Abstract

本发明涉及一种在瓶盖内设置了可贮藏添加剂的贮藏室的瓶盖。包括瓶盖固定座和升降体,瓶盖固定座为双层结构,外壁和瓶口螺纹联接,内壁的底部由薄膜封闭,内壁形成一个空腔,升降体的下部置于空腔内,升降体为中空,且底部开口,升降体的侧壁底部带刀刃,升降体下部和瓶盖固定座的内壁底部薄膜之间形成贮藏室,升降体和瓶盖固定座之间设置有旋转体,旋转体为双层一体,外层上设置有卡口凸环,卡口凸环预先强行卡入到设置在瓶盖固定座上部的限位环形凹槽内,旋转体的内层与升降体的上部之间螺纹联接,升降体的下部与瓶盖固定座的内壁之间为防周向转动配合。本发明只需要转动旋转体,将底部的薄膜捅破,当又能保证薄膜不会掉入到饮料中的优点。

Description

一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖
                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料瓶的盖子,尤其涉及一种在瓶盖内设置了可贮藏添加剂的贮藏室的瓶盖。
                        背景技术
人们有时需要在饮用饮料时添加一些饮料添加剂,等添加剂溶解后再进行饮用,就需要在饮料瓶的瓶盖内事先配置有一定量的添加剂,并且要保证在运输或存储过程中,瓶盖内的添加剂不会任意地漏到瓶内的饮料中而提前溶解,通常要在瓶盖内通设计一个封闭的贮藏室。当需要饮用时,才通过开启瓶盖,且要旋转或者挤压某个部位来破坏贮藏室的底部,使得添加剂能够从底部慢慢地往下漏,直到遇到饮料后开始溶解。在以往的设计中,有人设计了一种能贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,其基本结构如附图1所示,即在瓶口104上螺纹联接有瓶盖固定座103,瓶盖固定座103为双层结构,其中外壁107和瓶口104是螺纹联接,内壁106为中空,内壁106底部有薄膜105封闭,形内壁106和薄膜105之间形成一个空腔,在瓶盖固定座103的内壁106的上部与旋转升降体101的上部109螺纹联接,旋转升降体101为中空,顶部110封闭,底部开口,下部108深入到空腔内,底部的壁上设置有刀刃102。将添加剂事先放置在旋转升降体101下部108与瓶盖固定座103的底部的薄膜105形成的贮藏室内,当转动旋转升降体101,旋转升降体101就顺着螺纹旋转下降,下降到一定的位置后,刀刃102就会捅破薄膜105,使得封闭的贮藏室的底部的薄膜105开口破裂,那么贮藏室内的添加剂就漏到饮料中溶解,形成溶解溶液以便饮用。在该设计中,一个很突出的特点是,旋转升降体是旋转着升降的,同时,如果旋转的下降高度没有控制好,会使得刀刃102就会将整个薄膜全部捅破,而薄膜没有依附将掉到饮料中造成不卫生。
                        发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种瓶盖内的旋转升降体不做圆周转动而升降,即只升降而不圆周转动,且捅破的薄膜不会掉入到饮料内的,方便,安全的可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,包括瓶盖固定座和升降体,所述的瓶盖固定座为双层一体结构,包括外壁、内壁和上部,外壁和内壁通过上部连接,瓶口深入到外壁和内壁之间,外壁和瓶口螺纹联接,内壁的底部由薄膜封闭,内壁形成一个空腔,所述的升降体的下部置于空腔内,升降体为中空,且底部开口,升降体的侧壁底部带有刀刃,升降体下部和瓶盖固定座的内壁底部薄膜之间形成可贮藏添加剂的贮藏室,所述的升降体和瓶盖固定座之间设置有旋转体,所述的旋转体为双层一体结构,包括外层、内层和上层,外层和内层通过上层相连接,外层上设置有卡口凸环,所述的卡口凸环预先强行卡入到设置在瓶盖固定座上部的限位环形凹槽内,旋转体的内层与升降体的上部之间螺纹联接,所述的升降体的下部与瓶盖固定座的内壁之间为防周向转动配合。
所述的防周向转动配合为在升降体的下部的侧壁上设置有防转筋,瓶盖固定座的内壁上设置有防转槽,所述的防转筋陷入到防转槽内。可以限制升降体在升降的过程中,只会上下径向运动,而不会做圆周的周向转动。

所述的升降体的侧壁底部带有刀刃,所述的刀刃倾斜状,倾斜下部为刀刃区,倾斜上部为非刀刃区。一部分区域为刀刃区,一部分区域为非刀刃区,可以避免全部是刀刃导致的将整个薄膜捅破而使得薄膜掉入到饮料中去。
一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,包括瓶盖固定座和升降体,所述的瓶盖固定座为双层一体结构,包括外壁、内壁和上部,外壁和内壁通过上部连接,外壁和瓶口螺纹联接,内壁形成一个空腔,所述的升降体的下部置于空腔内,升降体为中空,所述的升降体和瓶盖固定座之间设置有旋转体,所述的旋转体为双层一体结构,包括外层、内层和上层,外层和内层通过上层相连接,外层上设置有卡口凸环,所述的卡口凸环预先强行卡入到设置在瓶盖固定座上部的限位环形凹槽内,旋转体的内层与升降体的上部之间螺纹联接,所述的升降体的下部的侧壁与瓶盖固定座的内壁之间为防周向转动配合,升降体的底部由薄膜封闭,升降体的下部与薄膜之间形成一个可贮藏添加剂的贮藏室,所述的瓶盖固定座的内壁的底部设置有穿刺骨架,所述的穿刺骨架向上拱起,穿刺骨架上开有若干个添加剂流入口。通过穿刺骨架来捅破薄膜,当然这种穿刺骨架的设计方式是多样化的,只要是有向上拱起的部位,和一些能够让添加剂漏下的口子即可。
所述的防周向转动配合为在升降体的下部的侧壁上设置有防转筋,瓶盖固定座的内壁上设置有防转槽,所述的防转筋陷入到防转槽内。

因此,本发明具有只需要轻轻转动旋转体,随着旋转体的缓慢下降,将底部的薄膜捅破,当又能保证薄膜不会掉入到饮料中,又方便卫生的优点。

                     具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图1至附图9,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1、参见附图1至附图6,一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,包括瓶盖固定座3和升降体2,所述的瓶盖固定座3为双层一体结构,包括外壁31、内壁32和上部34,外壁31和内壁32通过上部34连接,通常情况下,外壁、内壁和上部都是同一模具上制造的,瓶口4深入到外壁31和内壁32之间,外壁31和瓶口4螺纹联接,内壁32的底部由薄膜36封闭,这个薄膜可以和内壁一体同模具生成,也可以另外在高温粘贴一个薄膜,本实施例是采用高温粘贴的方式的,内壁32形成一个空腔38,所述的升降体2的下部24置于空腔38内,升降体2为中空,且底部开口,升降体2的侧壁底部带有刀刃25,所述的刀刃25倾斜状,倾斜下部为刀刃区251,倾斜上部为非刀刃区252。升降体2下部24和瓶盖固定座3的内壁32底部薄膜36之间形成可贮藏添加剂的贮藏室28,所述的升降体2和瓶盖固定座3之间设置有旋转体1,所述的旋转体1为双层一体结构,包括外层12、内层11和上层10,外层12和内层11通过上层10相连接,外层12上设置有卡口凸环13,所述的卡口凸环13预先强行卡入到设置在瓶盖固定座3上部34的限位环形凹槽33内,那么旋转体1只能圆周旋转而不能上下升降,旋转体1的内层11与升降体2的上部21之间螺纹联接,所述的升降体2的下部24与瓶盖固定座3的内壁32之间为防周向转动配合。所述的防周向转动配合为在升降体2的下部24的侧壁上设置有防转筋27,瓶盖固定座3的内壁32上设置有防转槽,所述的防转筋27陷入到防转槽37内。
当转动旋转体1时,升降体缓慢下降,但是这种下降过程中,升降体1本身是不会绕着圆周方向转动的,当然这个是因为,升降体和内壁之间设置了防周向转动配合的缘故,当升降体继续缓慢下降时,倾斜的刀刃会慢慢地捅破薄膜,贮藏室内的添加剂就开始漏到饮料内,当继续下降时,由于刀刃有一部分是非刀刃区,薄膜与非刀刃区接触的地方就不会被割破,而留有一部分的连接部361,形成类似合页的结构,就使得薄膜就不会掉入到饮料中。
实施例2、参见附图1、附图7至附图9,一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,包括瓶盖固定座3和升降体2,所述的瓶盖固定座3为双层一体结构,包括外壁31、内壁32和上部34,外壁31和内壁32通过上部34连接,外壁31和瓶口4螺纹联接,内壁32形成一个空腔38,所述的升降体2的下部24置于空腔38内,升降体2为中空,所述的升降体2和瓶盖固定座3之间设置有旋转体1,所述的旋转体1为双层一体结构,包括外层12、内层11和上层10,外层12和内层11通过上层10相连接,外层12上设置有卡口凸环13,所述的卡口凸环13预先强行卡入到设置在瓶盖固定座3上部34的限位环形凹槽33内,旋转体1的内层11与升降体2的上部21之间螺纹联接,所述的升降体2的下部24的侧壁与瓶盖固定座3的内壁32之间为防周向转动配合,所述的防周向转动配合为在升降体2的下部24的侧壁上设置有防转筋27,瓶盖固定座3的内壁32上设置有防转槽,所述的防转筋27陷入到防转槽37内。升降体2的底部由薄膜36封闭,升降体2的下部24与薄膜36之间形成一个可贮藏添加剂的贮藏室38,所述的瓶盖固定座3的内壁32的底部设置有穿刺骨架39,所述的穿刺骨架39向上拱起,穿刺骨架39上开有若干个添加剂流入口391。
当升降体缓慢下降时,升降体的薄膜会被穿刺骨架39的顶部393刺穿,添加剂就从添加剂流入口391中漏向饮料中。

Claims (7)

1、一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,包括瓶盖固定座(3)和升降体(2),所述的瓶盖固定座(3)为双层一体结构,包括外壁(31)、内壁(32)和上部(34),外壁(31)和内壁(32)通过上部(34)连接,瓶口(4)深入到外壁(31)和内壁(32)之间,外壁(31)和瓶口(4)螺纹联接,内壁(32)的底部由薄膜(36)封闭,内壁(32)形成一个空腔(38),所述的升降体(2)的下部(24)置于空腔(38)内,升降体(2)为中空,且底部开口,升降体(2)的侧壁底部带有刀刃(25),升降体(2)下部(24)和瓶盖固定座(3)的内壁(32)底部薄膜(36)之间形成可贮藏添加剂的贮藏室(28),其特征在于:所述的升降体(2)和瓶盖固定座(3)之间设置有旋转体(1),所述的旋转体(1)为双层一体结构,包括外层(12)、内层(11)和上层(10),外层(12)和内层(11)通过上层(10)相连接,外层(12)上设置有卡口凸环(13),所述的卡口凸环(13)预先强行卡入到设置在瓶盖固定座(3)上部(34)的限位环形凹槽(33)内,旋转体(1)的内层(11)与升降体(2)的上部(21)之间螺纹联接,所述的升降体(2)的下部(24)与瓶盖固定座(3)的内壁(32)之间为防周向转动配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,其特征在于所述的防周向转动配合为在升降体(2)的下部(24)的侧壁上设置有防转筋(27),瓶盖固定座(3)的内壁(32)上设置有防转槽,所述的防转筋(27)陷入到防转槽(37)内。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,其特征在于所述的防周向转动配合为所述的升降体(2)的下部(24)的侧壁上设置有防转槽,瓶盖固定座(3)的内壁(32)上设置有防转筋,所述的防转筋陷入到防转槽内。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,其特征在于所述的升降体(2)的侧壁底部带有刀刃(25),所述的刀刃(25)倾斜状,倾斜下部为刀刃区(251),倾斜上部为非刀刃区(252)。
5、一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,包括瓶盖固定座(3)和升降体(2),所述的瓶盖固定座(3)为双层一体结构,包括外壁(31)、内壁(32)和上部(34),外壁(31)和内壁(32)通过上部(34)连接,外壁(31)和瓶口(4)螺纹联接,内壁(32)形成一个空腔(38),所述的升降体(2)的下部(24)置于空腔(38)内,升降体(2)为中空,其特征在于:所述的升降体(2)和瓶盖固定座(3)之间设置有旋转体(1),所述的旋转体(1)为双层一体结构,包括外层(12)、内层(11)和上层(10),外层(12)和内层(11)通过上层(10)相连接,外层(12)上设置有卡口凸环(13),所述的卡口凸环(13)预先强行卡入到设置在瓶盖固定座(3)上部(34)的限位环形凹槽(33)内,旋转体(1)的内层(11)与升降体(2)的上部(21)之间螺纹联接,所述的升降体(2)的下部(24)的侧壁与瓶盖固定座(3)的内壁(32)之间为防周向转动配合,升降体(2)的底部由薄膜(36)封闭,升降体(2)的下部(24)与薄膜(36)之间形成一个可贮藏添加剂的贮藏室(38),所述的瓶盖固定座(3)的内壁(32)的底部设置有穿刺骨架(39),所述的穿刺骨架(39)向上拱起,穿刺骨架(39)上开有若干个添加剂流入口(391)。
6、根据权利要求5所述的一种可贮藏添加剂的瓶盖,其特征在于所述的防周向转动配合为在升降体(2)的下部(24)的侧壁上设置有防转筋(27),瓶盖固定座(3)的内壁(32)上设置有防转槽,所述的防转筋(27)陷入到防转槽(37)内。
