Abstract
本发明是一种合成树脂制的容器,是在容器本体的内表面或外表面具有高气体阻绝性的被膜(2);前述被膜(2)至少包含:有机系硅化合物层(2a),其是包含氮、硅、碳、氢及氧,位置于容器本体的表面;以及氧化硅化合物层(2b),其是以氧化硅化合物为主成分。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于一种代表聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯制瓶,也就是所谓PET瓶的合成树脂制容器,是一种防止气体透过该容器,特别是氧气、二氧化碳的透过,并谋求保持内容物的品质的安定。
背景技术
近年来,在废弃、搬送、回收等中,为了容易处理较多采用合成树脂制的吹气容器作为装填清凉饮料与酒、油、酱油等容器。该种容器比较于玻璃制的容器,由于无法避免氧气与二氧化碳的透过,所以具有有效期也就是所谓可以维持内容物的品质的期间较短的缺点。
作为对应如此问题的技术,是在例如特开2000-109076号公报中,提出在瓶的内面藉蒸镀或喷镀涂层高气体阻绝性的被覆(SiOx)的容器。另外亦提出将位置于包含硅、碳及氧的容器本体的表面的化合物与位置于该化合物膜的表面的的氧化硅化合物作成二层膜的容器等,如此容器与未施以涂层的容器相比,可以使氧阻绝性(PET瓶氧阻绝性)提升数倍以上,可以保持内容物品质的安定,但最近却要求应实现更长期保持品质安定,更一层改善气体阻绝性。
发明内容
本发明的课题是提出一种具有更高气体阻绝性的新的合成树脂制容器。
本发明是一种合成树脂制的容器,是在容器本体的内表面或外表面的至少一方具有高气体阻绝性的被膜。
前述被膜至少包含:有机系硅化合物层,包含氮、硅、碳、氢及氧,位置于容器本体表面;以及氧化硅化合物层,其是以氧化硅化合物为主成分,位置于该有机系硅化合物层的表面。
若依据本发明,使含有氮的有机系硅化合物层位置于容器本体的表面(内外面)作为被膜的第一层,在该有机系硅化合物层的表面,藉成膜以氧化硅化合物作为主成分的氧化硅化合物层作为第2层,以具有2种膜的复合效果可以显著改善气体阻绝性。
在由上述构成所形成的容器中,有机系硅化合物层及/或氧化硅化合物层以作成蒸镀膜者较佳,其折射率特别期望为位于1.3~1.6的范围。

具体实施方式
图1绘示藉二轴延伸吹气成形所形成的PET瓶的主要部分剖面图。参照数字1为构成容器本体的壁部,2为防止气体(特别是氧气与二氧化碳)透过设置于壁部1的容器内或容器外的高阻绝性的被膜。
被膜2是由有机系硅化合物层2a与氧化硅化合物层2b所构成;该有机系硅化合物层2a,其是位置于容器本体1的外表面,包含氮、硅、碳、氢及氧;该氧化硅化合物层2b,其是位置于该有机系硅化合物层2a的表面,以氧化硅化合物为主要成分。
构成上述被膜2的层中,针对有机系硅化合物层2a,在形成该层时添加氮气替代惰性气体(Ar等的稀有气体元素),藉将该化合物层2a作成包含氮、硅、碳、氢及氧的层,形成气体阻绝性更进一步提升的阻绝性容器。
在此,包含硅、碳、及氧的习知的有机系硅化合物层,其层本身几乎没有阻绝性,针对本发明的有机系硅化合物层2a也与上述习知的有机系硅化合物层同样,针对该点无法看出较大的差异。
但是,在习知的有机系硅化合物层的表面成膜具有气体阻绝性的化合物层(以氧化硅作为主成分者)时,该化合物层仅单显示本来具有的气体阻绝性,藉如在本发明中所得到的二种膜的复合效果,是无法被期待有显著的改善气体阻绝性。
<实施例1>
在PET瓶的表面,藉使用高频脉冲的电浆CVD法被覆被膜,针对该PET瓶的氧阻绝性进行了调查。其结果分别显示于表1、2。又,电浆CVD法的脉冲放电条件为ON:0.1sec,OFF:0.1sec。
表1为当设置有机系硅化合物层使用Ar气体时的结果。表2为当设置有机系硅化合物使用氮气时的结果。表1、2中,“DEPO“为放电时间(例如8为脉冲放电8sec的意思),“HMDSO”为六甲基二硅醚,气体流量的“sccm”是指在0℃、1气压的状态气体流动1分钟的气体量(cc)的意思。
另外,“原料气体的组成比”是混合HMDSO、氧、氮、氩等的气体的状态的比;“透湿度40℃-75%RH”为保管环境的温度与相对湿度;“BIF”为与未成膜品作比较的阻绝性改良率(Barrier Improvement Factor)。

由表1、2可以了解,在本发明的容器(表2的2层成膜)中,与添加Ar气体成膜有机系硅化合物层的容器相比,氧阻绝性(BIF值)提升1.3倍左右,另外,水分阻绝性(透湿度,BIF值)提升1.2倍左右,可以确认氧阻绝性及水分阻绝性比PET瓶单体的容器与仅成膜以氧化硅化合物为主成分的层的PET瓶更提升。
由上述可以了解,若依据本发明,可以提供一种具有更高气体阻绝性,且内容物的保存性优良的合成树脂制容器。
Claims (3)
1.一种合成树脂制的容器,是在容器本体的内表面或外表面的至少一方具有高气体阻绝性的被膜,前述被膜至少包含:
有机系硅化合物层,包含氮、硅、碳、氢及氧,位于容器本体表面;以及
氧化硅化合物层,其是以氧化硅化合物为主成分,位于前述有机系硅化合物层的表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的合成树脂制的容器,其中前述有机系硅化合物层及/或氧化硅化合物层为蒸镀层。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制的容器,其中前述有机系硅化合物层及/或氧化硅化合物物层的折射率为1.3~1.6的范围。
