本实用新型涉及一种无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,为解决目前超声波切边与贴胶膜与热风熔合功能是由三种不同的设备单独完成、无法混用的问题,本实用新型提供一种无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,包括贴膜装置,所述贴膜装置包括将裁片压合的上压轮与下压轮、对胶膜与裁片进行加热的发热装置,在上压轮与下压轮的旁侧设置有由超声波发生器和上切刀组成的超声波切割装置,在上下压轮的裁片入口处设置有可拆卸的拉筒。本实用新型可根据生产的需要,更换少量的部件,使混合机实现贴膜切边或熔合的功能,实现贴膜切边与熔合功能的互换,增大设备的使用率,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种贴膜切边和熔合两种功能可择一选择的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机。
背景技术
采用超声波对布料进行切边以及无缝熔合技术,布料切边具有不散边、无硬边且不掉微粒线头等优点,因此无缝超声波贴膜切边熔合技术被广泛地应用。在现有的应用技术中,无缝超声波贴膜切边与熔合是由三种独立且功能单一的设备完成,其分别是贴膜机、超声波切边机与热风熔合机。贴膜机将胶膜粘贴在布料的边缘,超声波切边机将边缘贴有胶膜的布料进行裁切修整及容边,使其不散边,热风熔合机将具有贴膜且进行了切边处理的布料进行折边压合或与另外一片布料进行搭接熔合。这样整个缝合工艺需要三种独立且功能单一的贴膜机、超声波切边机与热风熔合机来完成,这造成生产时需要购置更多的设备,使生产成本增高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有无缝超声波贴膜切边与熔合分别是由三种独立且功能且单一的设备完成,致使整个生产所需设备众多,生产成本高等问题,而提供一种贴膜、切边和熔合三种功能可进行择一选择的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提出一种无缝超声波贴膜切边与缝纫混合机,包括贴膜装置,所述贴膜装置包括将裁片压合的上压轮与下压轮、对胶膜与裁片进行加热的发热装置,在上压轮与下压轮的旁侧设置有由超声波发生器和上切刀组成的超声波切割装置,在上下压轮的裁片入口处设置有可拆卸的拉筒。
在本实用新型所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,所述拉筒是重叠拉筒,重叠拉筒是在将两裁片进行缝合时将两裁片要缝合的边缘重叠一定宽度并对两裁片进行定位的装置。
在本实用新型所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,所述拉筒是折边拉筒,折边拉筒是将裁片粘贴有胶膜的边缘折叠以使裁片在该边具有一折边结构。
在本实用新型所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,所述的发热装置包括上发热盒,所述上发热盒上设置有冷气入口与热气出口,所述热气出口接有两根热气管,所述两根热气管的热气出口分别位于上下压轮的裁片入口处的左右侧。
在本实用新型所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,所述的上发热盒上还设置有用于对胶膜进行预热的导热靴,所述的导热靴上设有供胶膜滑行的导槽。

本实用新型在进行裁片边缘的贴膜切边工序时,需要将混合机的拉筒卸下,在上发热盒上装上导热靴并让胶膜通过导热靴的导槽,导热靴可将胶膜进行预热并与裁片一起进入到上压轮与下压轮之间,经上下压轮辊压使胶膜粘合在裁片的边缘,同时位于上下压轮旁侧的超声波切割装置可将裁片与胶膜的边缘处修齐熔边,使裁片的边缘整齐且不散边。在需要将两块裁片熔合时,将混合机的拉简装上并卸下上发热盒上的导热靴,将两裁片搭接缝合时则选择重叠拉筒,将裁片折边时选择安装折边拉筒。
本实用新型中的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机与现有的技术相比,具有如下优点:根据生产的需要,替换少量的部件,使混合机实现贴膜切边或熔合的功能,实现贴膜切边与熔合功能的互换,增大设备的使用率,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
图1至图6示出了本实用新型的一个较优实施方式。
请参阅图1及图2所示所示,本实用新型无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机可由现有的贴膜装置上改造而成,所进行的改造就是在现有的贴膜装置主机上加上由超声波发生器14和上切刀13组成的超声波切割装置,其中上切刀13位于上压轮5和下压轮6的旁侧且刀刃与上下压轮5、6的交接面齐平,距上下压轮5、6的水平距离可调节,视贴膜的宽度而定。另外在上下压轮5、6的裁片入口处设置有可拆卸的折边拉筒7,折边拉筒7与超声波贴膜切边装置为可拆卸的安装。根据混合机所要进行的工序,折边拉筒7可以替换成重叠拉筒30。裁片是要进行加工的工件如裁剪好的布料及类似物。无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机上还设置有对胶膜12与裁片进行加热的发热装置,发热装置包括上发热盒2与下发热盒9,如图3所示,上发热盒2设置有冷气入口25与热气出口26,盒内设置有电热板27对其内部的空气进行加热,盒的内部同时设有相互交错的鳍片28,增加空气与电发热板27的接触面积以提高热交换效率。上发热盒2上的热气出口26上连接有左右两根热气管4,两根热气管4的出口分别位于上下压轮5、6的裁片入口处的两侧,从两侧对胶膜12或位于上层的裁片进行加热。上发热盒2上还设有用于预热胶膜12的铝导热靴3,铝导热靴3上设有胶膜滑行的导槽24,铝导热靴3从上发热盒2上获取热量对胶膜12进行加热。下发热盒9与上发热盒2具有相同的内部结构,并在其热气出口上连接有热气管8,热气管8的出口位于上下压轮5、6的裁片入口处的下方,吹出的热气对位于下层的裁片进行加热。
如图2所示,在此图中,折边拉筒7被拆卸,混合机行使贴膜切边功能。在进行贴膜切边工序时,松带器1将双面胶膜12在无张力状态下输送到铝传热导靴3的导槽24上。铝导热靴3从上发热盒2上吸收热量,对经过其上的双面胶膜12进行加热,双面胶膜12在上下压轮5、6中间的入口处与裁片一起进入到上下轮5、6之间,在进入处,上发热盒2内的热空气由经两根吹气管4在裁片入口出处胶膜12的左右两侧进行吹出对胶膜12进行加热。下发热盒9内的热空气由导管8导出,对裁片进行加热。加热好的胶膜12与裁片一起进入到上下压轮5、6之间。上下压轮5、7是一对辊轮,其转动的过程中,将胶膜12压合在裁片上,同时也不断地拉动胶膜12与裁片进入到上下压轮5、6之间。在上下压轮5、6将胶膜与裁片压合粘接的同时,位于上下压轮5、6旁侧的超声波切割装置动作,超声波发生器配合14上切刀13动作,从而将裁片与胶膜12进行切割与熔边,使其整齐,且使裁片不散边,被切下来的碎屑则被吸入到碎屑桶10中收集,胶膜12与裁片粘接后,在上下压轮5、6的后方设置有冷风气管对裁片进行冷却从而完成裁片的贴膜与切边。
在贴胶膜的过程中,可根据生产需要,通过调速旋钮22或通过触摸屏23来调节上压轮5与下压轮6之间的转速差,使被贴胶膜的裁片形成容位,以使该裁片所做出的服饰具有立体感,而整个贴膜切边速度则可以由脚踏开关11来控制,也可以通过触摸屏23设置。上发热盒2所吹出的热气量由表17显示并可由调节旋钮16调节,下发热盒9所吹出的热气量由表19显示并可由调节旋钮18调节,上下压轮5、6后面所吹冷风量则由表21显示并可由调节旋钮20调节,上下两压轮5、6之间的压力则由调节旋钮15来调节。
如图4与图5所示,在此图中,折边拉筒7被装上,上发热盒2上的导热靴3被拆卸,进行折边熔合时,仅关闭混合机的松带器1和超声波发生器14的功能。在进行折边工序时,折边拉筒7将裁片贴有胶膜12的边缘折起,与裁片叠合,在叠合后,由热气管4吹出热气从叠合处的上方两侧的位置对叠合处的胶膜12裁片进行加热,使胶膜12融化,加热后的裁片与胶膜12在上下压轮5、6的牵引下进入到上下压轮5、6之间,由上下压轮5、6施压,使裁片折起的边与裁片融合,经过上下压轮5、6压合的折边在上下压轮5、6的后方由冷气管吹出冷气对裁片进行冷却,从而实现裁片的折边。
如图6所示,倘若要将两片裁片进行无缝地熔合,则折边拉筒7相应地要换成重叠拉筒30。两裁片中,其中一块裁片进行了贴膜与修边工序的贴膜修边裁片31,另外一块则只进行了修边工序单修边裁片32,熔合时,重叠拉筒30将贴膜修边裁片31上的双面胶膜12的保护纸去处,并将其与单修边裁片32边缘重叠,重叠的宽度为所贴胶膜12的宽度,同时,下发热盒9所吹出的热风通过吹气管8对贴膜修边裁片31的缝合边缘进行加热,上发热盒2通过左右吹气管4对单修边裁片32的缝合边缘进行加热,被加热后的两裁片由上下压轮5、6牵引至上下压轮5、6之间,由上下压轮5、6施压使两裁片的边缘熔合,经上下压轮压合后的两裁片边缘在上下压轮5、6的后方由冷风管吹出冷风进行冷却。

1.一种无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,包括贴膜装置,所述贴膜装置包括将裁片压合的上压轮与下压轮、对胶膜与裁片进行加热的发热装置,其特征在于,在上压轮与下压轮的旁侧设置有由超声波发生器和上切刀组成的超声波切割装置,在上下压轮的裁片入口处设置有可拆卸的拉筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,其特征在于:所述拉筒是重叠拉筒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,其特征在于:所述拉筒是折边拉筒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,其特征在于:所述的发热装置包括上发热盒,所述上发热盒上设置有冷气入口与热气出口,所述热气出口接有两根热气管,所述两根热气管的热气出口分别位于上下压轮的裁片入口处的左右侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,其特征在于:所述的上发热盒上还设置有用于对胶膜进行预热的导热靴,所述的导热靴上设有供胶膜滑行的导槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,其特征在于:所述的导热靴与上发热盒是可拆卸连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,其特征在于:所述的发热装置还包括下发热盒,所述下发热盒上设置有冷气入口与热气出口,所述热气出口接有热气管,所述热气管的热气出口位于上下压轮的裁片入口处的下方。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无缝超声波贴膜切边与热风熔合混合机,其特征在于:所述上切刀的刀刃与上压轮和下压轮的交接面齐平或相切。
