。

背景技术

为解决上述的难题，本发明提出一种高效药材切割铡刀，本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种高效药材切割铡刀，由刀板、切刀、刀柄、销轴组成；所述的切刀通过销轴安装在刀板上，切刀端部设置有刀柄；所述的切刀设置有三片刀刃，且所述的刀柄设置在切刀的中间刀刃上。
作为优选，所述的左刀刃和右刀刃分别与中间刀刃之间的间距相等。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的切刀设置有三片刀刃，一次切割药材，相比传统的铡刀，可以将药材切制出三段，大大提高了切割效率，且切刀的左刀刃和右刀刃分别与中间刀刃之间的间距相等，使得切制成的药材尺寸更均匀。

如图1所示，本发明一种高效药材切割铡刀，由刀板1、切刀2、刀柄3、销轴4组成；所述的切刀2通过销轴4安装在刀板1上，切刀2端部设置有刀柄3；所述的切刀2设置有三片刀刃21，且所述的刀柄3设置在切刀2的中间刀刃21上。所述的左刀刃和右刀刃分别与中间刀刃之间的间距相等。
本发明的工作原理如下：本发明的切刀设置有三片刀刃，一次切割药材，相比传统的铡刀，可以将药材切制出三段，大大提高了切割效率，且切刀的左刀刃和右刀刃分别与中间刀刃之间的间距相等，使得切制成的药材尺寸更均匀。本发明结构简单，有效提高切割效率，成本低，对于提高药材切割效率的铡刀的推广使用具有重要价值。
