Claims (3)
- 一种流线型机车司机室曲面加工工艺,包括骨架、蒙皮的落料,骨架、蒙皮的成型,蒙皮与骨架的连接,其特征是具有如下的加工过程:1)分步校正骨架体系,一、校正部件横向大弯梁的弧度及左右对称,二、校正纵向肋板圆弧及与横向大弯梁连接处弧度,三、校正骨架体系与蒙皮的装配间隙;
- 2)对双曲面蒙皮收缩区域进行放调,一、放蒙皮边缘,采用弹性锤子进行敲击,使蒙皮边缘得于延伸,二、放蒙皮中间,对蒙皮中间作环状敲击预放曲率,三、放与肋板焊接后的蒙皮与偏移焊接后将蒙皮顶起的肋板;
- 3)分步处置产生热变形大的作业环节,一是变顶盖部件整体组焊为分块组焊,二是将底梁整体组装矫正分为分段预组装矫正,三是对顶盖组成的焊后整形,冷、热矫正区分使用。
