Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于聚偏二氯乙烯的用于片状(bahnfrmige)材料的涂层、涂层的制备方法及其用途。
背景技术
多层复合体,以下称为“复合体”或“复合薄膜”,尤其用于包装食品和制药产品。经常,这样的复合体的顶层薄膜或顶层采用偏二氯乙烯聚合物或共聚物分散体进行涂覆。例如为了制药产品的包装,PVC薄膜或PVC-PE复合薄膜采用偏二氯乙烯共聚物分散体涂覆并然后在热成形工艺中加工成泡罩,其然后装填包装物品并用铝箔或聚合物薄覆盖膜通过密封而封闭。偏二氯乙烯单体通常与甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯、氯乙烯或丙烯腈聚合生成共聚物。偏二氯乙烯共聚物涂层的目的是用于形成可密封的涂层和/或形成对水蒸汽、氧和香气的阻隔层。
偏二氯乙烯共聚物分散体形成塑料薄膜,其具有的特征是,在新制备的状态下,特别是当它们不含有蜡或其它润滑剂添加剂时,一方面,粘连倾向,即粘附到光滑表面上,例如薄膜卷装的最邻近的卷绕体上的倾向,和另一方面,相对于金属、塑料和天然物质的非常高的静摩擦系数和滑动摩擦系数。摩擦系数可能在PVDC涂层的表面已经由于或多或少快速的起始结晶和逐步结晶而变得更硬之后而降低。但是,粘附到机器部件上的倾向,或当用包装物品,特别是用明胶胶囊装填时不足的滑动性能的倾向,保持未变。还已经观察到不希望的PVDC层向热的机器部件上的粘着,例如在热成形机器的加热区中。
粘连倾向导致,在复合薄膜卷绕上之后,在软的PVDC表面上形成由于与最邻近的薄膜卷绕体接触而形成的拓印图像(Abklatschbilder)。如果PVDC表面非常光滑,如在目前通常用于PVDC分散体涂覆的丝网滚筒或三螺旋(Haschuren)辊涂覆体系的情况下,如果不采取抵抗措施,则情况是由卷绕入的空气导致形成更大的具有有光泽表面的区域,因为与邻近卷绕体的接触被夹带入的空气泡阻止。与这些区域邻近的是具有无光泽表面的区域,该表面与最邻近卷绕体接触,并在其中结果出现拓印图像。拓印图像自身不导致PVDC涂层中的技术缺陷,而是这样的复合体经常由于美感原因而不被接受。但是,在许多情况下PVDC涂覆的薄膜也可能由于卷绕入的空气泡而产生不希望的薄膜形变,其可能导致二次缺陷。
一般,这种空气夹带效果通过应用特定的表面结构而降低,该表面结构允许空气从侧面逸出。同样,拓印图像,由于它们基本上总是出现在该表面结构的波峰上,而均匀地分布在薄膜的整个表面上,并且薄膜以此方式获得更均匀的外观。
这样的表面结构的特定生成决定了在涂覆机器中使用附加的装备。该结构的质量,即复合体的顶层的粗糙深度、外观、平均层厚度,必须通过机器设置而控制,并一般地,与光滑的薄膜表面相比,表面结构的生成伴随膜层厚度的损失而完成,并因此可能伴随生产量的损失。由于表面的不平整性,表面结构在PVDC涂覆的薄膜上的施加是不利的,或如果将涂覆的复合体在PVDC侧面上进行额外的层合或涂覆过程,则甚至是不可能的。
新涂覆的并卷绕上的复合薄膜卷装在几小时或几天的时间段后通过如下方式松弛:它们在较不紧地卷绕的那些区段中,或在薄膜较不厚的地方在一定程度上塌缩,并在具有较大薄膜厚度的地方拉紧。新涂覆的PVDC的粘连倾向一个结果是,由于在薄膜卷绕体之间滑动能力的不足和同时出现的松弛,沿着薄膜表面出现张力,如果粘连倾向太高,该张力甚至可能导致由于复合薄膜拆散成单个薄膜或层而引起的材料破坏。
DE 100 64 800 A1中描述了微粉化聚乙烯蜡,其通过乙烯在高压条件下使用脂族或环脂族酮作为分子量调节剂进行共聚合,然后微粉化而制备。微粉化是指,将物质粉碎成1μm-最大100μm的粒度。所述物质通过磨碎或喷雾而成为所需的形态。对于微粉化聚乙烯蜡有多种已知的应用,例如作为用于印刷油墨的载体、涂层、用于牙膏的研磨剂和用于化妆品制剂,例如眼影膏、唇膏或胭脂的添加剂。
DE 43 16 025 A1涉及平均粒度为1-30μm的微粉化聚乙烯蜡,其适合作为隔离剂用于使粘性粒料的表面脱粘附。微粉化聚乙烯蜡甚至在基于粒料为0.01-2wt%的小数量下就已显示其效果。微粉化聚乙烯蜡通过在两级喷嘴中采用气体将相关的聚乙烯蜡熔体喷雾而制备。
EP 0 403 542 B1公开了一种聚合物组合物,其包含从单体混合物形成的偏二氯乙烯共聚物。该单体混合物包含60-99wt%偏二氯乙烯和40-1wt%与可其共聚的至少一种乙烯类型不饱和共单体。将偏二氯乙烯共聚物与一种配制剂包混合,该配制剂包包含相对于配制剂包总重量的0.1-95wt%的弱酸的碱金属盐或碱土金属盐,乙烯均聚物,和至少一种增塑剂和一种润滑剂。该偏二氯乙烯共聚物可通过将聚合物组合物进行铸塑、吹塑、挤出模塑、共挤出、层合或压延而制成制品。
EP 0 736 067 B1描述了一种将包含PVDC的聚烯烃混合物稳定化的方法,并描述了经稳定的包含PVDC的聚烯烃混合物。该塑料混合物包含聚烯烃和0.05-20wt%PVDC和至少一种有机亚磷酸酯或亚膦酸酯以及至少一种脂肪酸的金属盐。
DE 198 32 500 A1涉及一种可热成形的复合薄膜,其包括含至少一种环烯烃共聚物的薄膜和至少层合到其一侧上的热塑性材料薄膜。所述可热成形的薄膜通过无溶剂的单组分粘合剂接合到所述含环烯烃共聚物的薄膜上。该热塑性材料薄膜包含PVDC。该薄膜整体的厚度为100-500μm,PVC薄膜的厚度为5-150μm,并且COC薄膜的厚度为50-400μm。该可热成形的复合薄膜用于制备泡罩包装。该热塑性材料薄膜也可选自聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚酯、聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯和聚氨酯。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种用于复合体,特别是用于复合薄膜的涂层,其具有低的静摩擦系数和滑动摩擦系数,用于改进复合薄膜的滑动性能,并且使要在机器中涂覆的复合薄膜的操作和在相应的机器中的进一步加工的操作更容易。
本发明的目的通过基于聚偏二氯乙烯的用于片状材料的涂层以如下方式实现:由聚合物、天然物质、改性天然物质、无机材料或其混合物制成的粒子包含在聚偏二氯乙烯中。
在此情况下粒子的密度为0.1-2.0g/cm3,并且平均粒径为1μm-100μm。
合适地,最大的粒径等于/大于PVDC层的厚度。
在本发明的一种改进方案中,所述粒子选自HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、聚丙烯、PVDC、PVC、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物(ABS)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、合成树脂、硬蜡以及其混合物和共聚物。
在本发明的一种实施方案中,粒子具有由选自如下的聚合物之一制成的表面涂层:HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、聚丙烯、PVDC、PVC、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物(ABS)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、合成树脂、硬蜡以及其混合物和共聚物。
本发明进一步实施方案根据权利要求7-13中的特征得出。
这样的基于聚偏二氯乙烯的用于片状材料的涂层的制备方法的特征在于,提供一种PVDC分散体,向其中直接计量加入粒子,或在搅拌的同时计量加入粒子分散体。合适地,通过将粒子粉末在不采用乳化剂或采用一种或多种乳化剂的条件下搅拌加入水中而制备所述粒子分散体。向该粒子分散体中优选混合入颜料分散剂或其它分散助剂。在本发明方法的进一步实施过程中,向片状材料上涂覆PVDC与粒子分散体的混合物作为顶层并将其干燥。
特别地,将包含5-80wt%PVDC的PVDC分散体和包含10-95wt%粒子的粒子分散体混合在一起。
本发明方法的进一步实施方案根据权利要求19-21得出。
本发明的涂层用于涂覆塑料薄膜、纸幅和金属箔。特别地,该涂层可用于涂覆PVC单膜,由PVC和PE制成的多层复合体,由PVC-PE复合薄膜和一层金属箔制成的多层复合体,由环烯烃共聚物制成的单膜,以及由环烯烃共聚物与PVC和/或其它聚合物制成的复合薄膜。同样可使用所列类型的复合薄膜,其在采用PVDC的涂层后通过层合和/或涂覆而进一步改进。所有通常的聚合物薄膜,例如PET、PP、PE、丙烯酸酯、ABS、PS、赛璐玢、纤维素乙酸酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈、PCTFE等,和由两种或更多种所列的聚合物薄膜制成的相应复合体可以配备本发明涂层。特别优选的是该涂层用于涂覆由PVDC薄膜、粘合促进剂和载体薄膜制成的多层复合体以及由PVDC薄膜、粘合促进剂、聚乙烯、粘合促进剂和载体薄膜制成的多层复合体的PVDC层。PVDC薄膜是指在前期操作过程中向其上已经施加PVDC分散体作为底漆的PVDC薄膜。其它具有PVDC涂覆薄膜的多层复合体是PVC/PE/PVDC/PVDC+HDPE/PE/PVC;PVC/COC/PVDC/-PVDC+HDPE;PVC/PVDC/PVDC+HDPE/PE。根据本发明的涂层也可以施加到金属箔上以及施加到由以此方式涂覆的金属箔和聚合物薄膜制成的复合体上。在所有这些应用中,也可以使用根据本发明的涂层,而没有用未改性的PVDC预先涂覆底漆。这样的薄膜用于例如制造泡罩包装。
通过向复合薄膜的顶部聚偏二氯乙烯共聚物层中包埋聚合物粒子,优选HDPE微粉化物,上述困难被排除或大大降低,并且这些复合薄膜的制备方法被简化并且更有效。这些聚合物粒子用作薄膜的卷绕体之间的间隔物并改善薄膜片的PVDC表面的滑动性能。
视为适合于这种粒子的液体和粉末形式状态的聚合物是与特定的PVDC分散体高度相容,不磨损性的,并且特别地,比PVDC涂层或PVDC涂层施加到的载体薄膜或底层薄膜的底侧不明显更硬的那些。如果所述粒子比复合体的其余薄膜表面更硬,则粒子的表面应尽可能光滑,并且理想地,是球形的。理想地,所述粒子具有尽可能低的静摩擦系数和滑动摩擦系数。所述粒子在最高至100℃的常规用于PVDC干燥的干燥温度下不应该是成膜性的,在干燥过程中不应该与PVDC“熔接”,即不应该形成均匀的PVDC/粒子聚合物薄膜。代替此,聚合物粒子从PVDC层突出,并由此,满足它们作为间隔物的功能。另外,粒子材料应该具有类似于PVDC的折射率,使得在PVDC粒子层中出现尽可能低的雾度。粒子材料的密度为0.1-2.0g/cm3,特别是小于/等于1.30g/cm3,并优选小于1g/cm3,使得在粒子分散体中的漂浮和因此从PVDC表面中突出得到促进。合适地,最大的粒径等于/大于涂层厚度。粒子的平均粒径也必须与施用体系相协调,使得不可能出现由于过大尺寸的粒子或不均匀性施加而导致的粒子含量的不规则性。为了对PVDC涂层的阻隔作用不具有不利的影响,粒子必须不是多孔的。阻隔作用必须在复合薄膜或复合体的应用领域中尽可能高。
原则上,作为粒子,可以考虑所有聚合物,其完全或部分满足上述条件,例如:HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、PP、PVDC、PVC、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、ABS、PTFE、硬蜡、合成树脂等,以及它们的混合物和共聚物。也可以使用其具有合适的表面涂层的粒子。这样的涂覆的粒子的核材料是例如,选自上述列举的聚合物,以及天然物质,例如纤维素、天然蜡、聚(羟基链烷酸)、虫胶、改性天然物质,例如酪蛋白衍生物和酪蛋白缩合物,纤维素衍生物,例如纤维素乙酸酯和纤维素硝酸酯,或无机物质,例如二氧化硅、硅酸盐、氧化铝、二氧化钛。作为涂层材料,可以使用上述聚合物或其它相应地合适的表面涂料,例如硅烷、硅氧烷、Ormocere(有机改性的陶瓷)、陶瓷材料。
也可以使用这样的粒子,其具有纯无机性质,例如二氧化硅、硅酸盐、氧化铝、二氧化钛,和具有上面列举的性能。
如果粒子是聚合物来源,它们可以通过加成聚合、缩聚、聚加成、聚合物相似转变(polymeranaloge)反应或预制聚合物的混合物制备。粒子成形和散开通常直接在聚合,例如悬浮聚合或乳液聚合过程中进行,或通过后续在载体液体中机械散开和/或悬浮和稳定化而进行。无机粒子可以,例如,通过天然物质的研磨制备或合成方式制备。这样的粒子上可以施加表面涂层。
当使用粒子时,基于干涂层计的粒子的百分比比例通常为0.1wt%-10wt%。对于HDPE微粉化物形式的粒子,例如,基于干涂层物料计的约0.2-2wt%微粉化物的干燥比例经证实是特别有效的。
为制备这样的含粒子的PVDC涂层,将PVDC分散体在施加到片状材料上之前,在搅拌的同时,与相应数量的粒子悬浮液或分散体混合,直到所述悬浮液或分散体与PVDC分散体均匀地混合。为此目的,使用市售的非剪切性的搅拌器,例如桨式搅拌器。随后,采用常规用于PVDC涂层的施加工具向要涂覆的材料上施加混合物,并干燥。如果粒子尺寸正确选择并且给出与PVDC分散体的相容性,则可以确证在涂覆和/或干燥行为方面与未改性的PVDC分散体没有差别。成品涂覆材料具有如下主要的方法优点和产品优点:
-涂覆材料的表面的静摩擦和滑动摩擦是,特别在新涂覆的状况下,显著小于未改性的PVDC涂层。
-新涂覆的材料的粘连倾向,尽管PVDC表面未加以结构化,但明显降低。在本文上下文中,“未结构化”是指这样的表面,粒子从该表面突出,但该表面不成形或形成波谷或波峰。
-通过在薄膜卷装上最邻近的薄膜卷绕体的背侧上压印引起的粘连痕迹被大大减少或完全不存在。
-尽管不存在表面结构化,粒子的间隔物作用保证了空气从薄膜或材料卷装中排出。夹带的空气可能导致薄膜或材料变形,并且由于新PVDC的粘连倾向,导致薄膜的不规则的表面无光度。
-由于PVDC表面的降低的静摩擦,通过新涂覆的卷装材料的松弛运动产生的平行于材料表面方向作用的剪切力可以通过在最邻近薄膜卷绕体上的PVDC表面的滑动而更好地松弛。这避免了对于较不好地滑动的PVDC表面由于PVDC层与基层载体之间由剪切力产生的脱层引起的材料破坏。
-PVDC涂覆的平膜的在用于从平膜制备泡罩的热成形机器的机器部件上的摩擦阻力降低。这减少或完全消除了由太高的片材张力引起的薄膜收缩。
-显著改进了片剂或胶囊形式的包装物品的装填,因为该包装物品可以借助于显著降低的静摩擦和滑动摩擦系数而更好地滑动进入泡罩空腔中。特别是,当使用未改性的PVDC时,明胶胶囊倾向于不滑动进入空腔中,排队进入空腔中或甚至跳出空腔。在紧靠装填工段的下游密封工段中,这导致被压碎的包装物品污染,并结果是较长时间的清洁操作步骤。
-另外,有利的是,在机器侧的另外的用于表面结构化的设备和特殊的工序变为不需要的。表面性能只依赖于配方,并且因此可以安全地适应性调节和容易地重复。
-借助于涂覆,产生光滑的平整表面,其在美感方面比结构化表面更吸引人。
-平整表面比结构化表面允许设定更大的用于顶部PVDC层的层体积,因为在结构化层中最大可干燥的层厚度由该结构的最高点,即波峰的尖端预先确定,而在平整表面中,可干燥的层厚度与可结构化的层的最大可干燥层厚度同样大,但是与此相反,不具有波谷,而是具有连贯地恒定的层厚度。
还有利的是,以此方式改性的表面经证明非常容易沿着涂覆薄膜的背侧和沿着模具的空腔而滑动。这导致,一方面,可能采用明显较小的阻力/动力消耗将最后成形的还未填充的泡罩薄膜分装(entstapelung),该薄膜具有的空腔交错堆积,例如以恰当切割的泡罩格式片段形式,-或另一方面,可能从深冲工具中除去新成形的泡罩杯体-,前提条件是,在泡罩杯体的外侧上使用改性的PVDC侧面。在第一种情况下,这导致更快速的分装和因此导致生产量增加;在第二种情况下,这导致泡罩机的无中断操作和因此导致产出增加。

图2以图解截面图显示在由PVDC薄膜/载体薄膜制成的复合薄膜上掺混粒子的PVDC组成的根据本发明的涂层。
图1中以横截面显示的复合薄膜6包含载体薄膜或基层薄膜4,粘合促进剂3,和PVDC薄膜2。粘合促进剂3制备PVDC薄膜2与载体薄膜4的复合体。在PVDC薄膜2的顶部,施加PVDC涂层7,其具有结构化表面5,使得PVDC涂层的层厚度在整个复合薄膜6的宽度上是不均一的并包含波峰和波谷。
图2中以横截面所示的复合薄膜1由载体薄膜或基层薄膜11,粘合促进剂10,PVDC薄膜9,和由PVDC制成的涂层8组成,所述涂层8中包埋有由HDPE制成的粒子12。粒子12具有不同的粒径,平均粒子尺寸是6-8μm并且适合于HDPE分散体,这导致具有最大至6μm的厚度的涂层。最大的粒子具有的直径为约12μm。
对于12μm的层厚度,平均粒子尺寸为12-13μm。最大的粒子为约17μm大。大量的粒子12从涂层8的平整表面13突出并用作卷绕上的复合薄膜1的紧邻近卷绕体之间的间隔物。
具体实施方案
PVDC分散体与HDPE分散体的混合物
以下实施例用于更详细地解释本发明,而不意于暗示,这是在限制本发明权利要求书中所要求的发明的保护范围。在每种情况下,将1000升的由PVDC分散体与市售或新制备的HDPE分散体组成的涂料混合。该PVDC分散体具有的PVDC比例为55wt%,相对于PVDC分散体的总质量,并且具有的密度为1.29g/cm3。在HDPE分散体中,HDPE比例为65wt%,相对于HDPE分散体的总质量,并且具有的密度是0.96g/cm3。
将所需数量的PVDC分散体装入1000升容量的容器中并均一地搅拌。将计算量的HDPE分散体以细流加入,同时将PVDC分散体以不起泡的方式搅拌,并将混合物搅拌另外的5-10分钟。使用的HDPE分散体可以是准备好的市售的分散体或新制备的HDPE粉末分散物,其通过相应搅拌将粒子粉末加入水中,借助或不借助一种或多种乳化剂,加入颜料分散剂或其它分散助剂,加入阴离子表面活性剂。还可以将HDPE粉末直接加入PVDC分散体中,由此必须特别注意不发生团块形成,该团块形成可能导致不均一的涂层厚度。
实施例1
HDPE分散体的比例是1体积%,基于涂层的总体积(以升计算)。干燥的薄膜中的PVDC和HDPE的相关的重量比例χ如下所示计算:

以下是测量的具有纯PVDC涂层的常规复合薄膜的静摩擦和滑动摩擦系数,如借助于图1所示,与根据实施例1和2的薄膜的那些系数彼此相对列出。摩擦力采用用硬明胶涂覆的铝制成的试件测量。

可以看出,静摩擦系数对于根据本发明的涂层中HDPE的比例的强烈的间接依赖性。随着HDPE比例的增加,静摩擦系数降低。采用式((HRKOP-HRKP)/HRKOP)×100%,其中HRKOP是在PVDC涂层中不含有粒子的PVDC涂覆的复合薄膜的静摩擦系数,HRKP是在PVDC涂层中含有粒子的PVDC涂覆的复合薄膜的静摩擦系数,静摩擦系数HRKP在1%或2%的HDPE体积比例下降低61%和72%。
复合薄膜的加工
在加工过程中,与不含有粒子的PVDC涂层相比实现如下优点:
-当从外部加工具有PVDC涂层的PVDC涂覆的复合薄膜时,更好地从泡罩深冲模具中脱模。
-由于对机器部件的较低的摩擦阻力而薄膜片材的收缩更小。
-从复合薄膜制成的泡罩包装中明胶胶囊的更好的装填性能(PVDC侧面朝向装填物品)。
-复合薄膜牢固粘附到热机器部件上的倾向更小。
Claims (25)
1.基于聚偏二氯乙烯的用于片状材料的涂层,其特征在于,在聚偏二氯乙烯中包含由聚合物、天然物质、改性天然物质、无机材料或其混合物制成的粒子。
2.权利要求1的涂层,其特征在于,粒子的密度为0.1-2.0g/cm3,并且平均粒径为1μm-100μm。
3.权利要求2的涂层,其特征在于,粒子的密度小于/等于1.30g/cm3,并且特别是小于/等于1g/cm3。
4.权利要求2的涂层,其特征在于,最大粒径等于/大于涂层的厚度。
5.权利要求1的涂层,其特征在于,粒子选自HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、聚丙烯、PVC、PVDC、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物(ABS)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、合成树脂、硬蜡,它们的混合物和共聚物。
6.权利要求5的涂层,其特征在于,粒子具有由选自如下的聚合物之一制成的表面涂层:HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、聚丙烯、PVC、PVDC、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物(ABS)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、合成树脂、硬蜡,它们的混合物和共聚物。
7.权利要求6的涂层,其特征在于,粒子具有的干燥比例为0.1-10wt%,基于PVDC的干重。
8.权利要求7的涂层,其特征在于,粒子具有的干燥比例为0.3-8wt%,基于PVDC的干重。
9.权利要求7的涂层,其特征在于,粒子具有的干燥比例为0.2-2wt%,基于PVDC的干重。
10.权利要求1的涂层,其特征在于,粒子以粉末形式引入PVDC中。
11.权利要求1的涂层,其特征在于,其是液态并且由阴离子PVDC分散体和由微粉化粒子制成的阴离子分散体的混合物组成。
12.权利要求11的涂层,其特征在于,阴离子分散体由微粉化粒子、一种或多种乳化剂、阴离子表面活性剂、颜料分散剂和分散助剂组成。
13.权利要求5的涂层,其特征在于,粒子由HDPE组成。
14.制备基于聚偏二氯乙烯的用于片状材料的涂层的方法,其特征在于,提供PVDC分散体,向其中直接计量加入粒子或在搅拌的同时计量加入粒子分散体。
15.权利要求14的方法,其特征在于,粒子分散体通过不采用乳化剂或采用一种或多种乳化剂的条件下向水中搅拌加入粒子粉末而制备。
16.权利要求14的方法,其特征在于,向粒子分散体中混合入颜料分散剂或其它分散助剂。
17.权利要求14的方法,其特征在于,将由PVDC分散体和粒子分散体组成的混合物施加到片状材料上作为顶层并干燥。
18.权利要求17的方法,其特征在于,将含有5-80wt%PVDC的PVDC分散体和含有10-95wt%粒子的粒子分散体混合在一起。
19.权利要求18的方法,其特征在于,将含有30-70wt%PVDC的PVDC分散体和含有40-70wt%粒子的粒子分散体混合在一起。
20.权利要求17的方法,其特征在于,将80-99wt%的PVDC分散体和1-20wt%的粒子分散体混合在一起。
21.权利要求19的方法,其特征在于,粒子分散体是基于PVDC分散体和HDPE分散体的混合物计具有干燥比例为0.50-3.0wt%HDPE的PVDC-HDPE分散体。
22.权利要求1-13中任一项的涂层用于涂覆塑料薄膜、纸幅和金属箔的用途。
23.涂层用于涂覆由PVC-PE复合薄膜和金属箔制成的多层复合体的用途。
24.权利要求1-13中任一项的涂层用于涂覆由如下组成的多层复合体的PVDC薄膜的用途:PVDC薄膜、粘合促进剂、载体薄膜;PVDC薄膜、粘合促进剂、聚乙烯薄膜、粘合促进剂、载体薄膜;PVDC薄膜、粘合促进剂、环烯烃共聚物(COC)、粘合促进剂、PVC;或PVDC薄膜、粘合促进剂、PE、粘合促进剂、PVC。
25.权利要求1-13中任一项的涂层用于涂覆在如下组成的多层复合体中的PVDC薄膜的用途:(PVC/PE/PVDC/PVDC+HDPE/PE/PVC)或(PVC/PVDC/PVDC+HDPE/PE)。
