谷粒或麦芽在较大的发芽炉或窑中进行发芽和熟化,这些发芽炉或窑大部分呈圆形设计形式。若干发芽炉经常彼此叠置。在每个炉底板上布置有用于处理发芽物质的运动装置。

发明内容
本发明的目的是开发一种适于可纵向移动并且可旋转的设备(例如发芽炉)的行进传动装置。根据本发明的行进传动装置至少包括一个与齿圈的齿啮合的销轮。所述销轮通常是可旋转的并且由马达驱动,并且所述齿圈除了用作驱动装置之外还同时用作轨道。所述齿圈能够被固定地布置在运行轮中。可选地,所述销轮能够与驱动器一起被固定地设置。
根据本发明的行进传动机构可以设计成仅具有少量的磨损部件。这些部件主要是销轮中的销,除此之外,它们容易更换。相应的材料选配将所述销轮限定为磨损部件。该磨损部件还设计成能容易更换。
在本发明的典型实施方式中,具有齿圈的运行轮设计为在角撑架上的固定驱动单元。销轮像小齿轮那样在所述齿圈上运行。该齿轮的传动受到调节。
传动装置和销轮的固定设计可用作旋转炉,该旋转炉能够实现旋转运动。
本发明在相对低的费用下提供了行进传动装置的操作可靠性。其简化设计还利于组装和拆卸。此外,该设备可纵向移动,并且两个齿圈可平行布置。

具体实施方式
麦芽厂系统的静止炉的侧壁1上定位有角撑架2,该角撑架2接纳具有运行轮3和齿圈4的运行轨。
在所示装置(例如,清洁或加工单元)上可看到具有销轮6的马达5,其中该销轮6具有沿外周均匀间隔开的销7。销7与齿圈4的齿8啮合,从而销轮的旋转运动允许可移动装置行进移动。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于可移动并且可旋转的麦芽发芽装置和窑的行进传动装置,至少包括一个与齿圈的齿啮合的销轮,其特征在于包括一个用于驱动所述销轮的马达,并且所述齿圈除了用作驱动装置之外还同时用作轨道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行进传动装置,其特征在于,所述齿圈被固定地布置在运行轮中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的行进传动装置,其特征在于,所述销轮与所述马达一起被固定地设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的行进传动装置,其特征在于,所述麦芽发芽装置和窑纵向可移动,而且两个齿圈平行地布置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的行进传动装置,其特征在于,磨损部件位于所述销轮上。
