技术领域
本实用新型属于炼钢连铸中间包技术领域。具体涉及一种中间包包盖。
背景技术
中间包是钢包与结晶器之间的中间容器，起到减少钢水静压力，使钢流平稳，为降低中间包钢水散热、减少钢水温降，防止中间包内钢水辐射烘烤钢包底部，以及方便现场工作人员操作，在中间包上需加盖保护。
中间包包盖一般由1～3块盖板组成，通常大中间包由中间盖和左、右侧盖组成，中小型中间包的包盖由一块或两块盖板组成，普遍使用的中间包包盖均由钢板结构和耐火材料构成，其制作方式：钢板结构由顶板、边板及锚固件等焊接而成，再将耐火材料浇注于边板之中。
这种中间包包盖存在以下问题：(1)包盖金属边板易氧化、烧蚀，变形，包盖使用寿命短；(2)金属顶板和边板与耐火材料的膨胀系数不同，在温度反复冷热交替过程中，耐火材料易剥落，污染钢水；(3)金属使用量多，制造成本高，重量偏大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、金属使用量少、制造成本低、高温性能稳定和使用寿命长的中间包包盖。
为完成上述任务，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：该包盖外形相似并略大于中间包包口，由1～3块盖板组成；每块盖板包括主支架、副支架、锚固件和耐火材料。主支架或由2～5个矩形、或由2～4个矩形和1～3个三角形的钢结构材料固定连接为一整体，每个矩形钢结构材料中固定有副支架，每个副支架上固定有锚固件。主支架、副支架和锚固件均被耐火材料浇注料包裹，耐火材料浇注料设有或不设有塞棒圆孔和烧嘴圆孔。其中：主支架和副支架间呈三角形结构。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型与现有中间包包盖相比，具有以下显著的优点：
(1)主支架、副支架、锚固件完全由耐火材料包裹，包盖表面无裸露的金属件，不会出现金属氧化、烧蚀，变形等现象，使用寿命长；
(2)包盖的侧边无钢板约束，耐火材料不易开裂剥落，高温性能稳定，使用寿命长；
(3)结构简单，金属使用量少，制造成本低；
(4)重量减轻，减轻行吊负荷。
因此，本实用新型具有结构简单、金属使用量少、制造成本低，高温性能稳定，使用寿命长的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述，并非对保护范围的限制：
实施例1
一种大型中间包包盖。该包盖外形相似并略大于中间包包口，由3块盖板组成，中间盖板如图1所示，右侧盖板如图4所示，右侧盖板与左侧盖板形状和结构对称。每块盖板包括主支架1、副支架2、锚固件3和耐火材料4。中间盖板的主支架1如图2所示，由3个矩形钢结构材料固定连接为一整体，根据中间包包口形状，在3个矩形钢结构材料的一侧左右对称地连接有两个三角形钢结构材料；右侧盖板如图4所示，在3个矩形钢结构材料的一侧连接一个三角形钢结构材料。每个矩形钢结构中固定有副支架2，主支架1和副支架2间呈三角形结构。每个副支架2上固定有锚固件3；主支架1、副支架2和锚固件3如图1、图3和图4所示，均被耐火材料浇注料4包裹。另如图1所示，耐火材料浇注料4中设有一个塞棒圆孔5和两个烧嘴圆孔6。
本实施例中，主支架1的截面尺寸是：宽度为30～50mm，长度为80～120mm；副支架2的截面尺寸是：宽度为15～25mm，长度为80～120mm。
实施例2
一种小型中间包包盖：包盖形状相似并略大于中间包包口，如图5所示，由1块盖板组成。该盖板包括主支架1、副支架2、锚固件3和耐火材料4；主支架1为2个矩形的钢结构材料固定连接为一整体，2个矩形钢结构中均固定有副支架2，主支架1和副支架2间呈三角形结构，每个副支架2上固定有锚固件3。主支架1、副支架2和锚固件3均被耐火材料浇注料4包裹，耐火材料浇注料4设有一个塞棒圆孔5和一个烧嘴圆孔6。
本实施例中：主支架1的截面尺寸是：宽度为30～50mm，长度为80～120mm；副支架2的截面尺寸是：宽度为15～25mm，长度为80～120mm。
实施例3
一种小型中间包包盖：除耐火材料浇注料4未设有塞棒圆孔5和烧嘴圆孔6外，其余同实施例2。
本具体实施方式与现有中间包包盖相比，具有以下显著的优点：
(1)主支架1、副支架2、锚固件3完全由耐火材料包裹，包盖表面无裸露的金属件，不会出现金属氧化、烧蚀，变形等现象，使用寿命长；
(2)包盖的侧边无钢板约束，耐火材料4不易开裂剥落，高温性能稳定，使用寿命长；
(3)结构简单，金属使用量少，制造成本低；
(4)重量减轻，减轻行吊负荷。
因此，本具体实施方式具有结构简单、金属使用量少、制造成本低，高温性能稳定，使用寿命长的特点。

1.一种中间包包盖，其特征在于该包盖外形相似并略大于中间包包口，由1～3块盖板组成；每块盖板包括主支架[1]、副支架[2]、锚固件[3]和耐火材料[4]；主支架[1]或由2～5个矩形、或由2～4个矩形和1～3个三角形的钢结构材料连接为一整体，每个矩形钢结构中固定有副支架[2]，每个副支架[2]上固定有锚固件[3]；主支架[1]、副支架[2]和锚固件[3]均被耐火材料浇注料[4]包裹，耐火材料浇注料[4]设有或不设有塞棒圆孔[5]和烧嘴圆孔[6]。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中间包包盖，其特征在于所述的主支架[1]和副支架[2]间呈三角形结构。
