Abstract
一种关节轴承,涉及一种路面工程机械。它是在轴承外圈内弧面设置封闭曲线油槽,曲线油槽与内环形油槽口径相同,使润滑脂经内圈环形油槽及径向孔进入摩擦球面,然后经外圈内弧面的曲线油槽润滑全部摩擦球面。该型关节轴承能使润滑脂进入承载摩擦面,改善了关节轴承润滑效果,消除了噪音,延长了轴承使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种路面工程机械。
背景技术
目前所用的国标关节轴承润滑油槽是在关节轴承内圈内孔中部及外圈外圆中部有环形油槽,然后有径向油孔连通内、外圈环形油槽。此种关节轴承在承受径向载荷且有相对转动时,由于轴承外圈内球面半径(R内)大于轴承内圈外球面半径(R外),即内、外圈摩擦球面存在间隙,能保证注入润滑油脂,延长轴承寿命。但当关节轴承承受轴向载荷且有相对转动时,由于R内大于R外,轴承内、外圈沿轴向位移,形成一圆形密封线,承载摩擦面无法进入润滑脂,轴承寿命低,有时出现响声。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型关节轴承,解决现有技术承载摩擦面无法进入润滑脂,轴承寿命低,有时出现响声的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:通过在轴承外圈内弧面设置封闭曲线油槽,曲线油槽与内环形油槽口径相同,使润滑脂经内圈环形油槽及径向孔进入摩擦球面,然后经外圈内弧面的曲线油槽润滑全部摩擦球面。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是;能使润滑脂进入承载摩擦面,改善了关节轴承润滑效果,消除了噪音,延长了轴承使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本新型关节轴承外圈封闭曲线油槽(4)的口径与内圈环形油槽(3)相同,经机加工后将轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)组装在一起即可应用于路面工程机械。
