背景技术
目前,汽车工业为了减少对环境的污染,各种汽车为降低油耗,设计纷纷向轻型化、小型化方向发展,对轴承的要求多采用能承受径向、轴向联合负荷力的圆锥滚子轴承。与球轴承相比,在结构上虽然圆锥滚子轴承具有承载能力大、可同时承受径向载荷和轴向载荷、寿命长等优点,被广泛用于汽车、铁路货车、轧机、工程机械、机床、飞机起落架、农机、水泵、矿山等行业,但是圆锥滚子轴承的滚子端面和内圈大挡边在承受接触载荷时常伴有滑动,比球轴承摩擦力矩大,易导致轴承早期失效,失效形式主要是接触疲劳、磨损。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现行圆锥滚子轴承存在的滚子端面和内圈大挡边在承受接触载荷时常伴有滑动,比球轴承摩擦力矩大的问题,提供一种新型圆锥滚子轴承,这种圆锥滚子轴承在不减少轴承额定负荷的前提下,通过加大内滚道、外滚道和滚子凸度,合理选择凸度形状,有效控制滚子球基面半径散差和挡边角度,降低挡边和球基面粗糙度,可大幅度降低圆锥滚子轴承摩擦力矩,减少轴承的疲劳损坏,提高其寿命。

如图1、2、3、4所示,该圆锥滚子轴承是利用计算机绘图进行动态演示,在额定动负荷最大值时,经过反复试验和改进内、外圈滚道凸度和滚子凸度及滚子基面形状设计,最终找出了有效的降低轴承摩擦力矩的有效方法。
