- 权 利 要 种取代唑类化合物, 如通式 (I)所示:选自 N或 CR9, A2选自 N或 CR10, A3选自 N或 CRU, 其中 A!、 A2、 A3同时选自 N 的个数小于、 等于 1 ;、 可相同或不同, 分别选自氢、 -Q2烷基或卤代 -C12垸基;R3选自氢、 卤原子、 d-C12烷基、 卤代 -Q2垸基或 -Q2烷氧基;R7选自氢或 烷基;选自氢、 烧基、 卤代 -C12浣基、 Q-C12垸氧基羰基、 Q-Cn烷氧基羰基 -C12 焼基;、 R5、 、 R9、 R10、 可相同或不同, 分别选自氢、 卤原子、硝基、氰基、 CONH2、 CH2CO H2、 CH2CN、 Q-C12浣基、卤代 -C12 ' 、 d-C12烧氧基、卤代 Q-C12院氧基、 d-C12 烷硫基、 Q-C12烷磺酰基、 Q-C12浣基羰基、 Q-C12院氧基 Q-C12烷基、 Q-C12烧氧基羰基、 Q-C12垸氧基羰基 Q-C12垸基、 Q-C12卤代烷氧基 Q-C12烷基、可任意取代的下列基团: 胺基 垸基、 芳基、 杂芳基、 芳氧基、 芳基 d-C12垸基、 芳^-^烷魏基、 杂芳基 d-C 烷基或杂芳基 C ^烷氧基;及其立体异构体。
- 2、 根据权利要求 1所述的化合物, 其特征在于: 通式 (I)中选自。11或 X2选自 0、 S或 NR7, X3选自 0、 S或 Ν ;选自 N或 CR9, A2选自 N或 CR10, A3选自 N或 CRU, 其中 、 A2、 A3同时选自 N 的个数小于、 等于 1 ;、 R2可相同或不同, 分别选自氢、 -C6垸基或卤代 Q-C6垸基;R3选自氢、 卤原子、 -C6烷基、 卤代 Q-C6烷基或 -C6焼氧基;R7选自氢或。广 C6垸基;、 R5、 、 R9、 R10 Ru可相同或不同, 分别选自氢、 卤原子、硝基、氰基、 CONH2、 C¾CO H2、 CH2CN、 Q-C6烷基、 卤代 d-C6焼基、 -C6垸氧基、 卤代 -。6烷氧基、 -C6 焼硫基、 C!-Cs烷磺酰基、 -C6烧基羰基、 -C6垸氧基 -C6垸基、 -C6烧氧基羰基、 d-C6 垸氧基羰基 Q-C6垸基、 d-C6卤代烷氧基 -C6烷基、可任意取代的下列基团: 胺基 -¾垸 基、 芳基、 杂芳基、芳氧基、芳基 Q-C6烷基、 芳 -C6烷基氧基、杂芳基 Q-C6垸基或杂芳 基 -C6垸氧基。
- 3、 根据权利要求 2所述的化合物, 其特征在于: 通式 (I)中选自 CH或 N, X2选自 0或 NH, X3选自 0、 S或 N¾;选自 N或 CR9, A2选自 N或 CR10, A3选自 N或 CRU, 其中 A!、 A2、 A3同时选自 N 的个数小于、 等于 1;、 ¾选自甲基;选自氢或甲基;选自氢、 Q-Ce^S, ^Q-C6¾ -Q^ftffi^基或 Q-C6^½羰基 d-Cs^S; 、 R5、 、 R9、 R10、 Ru可相同或不同, 分别选自氢、 卤原子、硝基、 氰基、 CO H2、 CH2CONH2、 CH2CN、 Q-C6院基、 卤代 -C6烷基、 -C6烷氧基、 卤代 -C6烷氧基、 -C6 烷硫基、 -C6烷磺酰基、 -C6垸基羰基、 -C6烷氧基 -C6焼基、 CrC6烷氧基羰基、 Ci-C6 烷氧基羰基 d-C6烷基、 -C6 [弋垸氧基 -C6浣基、可任意取代的下列基团: 腿 -Q烷 基、 苯基、 苯氧基、苄基或苄氧基。
