Abstract

本发明提供一种配有辊的链式传送带,其在直线移动区间通过链式传送带的驱动来在直线方向上输送物品,在传送带的换向区间通过在链式传送带上在对角线方向可旋转地安装的换向用辊与物品的相互摩擦力来变更物品的输送方向。基于本发明的配有换向用辊的链式传送带包括:链式传送带,其在由驱动单元来驱动时,使所载置的物品在直线方向上输送,且由可折叠地连接的多个链板来组成;一对支架,其在链板的外侧面以在前后方向对置的形式来固定下侧,且上侧固定片倾斜形成;换向用辊,其在支架上在对角线方向可旋转地固定,并使沿着辊式传送带来输送、且由在链式传送带前方可旋转地设置的制动辊来停止输送的物品,通过摩擦旋转力来换向。

Description

链式传送带系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装有换向用辊的链式传送带,其在经由传送带来输送物品的途中,欲切换物品输送方向的场合下,在传送带的转角部不利用另外的换向用单元(系指提升装置等),而通过变更链式传送带的辊的构造,来容易地切换物品的方向,由此可使其连续输送。 
更详细而言,涉及如下的安装有换向用辊的链式传送带,其可在直线移动区间(系指进入区间),通过链式传送带驱动(系指轨道运动)来在直线方向上输送物品,在传送带的换向部(系指转角部),通过可沿对角线方向旋转地安装在链式传送带上的换向用辊与物品的相互摩擦旋转力,来变更物品的输送方向,因而无需使用另外的升降装置等,可降低造价成本,且可节省空间。 
背景技术
一般而言,为了使卸货作业、或流水作业中的物品,按单位工序类别来连续输送,需要采用传送带及传送辊。此时,为适应作业现场的空间特性或便于作业,有时必须改变物品的输送方向,尤其必须使物品的输送方向切换90°,然后再进行输送。 
在该场合下,虽然配置一对传送带,从而使输送方向互为垂直,但一般另外设置物品的换向单元(系指提升装置、输送装置等),从而即使在传送带的弯曲边角部,也可连续输送物品。由此存在下列问题:不能有效地利用有限的作业现场的空间等,设置另外的换向单元,因此需要针对这些设备的后期维护,并造成成本上扬。 
发明内容
本发明鉴于前述问题等而成,其目的在于,提供一种配有换向用辊的链式传送带,其在经由传送带来输送物品的途中,必须在传送带的转角部变更物品输送方向的场合下,不必使用另外的换向用单元,因此可降低造价成本,可有效地利用有限的作业现场空间,所以可节省空间。 
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种配有换向用辊的链式传送带,其通过简化换向用辊的构造而优化组装性,而且,通过物品与换向用辊的相互摩擦力的增大来使物品的换向容易,且可防止物品从传送带脱落,其中,该换向用辊可沿对角线方向旋转地被安装在链式传送带上、且通过摩擦旋转力来切换物品的输送方向。 
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种配有换向用辊的链式传送带,其可通过增大换向用辊的耐久性,来输送重量物或大型物,且可防止辊发生故障及破损,从而可半永久性地应用。 
前述本发明的目的,是通过提供一种链式传送带系统来实现,该链式传送带系统的特征在于,包括:链式传送带,其由沿与切换方向之前的物品输送方向垂直的方向并排排列设置的四个闭环链构成,且在由驱动单元来驱动时,沿直线方向输送在链上侧所载置的物品;制动辊,其可旋转地设置在前述链式传送带的切换方向之前的物品输送方向的前方,前述闭环链包括:可折叠地连接的多个链板,其中两个或四个相互对置地相隔开来被固定,以便能够具有容纳链轮的齿轮的空间;一对支架,其底端以在前后方向对置的形式固定在前述链板的外侧,且在前端形成相对于链板面倾斜的固定片;换向用辊,其在前述支架上在对角线方向可旋转地固定,并使沿着辊式传送带来输送、且由在前述链式传送带前方可旋转地设置的制动辊来停止输送的前述物品,通过摩擦旋转力来换向。 
根据优先实施例,对安装有前述辊的支架进行支撑的链板,被设置成多列。 
此外,前述制动辊,从托辊、由驱动单元来旋转的驱动式辊中的任意一个来设置。 
前述辊的设置角度为:与切换之前的物品输送方向所成角度为45°。 
在外周缘实施凹凸加工,从而可增大前述辊与物品的相互摩擦力。 
前述基于本发明的链式传送带系统,具有以下优点。 
在经由传送带来输送物品的途中,即使必须在传送带转角部变更物品输送方向的场合下,也无需另外的换向用单元,因而可缩短作业时间,提高作业效率。因此,可降低制造成本,且可缩小作业现场的空间。 
通过简单且容易地形成安装于链式传送带上的换向用辊的构造,可以优化装配性及作业性,且可大批量生产,因而可确保价格竞争力。通过增大物品与换向用辊的相互摩擦力,可容易地进行物品的换向,还可防止物品从传送带脱落。 
此外,可通过增大换向用辊的耐久性,来输送重量物或大型物,可防止辊发生故障及破损,由此可进一步降低维护费用。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来详细说明本发明。其目的在于,在具有本发明所 属技术领域常识的人员能够容易实施本发明的程度内进行详细说明,并非由此来限定本发明的技术思想及范畴。 
如图1至图4所示,基于本发明的配有换向用辊的链式传送带包括:链式传送带20,其在通过驱动单元(系指驱动电机等)来驱动(系指轨道运动)时,将所载置的物品W(比如,托盘或包装物等)沿直线方向输送,且由经由固定销90来可折叠地连接的多个链板10来构成;一对支架40,其下侧以在前后方向呈对称的形式,通过固定销90来被固定在链板10的外侧面,而上侧的固定片30则倾斜地形成(在对角线方向倾斜45°左右来弯曲形成);换向用辊70(70A、70B),其沿对角线方向维持45°角且通过固定销90来可旋转地安装在支架40上,而且使物品W通过摩擦旋转力来换向90°左右,该物品W沿着辊式传送带50被输送、且由在链式传送带20的前方可旋转地被设置的制动辊60来停止输送。 
此时,前述制动辊60,可使用无需另外的驱动单元的托辊、或由链条等另外的驱动单元来旋转的驱动式辊的任意一个。 
附图中,20a表示对链式传送带20的轨道运动进行引导的链条导轨,100表示在因安装于链式传送带20上的换向用辊70的旋转而进行换向时,防止物品W从链式传送带20上脱落的导向装置,110表示使链式传送带20进行轨道运动的链轮齿,120表示可旋转地支承制动辊60的板件。 
以下参照附图,来更详细地说明基于本发明的配有换向用辊的链式传送带的使用例。 
图1是基于本发明的安装有向左侧方向的换向用辊70A的链式传送带的平面图,图2是基于本发明的安装有向右侧方向的换向用辊70B的链式传送带的平面图。图10是基于本发明的安装有换向用辊的链式传送带的使用状态图。 
如图10所示,载置于辊式传送带50上的物品W,通过驱动单元(未图示)的驱动而在直线方向上被输送,并沿着进行轨道运动的链式传送带20(在附图中配置为4列)而在直线方向上被持续输送(如A向箭头所示)。此时,在链式传送带20上被可旋转地安装的向左侧方向的换向用辊70A 处于停止状态。 
这里,对被输送到链式传送带20的终端部的物品W而言,由在链式传送带20的前方被可旋转地设置的制动辊60(在附图中设有五个),而停止向直线方向(A向)的输送,同时,链式传送带20被持续驱动,因此通过物品W与换向用辊的相互摩擦力,制动辊60便沿附图中的顺时针方向(C向箭头所示)旋转。 
这样,在链式传送带20的支架30上被可旋转地安装的换向用辊70A,可沿B向箭头(系指附图中,从右上端向左下端的方向)方向旋转,因此物品W,从链式传送带20相对最初进入方向(系指A向)换向90°左右,然后被输送到辊式传送带50A。 
此外,如图10所示,前述的沿辊式传送带50被输送的物品W,通过安装有向左侧方向的换向用辊70A的链式传送带20的驱动,而向附图中的左侧方向换向,然后,沿着辊式传送带50A,向附图中的左侧方向被输送。沿着辊式传送带50A在直线方向上被输送的物品W,通过安装有向右侧方向的换向用辊70B的链式传送带20的驱动,而向附图中的右侧方向换向,然后,沿着辊式传送带50B在直线方向上被输送。 
更详细而言,通过辊式传送带50A的驱动而进入到链式传送带20的物品W,在链式传送带20的驱动下,在附图中的D向箭头方向上被输送。此时,在链式传送带20上被可旋转地安装的向右侧方向的换向用辊70B处于停止状态。 
向链式传送带20的终端部被输送的物品W,在链式传送带20的前方被可旋转地设置的制动辊60(附图中,设有五个)的作用下,停止向直线方向(系指D方向)的输送,同时,链式传送带20通过驱动单元而持续驱动,因此在物品W与换向用辊70B的相互摩擦力的作用下,制动辊60,在附图中的逆时针方向(E向箭头所示)旋转。 
此时,在链式传送带20的支架30上被可旋转地安装的换向用辊70B,沿F向的箭头方向(系指附图中,从左下端向右上端的方向)旋转,因此物品W,从链式传送带20相对最初进入方向(系指D向)切换90 °左右,而向辊式传送带50B被输送。 
这样,在使前述的沿辊式传送带50、50A在直线方向上被输送的物品W换向90°左右的场合下,换向用辊70A、70B,经由在沿对角线方向倾斜的支架40上被可旋转地设置的链式传送带20,来容易地进行换向,由此,可不必使用另外的换向单元(比如,系指提升装置、横向输送装置等),可降低造价成本,且可缩小作业现场的空间。 
另一方面,如图5及图6所示,在基于本发明的配有换向用辊的链式传送带中,设置多列对安装有前述换向用辊70的支架40进行支承的链板10,扩大换向用辊70的尺寸,并增大与物品W的接触面积,由此,可随着换向用辊70的耐久性的提高,输送重量物或大型物。进而,可防止换向用辊70发生故障或破损,进一步降低维护费用。 
此外,如图7所示,在基于本发明的配有换向用辊的链式传送带中,在前述的换向用辊70的外周缘加工凹凸部80,由此,可增大换向用辊70与物品W的相互摩擦力,因此物品W的换向变得容易,可防止物品W从链式传送带20脱落。 

Claims (5)

1.一种链式传送带系统,其特征在于,
包括:链式传送带,其由沿与切换方向之前的物品输送方向垂直的方向并排排列设置的四个闭环链构成,且在由驱动单元来驱动时,沿直线方向输送在链上侧所载置的物品;制动辊,其可旋转地设置在前述链式传送带的切换方向之前的物品输送方向的前方,
前述闭环链包括:
可折叠地连接的多个链板,其中两个或四个相互对置地相隔开来被固定,以便能够具有容纳链轮的齿轮的空间;
一对支架,其底端以在前后方向对置的形式固定在前述链板的外侧,且在前端形成相对于链板面倾斜的固定片;
换向用辊,其在前述支架上在对角线方向可旋转地固定,并使沿着辊式传送带来输送、且由在前述链式传送带前方可旋转地设置的制动辊来停止输送的前述物品,通过摩擦旋转力来换向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的链式传送带系统,其特征在于:对固定有前述换向用辊的支架进行支撑的链板,被设置成多列。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的链式传送带系统,其特征在于:前述换向用辊的设置角度为:与切换之前的物品输送方向所成的角度为45°。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的链式传送带系统,其特征在于:在前述换向用辊的外周缘加工凹凸部,从而可增大前述换向用辊与物品的相互摩擦力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的链式传送带系统,其特征在于:前述制动辊,从托辊或由驱动单元来旋转的驱动式辊中的任意一个来设置。
