背景技术：
生产注塑产品时，由于动模上的型腔开设有进浇口，注塑成型后的产品在浇点处会有残留胶，需要由工人使用工具切除残留胶，这样就容易刮伤产品，不但影响产品质量，还降低生产效率，另外为了满足批量生产及出货的要求，还要增加人工成本的投入。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种切除进浇口残留胶的治具，该治具可保证产品质量，提高生产效率，降低人工成本。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：切除进浇口残留胶的治具，包括动模和静模，动模上开设有进浇口，还包括带斜面的切刀和带斜面的铲基，所述切刀滑动连接于动模上且与进浇口相对，所述铲基固设在静模上，铲基的斜面与切刀的斜面触接。
还包括导向块，所述导向块固设在动模上且与切刀套接。
所述切刀的切削端呈锐角状。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于设置有带斜面的切刀和带斜面的铲基，切刀滑动连接于动模上且与进浇口相对，铲基固设在静模上，铲基的斜面与切刀的斜面触接，在合模时，铲基推动切刀前移，从而使切刀的切削端自动切除残留胶，因此，本实用新型具有可保证产品质量，提高生产效率，降低人工成本的优点。

如附图1所示，切除进浇口残留胶的治具，包括动模3和静模1，动模3上开设有进浇口6，其特征在于：还包括带斜面的切刀4和带斜面的铲基2，所述切刀4滑动连接于动模3上且与进浇口6相对，所述铲基2固设在静模1上，铲基2的斜面与切刀4的斜面触接。
所述切除进浇口残留胶的治具还包括导向块5，所述导向块5固设在动模3上且与切刀4套接，设置导向块5可使切刀4的移动更平稳。
所述切刀4的切削端呈锐角状，可使切除面更平整。
在动模3和静模1合模时，铲基2推动切刀4前移，从而使切刀4的切削端自动切除残留胶，同时也不易刮伤产品，残留胶可由动模3上的避空孔自动掉落。因此，本实用新型具有可保证产品质量，提高生产效率，降低人工成本的优点。

1、切除进浇口残留胶的治具，包括动模(3)和静模(1)，动模(3)上开设有进浇口(6)，其特征在于：还包括带斜面的切刀(4)和带斜面的铲基(2)，所述切刀(4)滑动连接于动模(3)上且与进浇口(6)相对，所述铲基(2)固设在静模(1)上，铲基(2)的斜面与切刀(4)的斜面触接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的切除进浇口残留胶的治具，其特征在于：还包括导向块(5)，所述导向块(5)固设在动模(3)上且与切刀(4)套接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的切除进浇口残留胶的治具，其特征在于：所述切刀(4)的切削端呈锐角状。
