Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置,包括压铸机、合金液保温炉体、进水总管、热交换器、保温蓄水罐、除尘器、出水总管和排烟槽,其中合金液保温炉体安装在压铸机上;合金液保温炉体上方通过排烟管与热交换器的下方连接;热交换器底部通过进水支管与进水总管连接;进水总管的一端与保温蓄水罐的下方相连接;保温蓄水罐顶部直接与出水总管相连接;热交换器通过出水支管与出水总管连接,热交换器通过排气支管与排烟槽连接;排烟槽的一端与除尘器连接。本实用新型装置能够让低温介质的水吸收高温烟气中的热量使其加热,又使排出的烟气得到净化,从而使工作环境得到改善的同时又获得了供应车间生产和生活所需的热水,节约了能源。
Description
热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置技术领域本实用新型涉及熔炉余热的回收利用,更具体的说,是涉及一种锌合金 压铸车间热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置。 背景技术目前国内锌合金压铸车间压铸机熔炉的烟气余热是通过管道直接排到室 外的。现有技术将热室压铸机熔炉的高温烟气直接排到室外,不但因烟气温度高和烟气夹带灰尘,使工作环境恶化,影响了工人的健康;而且浪费了可循环利用的能源。发明内容本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种既让低温介质的水 吸收高温烟气中的热量使其加热、又使排出的烟气得到净化,节约能源的热 室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置。一种热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置,包括压铸机、合金液保温炉 体、进水总管、热交换器、保温蓄水罐、除尘器、出水总管和排烟槽,其中合金液保温炉体安装在压铸机上;合金液保温炉体上方通过排烟管与热 交换器的下方连接;热交换器底部通过进水支管与进水总管连接;进水总管 的一端与保温蓄水罐的下方相连接;保温蓄水罐顶部直接与出水总管相连接; 热交换器通过出水支管与出水总管连接,热交换器通过排气支管与排烟槽连 接;排烟槽的一端与除尘器连接。所述合金液保温炉体连接有保温炉坩埚和燃烧机;所述热交换器里设置 有加热元件,加热元件的下端通过球阀与进水支管连接;所述进水总管一端 通过法兰与循环水泵一端连接,循环水泵另一端通过法兰、进水总管与保温 蓄水罐的下方连接;所述保温蓄水罐顶部安装有通气管、加水阀、取水阀和 一端与取水阀相连接的水泵;所述加热元件的上端通过法兰与出水支管相连 接;所述除尘器的下端放置有除尘器,所述除尘器的顶端与排烟槽一端相连 接,所述排烟槽另一端与排风机相连接。与现有技术相比较,本实用新型,具有如下优点和有益效果:(1)消除 了车间的烟尘、降低了现场的环境温度(2〜3°C),从而改善了车间操作人员 的工作环境;(2)有大量的热水(70〜90°C)可提供给生产和生活上需要热 水的地方,从而节约了能源。 附图说明图1是本实用新型的结构示意图; 图2是本实用新型的A向剖视图。 具体实施方式下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述。如图1、 2所示,本实用新型的热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置包括 压铸机l、保温炉坩埚2、合金液保温炉体3、燃烧机4、进水总管5、排烟 管6、进水支管7、球阀8、加热元件9、热交换器IO、水泵ll、取水阀12、 法兰13、循环水泵14、法兰15、进水总管16、水阀17、保温蓄水罐18、通 气口 19、加水阀20、集尘器21、排烟槽22、排风机23、除尘器24、出水支 管25、法兰26、排气支管27、法兰28、压力释放阀29、出水总管30、和排 烟槽31,相互连接关系为:合金液保温炉体3安装在压铸机1上,合金液保温炉体3上安装保温炉 坩埚2和燃烧机4;排烟管6的一端设置在合金液保温炉体3上方,另一端 与热交换器10的下方侧面相连接;热交换器10里安装有加热元件9、外面 上侧方安装有压力释放阀29;其中加热元件9的下端与球阀8的一端连接, 球阀8的另一端与进水支管7相连,而进水支管7的另一端连接在进水总管 5上; 一端通过法兰15与进水总管16连接,进水总管16的另一端与水阀17连接, 水阀17的另一端与保温蓄水罐18的下方相连接;保温蓄水罐18还分别安装 有通气管19、加水阀20、出水总管30、和取水阀12,而取水阀12的另一端 又与水泵ll连接;出水总管30与出水支管25连接、出水支管25的另一端 通过法兰26与安装在热交换器10里面的加热元件9的上端相连接;热交换 器10上方通过法兰28与排气支管27连接,排气支管27的另一端与排烟槽 31连接;排烟槽31的一端与除尘器24连接;除尘器24的下端放置有集尘 器21,除尘器24的顶端与排烟槽22相连接,而排烟槽22的另一端又与排 风机23相连接。本实用新型熔炉余热回收利用装置的工作原理如下:压铸车间多台热室 压铸机在工作期间,由合金液保温炉体3产生的大量热的烟尘,在排风机23 的作用下通过排烟管6、热交换器10、排气支管27、和排烟槽30、除尘器 24、排烟槽22后,干净、低温的气体由排风机23抽出。当热的烟气经过热 交换器10时, 一方面,使从保温蓄水罐18中,由循环水泵14抽至加热元件 9中的水,从热的烟气中得到热量而升温,并经过出水支管25、出水总管30、 送到保温蓄水罐18储存备用。热水可通取水阀12直接送至车间和其它需要 用热水的地方;另一方面,经热交换器10以后得到降温的烟尘,再通过除尘 器24的除尘,灰尘由集尘器21收集,净化后的干净气体经排风机23排出。

1、一种热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置,其特征在于包括压铸机、合金液保温炉体、进水总管、热交换器、保温蓄水罐、除尘器、出水总管和排烟槽,其中 合金液保温炉体安装在压铸机上;合金液保温炉体上方通过排烟管与热交换器的下方连接;热交换器底部通过进水支管与进水总管连接;进水总管的一端与保温蓄水罐的下方相连接;保温蓄水罐顶部直接与出水总管相连接;热交换器通过出水支管与出水总管连接,热交换器通过排气支管与排烟槽连接;排烟槽的一端与除尘器连接。
2、 根据权利1所述的热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置,其特征在于, 所述合金液保温炉体连接有保温炉坩埚和燃烧机。
3、 根据权利1或2所述的一种热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置,其 特征在于,所述热交换器里设置有加热元件,加热元件的下端通过球阀与进水 支管连接。
4、 根据权利3所述的热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置,其特征在于, 所述进水总管一端通过法兰与循环水泵一端连接,循环水泵另一端通过法兰、 进水总管与保温蓄水罐的下方连接。
5、 根据权利4所述的热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置,其特征在于, 所述保温蓄水罐顶部安装有通气管、加水阀、取水阀和一端与取水阀相连接的 水泵。
6、 根据权利5所述的热室压铸机熔炉余热的回收利用装置,其特征在于, 所述加热元件的上端通过法兰与出水支管相连接。
