【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种呈桥接型的板对板连接器。
【背景技术】
2018年3月2日公告的中国发明专利第CN105207032B号揭示了一种电子设备及其免焊接桥接型连接器,该桥接型连接器包括用于设置在两相邻的PCB板之间的连接本体,以及设置在连接本体上的桥接簧片,该桥接簧片的两端分别与两相邻PCB板的触点位置对应,并向连接本体与PCB板对应的一侧伸出,以和两相邻PCB板上的触点分别导通,其中该桥接簧片通过一个固定件固定至所述连接本体。然而,该桥接型连接器的桥接簧片固定至该连接本体的方式为通过额外的一个固定件来固定,仅仅通过一个固定件固定,使得该桥接型连接器在电路板上安装后,该桥接簧片的稳定性较差,进而导致该桥接型连接器的桥接簧片的共面度较低,影响该桥接型连接强的电性连接。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的技术方案,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供制程简单且具有较高共面度的电连接器。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及设于绝缘本体的导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持部、自所述固持部两端倾斜延伸的弹性臂及自所述弹性臂延伸的接触部,所述电连接器包括与所述导电端子的固持部一体注塑成型的固定件,所述固定件组装至所述绝缘本体,所述固定件包括主体部及自所述主体部两侧延伸的若干间隔臂,所述间隔臂的底部设有与所述绝缘本体固持配合的凸肋。
进一步地,所述绝缘本体呈纵长结构,所述绝缘本体设有若干自其表面向上延伸的凸部,每一凸部均设有向内凹设的固持槽,所述凸肋与所述固持槽固持配合。
进一步地,所述固定件至少为两个,所述固定件两侧的间隔臂沿所述纵长方向有序排列为左侧列与右侧列,所述左侧列的间隔臂与右侧列的间隔臂沿纵长方向相互错开设置,每一间隔臂均可夹持固设至每两个凸部之间。
进一步地,每一间隔臂的中部均设有供所述导电端子的固持部固持的固持孔,所述固持部上设有至少一个通孔,所述固持孔的内壁面上设有与所述通孔配合凸柱。
进一步地,所述间隔臂设有左右相对设置的左壁面与右壁面、上下相对设置的上表面与下表面及前表面,所述固持孔贯穿部分所述左壁面与右壁面及前表面,所述凸肋设置于所述左壁面靠近所述下表面处。
进一步地,每相邻的两个间隔臂之间设有容纳空间,其中,每一固持至左侧列的间隔臂上的导电端子延伸至右侧列的部分容设至右侧列的两间隔臂的容纳空间内,每一固持至右侧列的间隔臂上的导电端子延伸至左侧列的部分容设至左侧列的两间隔臂的容纳空间内,以此使得左侧列与右侧列的导电端子交叉错位排列。
进一步地,所述导电端子呈弧形结构,所述导电端子朝横向设置并沿所述绝缘本体的纵向并排排列,所述若干导电端子包括横向错开、且纵向交替排列设置的至少两列导电端子组。
进一步地,所述接触部呈U型或C型,并凸出所述绝缘本体的上表面;每一所述导电端子两端的接触部的凸出高度相同。
进一步地,固定件由上向下装入至所述绝缘本体,以将所述间隔臂装入至两个凸部之间;进一步朝固持槽方向扳动所述固定件,所述凸肋固持至所述固持槽内,所述导电端子的弹性臂及接触部容纳至所述绝缘本体内。
进一步地,所述电连接器还包括将所述绝缘本体锁固至一电路板上的锁固件,所述绝缘本体设有供所述锁固件穿设的固定孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:通过一体成型的导电端子及其固定件,并在该固定件上设置有与该绝缘本体配合的凸肋,使得安装至所述绝缘本体的所述一体成型的导电端子及固定件具有较高的共面度、正面度的同时提升所述电连接器的稳定性,而且所述一体成型的导电端子及其固定件还可以简单便捷地安装至所述绝缘本体或自其拆卸。

【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图1至图9介绍本发明电连接器100的具体实施方式。本发明电连接器100可与一对接连接器(未图示)相对接,其包括绝缘本体1、设于绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2、与所述导电端子2一体注塑成型的固定件3及可将所述绝缘本体1锁固至一电路板(未图示)上的锁固件4。首先将所述导电端子2及固定件3一体注塑成型,随后将其安装至绝缘本体1,再通过一个锁固件4可将所述绝缘本体1固定至所述电路板。
请参阅图1至图6,所述绝缘本体1呈纵长结构,所述绝缘本体1包括上表面11及与所述上表面11相对设置的下表面12,所述绝缘本体1的上表面11设有三个位于同一直线上间隔设置以供所述锁固件4穿设的固定孔111,一个固定孔111位于所述绝缘本体1的中部位置,另外两个固定孔111位于所述绝缘本体1的两端,中部与两端的固定孔111之间分别设有一个安装空间(未标号),所述绝缘本体1在所述安装空间内设有若干自其上表面11向上延伸的凸部,所述凸部包括第一凸部112及第二凸部113,所述第一凸部112呈纵长两排且交叉错位设置并位于所述绝缘本体1的横向中部,所述第二凸部113呈纵长两并排设置且分别位于所述绝缘本体1的纵向两侧,该第二凸部113高于所述第一凸部112,每一所述第一凸部112均设有向内凹设的第一固持槽1121,其中该第一固持槽1121均朝向所述绝缘本体1横向中点处凹陷且未贯穿至远离该横向中点处的部位,以此使得固定件3可以稳定的固定至所述绝缘本体1,不会轻易从所述绝缘本体1脱落。所述第二凸部113位于所述第一凸部112的外围并位于所述纵长的绝缘本体1的纵向两侧,所述第二凸部113设有向内凹设的第二固持槽1131,所述第二固持槽1131沿着朝所述第一凸部112的方向凹陷并向上贯通以使得所述导电端子2由上至下装设至所述绝缘本体1时容设于内。
结合图7至图9,所述导电端子2呈两端向上凸伸中部向下凹陷的弧形结构,所述导电端子2朝横向设置并沿所述绝缘本体1的纵向并排排列,所述若干导电端子2包括横向错开、且纵向交替排列设置的至少两列导电端子组20,每列导电端子组20均固定至对应的安装空间内。所述导电端子2包括固持部21、自所述固持部21两端倾斜延伸的弹性臂22及自所述弹性臂22延伸的接触部23,所述固持部21固持至所述固定件3,所述固持部21上设有至少一个通孔211。所述导电端子2的接触部23呈U型或C型,并凸出所述绝缘本体1的上表面11;每一所述导电端子2两端的接触部23的凸出高度相同,使得所述导电端子2的接触部23位于同一平面内。
所述固定件3至少为两个,所述固定件3包括主体部31及自所述主体部31两侧延伸的若干间隔臂32,所述固定件3两侧的间隔臂32沿所述纵长方向有序排列为左侧列321与右侧列322,所述左侧列321的间隔臂32与右侧列的间隔臂32沿纵长方向相互错开设置,每一间隔臂32均可夹持固设至每两个第一凸部112之间。所述间隔臂32设有左右相对设置的左壁面323与右壁面324、上下相对设置的上表面325与下表面326及前表面327。每一间隔臂32的底部设有与所述绝缘本体1固持配合的凸肋33且其中部设有供所述导电端子2的固持部21固持的固持孔34,所述固持孔34的内壁面上设有与所述导电端子2的通孔211配合的凸柱(未图示),所述固持孔34贯穿部分所述左壁面323与右壁面324及前表面327,所述凸肋33设置于所述左壁面323靠近所述下表面326处,所述凸肋33可与所述第一固持槽1121固持配合以使所述导电端子2与所述固定件3紧密固定。每相邻的两个间隔臂32之间设有容纳空间35,其中,每一固持至左侧列321的间隔臂32上的导电端子2延伸至右侧列322的部分容设至右侧列322的两间隔臂32的容纳空间35内,每一固持至右侧列322的间隔臂32上的导电端子2延伸至左侧列321的部分容设至左侧列321的两间隔臂32的容纳空间35内,以此使得左侧列321与右侧列322的导电端子2交叉错位排列。
本发明的制程如下:第一步,将所述导电端子2及固定件3一体注塑成型,具体的,所述导电端子2固持至所述固定件3的固持孔34内,所述导电端子2的通孔211固定至所述固持孔34内的凸柱上,以使所述导电端子2与所述固定件3紧密的固定至一起;第二步,随后将所述承载有导电端子2的固定件3一并安装至绝缘本体1,具体的,所述固定件3由上向下装入至所述绝缘本体1,以将每一所述间隔臂32装入至两个相邻第一凸部112之间,进一步朝第一固持槽1121方向扳动所述固定件3,所述凸肋33可固持至所述第一固持槽1121内,所述导电端子2的弹性臂22及接触部23可容纳至所述第二固持槽1131;第三步,将所述承载有固定件3的绝缘本体1安装至一电路板,通过一个锁固件4将所述绝缘本体1固定至所述电路板。以此,可以将所述电连接器100稳定的固定至所述电路板。
藉此,本发明通过一体成型所述导电端子2及其固定件3,并在该固定件3上设置有与该绝缘本体1固定配合的凸肋33,使得安装至所述绝缘本体1的所述一体成型的导电端子2及固定件3具有较高的共面度、正面度的同时还可以提升所述电连接器100的稳定性,具体的,所述导电端子2的接触部23在垂直于竖直方向的水平方向上位于同一水平面,使得所述导电端子2紧密的固定至所述固定件3后,所述导电端子2相对于所述绝缘本体1具有较高的共面度,能够保持较高的接触稳定性,而且所述一体成型的导电端子2及其固定件3还可以简单便捷地安装至所述绝缘本体1或自其拆卸。

2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体呈纵长结构,所述绝缘本体设有若干自其表面向上延伸的凸部,每一凸部均设有向内凹设的固持槽,所述凸肋与所述固持槽固持配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定件至少为两个,所述固定件两侧的间隔臂沿纵长方向有序排列为左侧列与右侧列,所述左侧列的间隔臂与右侧列的间隔臂沿纵长方向相互错开设置,每一间隔臂均可夹持固设至每两个凸部之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一间隔臂的中部均设有供所述导电端子的固持部固持的固持孔,所述固持部上设有至少一个通孔,所述固持孔的内壁面上设有与所述通孔配合凸柱。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述间隔臂设有左右相对设置的左壁面与右壁面、上下相对设置的上表面与下表面及前表面,所述固持孔贯穿部分所述左壁面与右壁面及前表面,所述凸肋设置于所述左壁面靠近所述下表面处。
