在化学反应技术设备中,线,特别是热电偶,在管状反应器中的定位和固定是重要的。要能够通过管在不同部位的总长来测量温度。
空心线的概念在上下文中也可以理解为毛细管(Kapillar),通过该毛细管将气态或液态的离析物在所期望的高度引入到反应管中。这些毛细管同样可以设置作为热电偶的外壳,它将定位在支架之间的区域内。也可以利用毛细管来在反应期间进行取样并吸出所期望的样品。
在此,所不期望的是,为了定位必须在管壁上钻孔,由此使特别是用于具有几千个管的管束反应器的制造费用会高到不切实际。这种输入管可能不利地影响催化剂小球的填充,使得导致通道形成以及不均匀的速滞压力分布。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种装置,在其中避免了上述的缺点。
本发明涉及一种用于在管(后面也称为支架)中定位和固定实心线和空心线的装置,它包括一不封闭的环形元件,该环形元件具有比这些管小的横截面,它的壁具有至少一个孔用于引导穿过一根线特别是热电偶,并且在壁中有平行于管延伸的一连续的缝隙。
通过扩张或压缩可以使本装置的直径匹配于管的直径,从而使该装置紧密地贴靠到壁上。
根据本装置的尺寸,该装置包含一个或多个孔,用于引导穿过线如热电偶或毛细管。
其在环形装置内和垂直于管方向上的长度优选相当于管的直径一半,从而在其中间进行温度测量。
但另外的尺寸也是可能的。这些线优选地通过钎焊固定在通路上并且必要时捆在管壁上、在管的端部引导。它们也可在管内部固定在壁上。
一般,一个反应管包含多个所述支架,它们彼此隔开合适的距离,以便例如观察管内的温度分布。

线的长度是不受限制的并且匹配于管的长度。特别合适的是,线具有大到20m的长度。
可以有多达20根线从一根管中引出(图1;n=18)。但合适的是,多达12根线(n=10),特别优选的是,多达6根线(n=4)从管中引出。
该固定装置优选具有一种不封闭的环形弯曲的矩形的形状,其各角部优选被倒圆或倒角。
矩形的在此彼此相对的边之间的距离为1mm至10mm,特别是3mm至8mm,取决于管的直径。
矩形的高度为15mm至80mm,特别是20mm至40mm,取决于管的直径。

本装置特别适合于固定床反应器,在其中实施液相或气相反应。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于在优选用固体散料填充的管中定位和固定实心线和空心线的装置,包括一个不封闭的环形的元件,该元件具有小于这些管的横截面,它的壁具有至少一个用于引导穿过一根线的孔,有优选平行于管延伸的一连续的缝隙。
2.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述线垂直于管方向穿过孔引导直到管中间。
