Abstract

一种电连接器,用于收容照相机模组或其它电子元件,其包括遮蔽体、若干导电端子及注塑成型的绝缘本体,其中绝缘本体卡持于遮蔽体的底部,照相机模组收容于遮蔽体中。所述导电端子具有一端部,从端部形成有与端部位于同一平面且向同一方向延伸的第一分叉和第二分叉。相较于现有技术,本发明电连接器的导电端子可以采用较窄的料带冲压成型,节省成本,且由于导电端子设置为两排,从而可以在不影响导电端子性能前提下使两排导电端子之间可以预留足够空间,因而导电端子在注塑成型绝缘本体时可以与绝缘本体结合更稳定。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种应用于移动电话或其它电子设备上的电连接器。
【背景技术】
随着无线通讯技术的发展,移动电话等电子装置在趋向小型化发展的同时,功能也日益多样化。例如增设了照相机功能等,因此对于用于这些电子装置上的电连接器也必须得到相应的改进。
现有技术中的该类电连接器的端子大都采用组装方式与绝缘本体结合。如中国专利公告第CN2687894Y号所示,其端子包括一主体部、由该主体部一端向上弯折延伸的弹性部、设于该弹性部自由端且位于主体部上方的接触部、位于主体部另一端呈竖直设置的卡持部及用以连接主体部与卡持部的连接部。卡持部卡持于绝缘本体内以使端子结合于绝缘本体,接触部凭借弹性部的正向力弹性接触照相机模组的底部。
然而,由于上述现有技术中的端子设计增加了电连接器的高度,而且端子组装于绝缘本体不够稳固,因此有必要设计一种新型的电连接器以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有能够有效降低电连接器高度且能与绝缘本体稳固结合的端子的电连接器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:收容有电子元件的遮蔽体、组装于遮蔽体的绝缘本体及结合于绝缘本体的导电端子,所述导电端子包括与电子元件相抵接的接触部及与接触部相对的尾部,所述导电端子具有一端部,从端部形成有与端部位于同一平面且向同一方向延伸形成的第一分叉和第二分叉,所述尾部形成于该第一分叉,所述接触部形成于该第二分叉。
相较于现有技术,本发明电连接器的端子能在较低高度达到足够的正向力,且在注塑成型绝缘本体时可以与绝缘本体结合更稳固。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图6所示,本发明提供了一种电连接器100,用以收容电子元件(在本实施方式中,该电子元件为照相机模组4),该电连接器100主要包括收容照相机模组4的遮蔽体3、若干导电端子2及绝缘本体1。绝缘本体1卡持于遮蔽体3的底部,照相机模组4收容于遮蔽体3中,导电端子2与绝缘本体1镶埋成型(Insert Molding)在一起。
绝缘本体1为矩形平板状结构,其具有主体部11及一对长条状末端部13。于主体部11底面对称形成有若干端子收容槽12,端子收容槽12中部形成有凸起15。每一末端部13外侧形成有一对间隔设置的凸块14,用以与遮蔽体3相卡持固定。
每一导电端子2具有一端部21,从端部21形成有与端部21位于同一平面且向同一方向延伸的第一分叉211和第二分叉212,该端部21、第一分叉211和第二分叉212由一次冲压端子料带形成。从第一分叉211沿远离端部21方向延伸有尾部2110,从第二分叉212沿远离端部21方向且倾斜向上延伸有弹性部2120,弹性部2120自由末端形成有接触部2121。由于端子有预压,接触部2121在较低高度就可以达到足够的正向力而与照相机模组4弹性接触。端部21、第一分叉211及第二分叉212围设形成有一固持孔210以收容端子收容槽12的凸起15。端部21底侧形成有凹陷24,以增加注塑成型后与绝缘本体1间的固持力。本发明电连接器100的导电端子2呈两排布置,其中一排导电端子2为另一排导电端子2翻转180度后的镜像设置,所以两排端子2中间形成有一定空间,可使端子2在注塑成型绝缘本体1时与绝缘本体1结合更稳定牢固。
遮蔽体3为一金属板一体冲压成型后弯折形成的矩形体,其具有依次首尾连接的第一、第二、第三、第四遮蔽片31、32、33、34及于第三遮蔽片33邻近第四遮蔽片34处形成的燕尾状接合缝300。上述四个遮蔽片31、32、33、34围设形成有收容空间30。第一遮蔽片31包括开设于其中部的缺口310、连接被缺口310分开的第一遮蔽片34的两部分的“U”形连接部311、对称于缺口310形成的一对抵接弹片313、形成于第一遮蔽片31下部的一对开孔312及形成于第一遮蔽片31顶部的一对自由末端向遮蔽体3外翻折的导引部314。上述缺口310开口向上且设有一底边370,“U”形连接部311弥补了第一遮蔽片31因具有缺口310而产生的强度差的缺点。抵接弹片313包括与导引部314相连的连接部3130、与连接部3130相接且向遮蔽体3内偏折的弯折部3131及可与照相机模组4抵接的抵接部3132。第二、第四遮蔽片32、34分别包括设于其中部的抵接弹片313、对称于抵接弹片313设置的一对弹性臂320及三个分别与抵接弹片313和弹性臂320连接的导引部314。第三遮蔽片33包括对称设置的一对抵接弹片313、与抵接弹片313连接的一对导引部314及位于第三遮蔽片33下部的一对开孔312。上述四个遮蔽片31、32、33、34上的对称设置抵接弹片313可以对照相机模组4起到良好固持的作用,并为电连接器100提供接地作用。上述遮蔽体32、34上的弹性臂320形成一组锁扣装置,其将照相机模组4可靠锁扣于遮蔽体3内。导引部314可以导引照相机模组正确且方便的插入遮蔽体3内。
照相机模组4收容于遮蔽体3的收容空间30中,其包括基座41、位于基座41上面的柱状部43及位于基座41下面的底部42。所述基座41包括前壁410、与前壁410相邻设置的侧壁412、413及与前壁410相对设置的后壁(未标号)。基座41的侧壁412、413上设有阶梯状抵接槽44,该抵接槽44与设于遮蔽体3的弹性臂320相卡扣。基座41的前壁410上设有一可插入缺口310内的大致呈长条形的凸肋414(请参阅图3),其与缺口310的底边370相抵接并收容于连接部311的“U”形区域内,外力震动时可防止照相机模组4竖直向下运动,且可防止将照相机模组4误插入遮蔽体3内,从而起到定位及防呆作用。柱状部43周围涂覆一种导电材料可与设于遮蔽体3上的抵接弹片313电性导通。底部42的底面420上设有若干与导电端子2的接触部2121接触导通的导电路径421。
请参照图4和图5所示,组装时,首先将导电端子2放入模具中,熔融的塑胶被注入模具中并在两排导电端子2中间流动,冷却后注入的塑胶形成绝缘本体1且与端子2可靠结合,端子2的端部21收容于绝缘本体1的端子收容槽12内,熔融的塑胶流入固持孔210内形成凸起15,使端子2与绝缘本体1结合更稳固。其次,将与导电端子2结合的绝缘本体1组装到遮蔽体3,使绝缘本体1末端部13上的凸块14收容于遮蔽体3的开孔312内。然后,将照相机模组4自上而下插入到遮蔽体3的收容空间30内。插入时,将照相机模组4的凸肋414对准遮蔽体3的遮蔽片31的缺口310插入,由于遮蔽体3内设有若干抵接弹片313,该抵接弹片313与照相机模组4接触受到挤压有一定的移动空间,使得照相机模组4的凸肋414与遮蔽体3遮蔽片31上的缺口310相互卡合,同时弹性臂320与照相机模组4的抵接槽44卡合,该弹性臂320与抵接槽44之间的卡合,可以防止外力震动时照相机模组4在水平方向及竖直向上滑动,而凸肋414同缺口310的卡合可以防止外力震动时照相机模组4在竖直向下方向的滑动,综上所述使得照相机模组4无论在哪个方向都可以很好的固定。插入后,照相机模组4底部42的底表面420上的导电路径421与设置在绝缘本体1的导电端子2的接触部2121相电性连接。
本发明电连接器100的电子元件并不局限于照相机模组4,也可以是各类与电连接器配接的插入模组或卡类元件等。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,用于收容电子元件,其包括有:收容有电子元件的遮蔽体、组装于遮蔽体的绝缘本体及结合于绝缘本体的导电端子,所述导电端子包括与电子元件相抵接的接触部及与接触部相对的尾部,其特征在于:所述导电端子具有一端部,从端部形成有与端部位于同一平面且向同一方向延伸形成的第一分叉和第二分叉,所述尾部形成于该第一分叉,所述接触部形成于该第二分叉。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子的端部、第一分叉及第二分叉由一次冲压端子料带形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述尾部是从第一分叉沿远离所述端部方向延伸形成,所述第二分叉沿远离所述端部方向倾斜向上延伸有弹性部,该弹性部自由末端形成有所述接触部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子与所述绝缘本体是采用镶埋成型方式结合。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端部、第一分叉和第二分叉围设形成有固持孔,所述绝缘本体具有收容于所述固持孔的凸起。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子排布为两排,其中同一排端子的尾部和接触部都位于绝缘本体一侧。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体具有主体部及位于主体部两端的一对末端部,所述导电端子的端部固持于主体部底侧。
8.如权利要求1或7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽体上设有开孔,所述末端部对应所述开孔形成有凸块,所述凸块收容于所述开孔。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽片包括依次首尾连接的第一、第二、第三及第四遮蔽片,其中第一遮蔽片具有开设于其中部的缺口、连接所述第一遮蔽片被缺口分开的两部分的“U”形连接部。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端部底侧形成有与绝缘本体紧密结合的凹陷。
